We had with friends and family great time. Clean hotel, not overcrowded, with delicious food and very helping service… food in snack bar could be better - soup and bread without butter even is quite weak as for 5* hotel.
But it was only disadvantage. Swimming pool great, private beach close by. Always available sun-bads.
But the greatest was animation team. With terrific Ricardo, Simona and Dado. We have great time with you. Please keep doing what you do!

In My view very clean rooms with all needed equipment. Very good food, delitious, everybody can choose something. My Kids are in love with all the pools. The Beach is So close, it's really clean. The sea is clean and warm, you can dive and watch colorful fishes. Animation team pink wave.

The accommodation: we booked a family room with a view of the sea. As it turned out the view of the sea was there but through the pools since our room was located on the ground floor. The hotel staff was ready and open to offer us a different room with a better view. We decided to stay in the room next to the pools and that was a great decision - for families, rooms located close to the pools, the bar, the beach are just super convenient. The hotel staff was extremely open and helpful. We felt taken care of, in any situation. For eg., after 2 days we were called by the hotel manager with a question if we are happy with the room and an offer that we can still change it. The food was really good with a nice selection of meals for everyone. Besides the main meals at the restaurant, there is a good selection of snacks at the pools - you can find the toasts, hot dogs, burgers, french fries, and delicious souvlaki. Last but not least: the Pink-Wave entertainment crew. They were simply outstanding and made our holidays. Amazing evening shows, great activities during the day just to name a few. We've never seen such a level of engagement and professionalism from the animation team.

This hotel was definately one of the best allinclusive five star hotels where we have visited in Crete.
We were maybe the only family from Finland, at least in this week we visited there, but we were treated like queens.
We definately recommend this hotel for everybody who wants excellent food, style and service.
Hotel was always very clean, food was tasty, service in every servicepoint was very good, swimming pools good size and clean, beach was best you can possible hope, and there were always sunbeds avaible, and animationteam and gardener did very good work everyday.
We surely return there and recommend this hotel every family from Finland also to have holiday there, although most guest are from Germany.
This hotel is holidayparadise.

Family friendly hotel, very clean and a perfect summer atmosphere. Is the beginning of the season and the hotel is not crowded. The staff is friendly and professional: you can see they are happy to make you feel at home!

My family had an amazing week here in Mikri Poli. All the hotel staff so kind. Cleaning lady every second day in the room, so everything was always in order. In the restaurant everything perfect, good and fresh food, cold drinks, it is visible that everybody tries to do best. Animation team tge best we have ever met. Link wave team always with smile on the face. Water gym and water polo our favourite activities! My kids were enjoing mini club with Ana. In the everning we were dancing on the minidisc and watching profecional dancing shows and so funny comedies.

7 days holiday, We got a seaview room - room was really nice, well equipped and cleaned daily ( fresh water, daily bedding change ).
Place is beautiful, Makri Galos its kind of a village but with a great landmark. Furthermore the hotel has everything whats needed to have a great rest.
Continental breakfast, lunch and dinner, lots of fruits, lots of sweets - food was delicious and diverse.
Drinks really good, staff helpfull and kind.
Animators ( Pink Wave - Fabricio (?) and his crew) definitely 10 stars in a scale of 5, team was entertaining everyone whole day.
Will recommend the hotel to everyone, thank you.

We've spent here in Atlantica Mikri Poli Crete hotel an amazing week.
We had such a nice and always clean room with a beautiful sea view.
Our room was close to the pools area. We could find here five nice pools.
One of them was a relax pool, two of them quite Deep pools for everybody, one with a waterslide and the last one for babies. Hotel is close to the clean and sandy beach, where we always could find a place.
There is a restaurant in the hotel that you can eat outside with a wonderful sea view, or inside. Foor here ia really tasty. Everyday we could try fresh salads and delitious sweets. There is also a posibility to have a greek dinner in the greek restaurant.
There is very nice animation team from Pink Wave.
Guys are always smiling.
They have activities all the day long. We Werę so happy to take part in water gym, morning stretching, beach volley and water polo.
In the evenining every day there is minidisco and after dancing show or comedy show. There is bo time to be bored! We will kiss you Best animation team ever!

We were in this hotel for 11 days. From the check in everything was just perfect. The hotel complex was large without seeming large. The rooms were clean and the staff was always friendly. The buffet was very large and sufficient.
The pool area was very spacious and suitable for old and young. The beach was only 50m away and there were always enough beach chairs available.
A very special thank you goes to the entire animation team. They made the vacation unforgettable.
They made an effort every day and offered activities. They encouraged you to participate without being intrusive and you did not have to participate.
There were different sports for young and old.
So if you wanted to participate in an activity you just went there and have fun.
But the best was the show in the evening.
The show was very professionally prepared and performed with great passion. New shows were performed every evening. The guests were always involved.
I can only say thank you again.
The pool area was very spacious and suitable for old and young. The beach was only 50m away and there were always enough beach chairs available.
A very special thank you goes to the entire animation team. They made the vacation unforgettable.
They made an effort every day and offered activities. They encouraged you to participate without being intrusive and you did not have to participate.

We spend here 2 amazing weeks. Ale the staff the highest level. Nice cosy rooms with seaview. Good food, you can try different salad, fruit and sweets and also traditional greek food. A lot of place on the pool. A lot of activites during the day and night. Hotel perfect for kids and families which like to enjoy animation. Nice animation Pink wave with our Ola from Poland and Giulia from Italy. Ale animation team make evening shows, parties on the beach and a lot of different evenings.
