This was an amazing trip really entertained us all and made us feel so welcomed and happy at every opportunity.
The food and drink was second to none, everything you could want to eat or drink 24 hours a day, I would most definitely recommend it to everybody.
The service was fantastic people are friendly and very easy to get on with, I would also like to add all the staff most definitely go above and beyond anything I expected.
Reception staff are so welcoming and always on hand to help you manage any problems you may have outside the hotel, we had issues with the taxi we booked though the package and the hotel reception staff where more then happy to talk to them and book us a taxi which they personally guaranteed, thank you.
Room staff make sure you have everything you would normally get in a hotel of this level and are on hand to help you if you have a spillage or need a emergency clean, very helpful if you have young children who like to get their hands dirty.
Staff at the pool, gym and health suites are accommodating beyond words, we booked a full massage for the whole family and where completely looked after, my children where so happy with the experience, my children where made to feel special and at ease we did it all again the the next week.
The evening entertainment was different every night and most definitely of a very high level, starting the evening of with the young children having a dance and sing along to themed entertainment, then having the kids Culb open with enough staff to take care of any amount of children, while the adults are entertained to the point where we couldn’t sit still or were wowed for hours, all this while having endless amounts of refreshments.
Overall I really can’t fault the Hotel and resort, we look forward to going back next year and telling all our family and friends how amazing this trip really was.
I would definitely recommend to book you stay as all inclusive stay like we did.

I've to say that was the best holidays in my entire life. Hotel was great from begining. Very beatiful and glamourus. Room was very cozy clean and there was a nice supraise made of towels everyday. Our daughter had birthsday on during our stay and we experienced one more supraise during coming back to our room- a birthsday cake. That was very nice. Food was superb. Dishes from many worlds regions. Asian, Italian, Turkish you name it. Dessert was so delicious that for sure we got few pounds more after our stay, so that's not so good😀. Many restaurants(one at the beach) and bars. Very tasty drinks. Shopping centre, games room, big playgound and animation for kids. Great aquapark and animation for adults. Every evening something different( live music, games, skatepark guys and b-boys show. You just cant be bored. Staff made amazing work. In case you pay more and book sea view, don’t expect too much You will look at toproof of neighbour houses with water tanks. And if you complain, you will hear that you can see the sea from the corner of your balcony!!!! This means also no sea-breeze throughout night and day in the room. And don’t expect anything of your trip Organizer, if it’s the FTI.

We had an amazing vacation at Kirman Belazur! Everything was excellent and exactly how a hotel should welcome guests. From the reception, guest relations, waiters, animation team( especially our friend Erkan) and all the staff that worked there were kind, polite and always ready to help fulfill every need that we had during our stay. Also it's important to state that they took Covid 19 pandemic very seriously and every surface was always disinfected and u had access to disinfectant and face masks always. We spent a very beautiful week at this hotel, with an awesome view to the pools and the sea. Our room was quite big and nice, and far enough from loud music. The music at the pool didn't disturb as at all, because it's in fair distance from the rooms. We could have a rest every afternoon, in the hottest hours. It's also very clever, that the little children can't bother the guests from the other generations, because the Aquapark is separated from the big pool. The animation was either very good, and I was very satisfied with the stuff. There's a big choice of delicious food, if somebody needs, can eat in 24 hours something. I loved the döner and waffle very much. The waiters were busy, but they were always friendly, and helped us. The beach was also great, we enjoyed the big waves. We will come back :-)

Just arived back from our vacation at this hotel. First impressions were not so high as we arived at 21:40 so we didn't get the welcoming refreshers at the lobby but thankfully in 10 minutes (guys at front desk were awesome) we were aleady booked with the bags at our room so we could start our long awaited vacation. Our room had a sea wiev, and I must admit the view was pretty awesome, it was worth the extra bucks. The animation team did pretty good job, evening parties were ok too, most employees were polite and tried to help but it was hard to make yourself understood in many cases because English is not their strong point; in many cases we repeated the same thing for 2-3 employees until someone undestood our request; everyone spoke Russian/German but very little English. Another negativ part of this hotel is that except the lobby/main restaurant area there is no air conditioning on the corridors. Of course you have it in the rooms, but until you get there it is pretty hard to endure the high temperature inside. Another negativ part which I did not understand is why at a ultra all inclusive hotel you have literally 1 fridge with ice cream near the beach and you need to go and ask for that damn ice cream instead of putting some fridges across the resort and let the people self serve what they want ( back to bad Enlish, took me 5 mins and got 5 diferent icecreams until I finaly got the wanted chocolate ice cream) this was dissapointing. Another place for ice cream was near the waffles (which were awesome and the lady who served them was so nice) and again we played mime for two cups of icecream because NO English. So overall it is not bad but not that good as it was presented at the agency, at least not for someone who only speaks English and literally not the Ultra All Inclusive feeling that I got at other hotels.

Location: Brilliant location, private beach was a bonus with small children, the beach pier was stunning. Just a 3 minute walk away there is a bus stop, takes you to Belek town centre / the land of legends / Antalya at €1 each.
Food: Where do I start! Brilliant food, wide selection! Main restraint (buffet) really tasty, so very well presented! The desserts are show stopping! A la carte restraint - We chose the Mexican, very tasty, food well presented.
Drinks: Wide selection of drinks, beautiful cocktails, also plenty of Jameson whisky for my partner, thank you SONER at the bar, Top Man!
Entertainment: Kids club - children enjoyed the mini discos at night time, however we did not use the kids club during the day, as we spent our time either swimming / exploring or at the beach. Night shows were really good!
Pools: Kids pool, very good. 3 different slides, however water was a little chilly, but did not affect us! Water slides - the children loved these! Pools in general were clean, and well maintained.
Hotel staff: Extremely welcoming, very helpful! Cleaners for rooms were trusting around personal property, very kind and did a good job!
Brilliant for families, will be returning next year!

I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone, for young people and for the elderly, as well as with children - Everybody will find something for themselves. The entertainment team is just amazing, they made every day of our vacation active and fun - morning dance and gym above and in the pool, football, volleyball, dart, color party, foam party, show time every evening and dancing - every day there were different attractions (lots to write). Also a big thank you to the pool bartenders, waiters in restaurants and roller skating boys. We have never had the opportunity to meet such positive people before, for such people you want to go back there. To sum up, the hotel is beautiful and very clean, very good food, but most importantly a lot of amazing people. Highly recommended.

The hotel is really nice, the staff are nice but most of the guests are another level, rude and uncourteous. They speak to the staff like machines/robots not like humans/people that they are.
The food court (lunch) has a great selection of food and the staff are always welcoming and helpful. The seating area however is very off putting as most male guest sit without any t-shirts or tops leaving disgusting and unsightly sweat all over the seats! Guest should be asked and informed to wear tops in this area.
The infinity pool meant and sign posted for over 16’s is constantly having under 16’s jumping and screaming in it, (it’s like the clearly posted signs placed around the pool written in various languages is not understood and is not comprehended or just being blatantly ignored). It is such shame as it’s a beautiful part of the hotel.
The above tarnishes a beautiful hotel in a beautiful country which is such a shame.

Hi Elena, ask for 1306, it's a double room suite with 2 single and one queen size beds, and each room has a nice window with a balcony wand a beautiful seaview. Not very noisy in addition
