My go-to hotel in Subic. Always stay in one of the family rooms (#9 last weekend). Pets are welcomed here. Right on the beach. A short walk Blue Rock and other resorts. Jet skiing 50 meters away. Johan's is next door. They have recently added a floating bar, but I didn't get out to see it this time. Staff is friendly. A good vibe all around. Like a herpes sore, I'll be back.

Just went here last week (3rd week of June) for a quick getaway. stayed for 2 nights and i must say, the stay was right in the middle.

Pros:
+ good view of the beach
+ most of the staff are friendly (look for angel, she is one of the nicest. you won't miss her as she has the longest hair). their lifeguard also is nice.
+ most staff accommodate unusual requests.
+ smoking area
+ parking
+ hot and cold
+ water pressure is ok
+ cold AC
+ personal ref
+ good sized TV with cable, and a lot of channels too!
+ THE FOOD IS AMAZING! i had high expectations since most reviews focused on the food. they have a variety of food choices and their servings are generous. my expectations were surpassed. you should try their lime chicken, onion rings, lechon kawali, ramyun! we loved them! their serving of rice is more than 2 cups!
+ the PILLOWS are very soft! just like what i have in some 5-star hotels.
+ walking distance from other resorts that may offer activities.
+ basic toiletries
+ No Videoke! peace and quiet!
+ safety deposit box
+ own terrace
+ beach front
+ some water sports
+ the pool has underwater seats which is cool, though, no food is allowed. which i strongly agree on.
+ deep sea divers will enjoy it here as they offer diving courses and perhaps lessons too.
+ they subtly play an in-house music, good selections too. it's not boring if you just sit there and watch the sea or pool.
+ strong information drive. there is a manual, food menu, and attractions list in your room. you can be informed easily and select your food in advance.

Cons:
- you should not miss the sign turning left from main road. it is a small sign and could not easily be seen.
- potholes everywhere before reaching the resort. it's not their fault though, but just a caution for people who have lowered vehicles.
- limited parking space, i think only 8 (+/-) can fit.
- there's one staff, i guess her name is Mitch, who was quite rude. it seems that she hates it when she's asked for something. plus, she discusses her personal problems within the earshot of the customers. which we don't appreciate very much.
- pool is smaller than advertised, it can easily be filled with quite a few kids, all the more if adults.
- you might take more caution in swimming in the beach, because of unclear waters. it perhaps is not dirty, but it is surely unclear. say if the water reaches as shallow as your knees, you wouldn't be able to see your feet through the water. so i thought twice about swimming further. and so with other resorts. (not their fault though, perhaps.)
- stray dogs pooping on the beach and no one picking up after. that's wild.
- it would be nice if there is an extra door lock aside from the usual door knob lock.
- challenging booking process.

suggestions for future visitors:
* bring a few "baon". like prepared sandwiches, chips, choco bars, juices, and the like. but you CANNOT eat it anywhere in the resort (it's strictly enforced) but you can eat in your room. food for merienda goes around 150-250 per order, so baon may come in handy especially if you're just bridging your hunger. bring finger food only, do not attempt to bring cooked food, good thing we did not!
* bring bring 2 sets of slippers, for room and for the beach and/or pool.
* for the people who has plenty of gadgets, don't bring extension cords, they provide in the room and it has a lot of sockets.
* bring a tumbler. you can transfer your drink bought outside and enjoy it while eating in their restau.

did i enjoy my stay? yes.
would i go back? sure, after thoroughly checking neighboring resorts.
would i recommend? yes. for family, especially friends.
could it be better? Definitely.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good food at reasonable price. Would be 4-5 stars if it was not for the lack of management and safety around the pool, water guns spraying water on nearby restaurant tables etc... Keep your phones and tablets inside your room is they are not water resistant.

The pictures of their rooms are not the reality. Ask them to send updated room photos before booking. The room they put us in we refused to stay as it had moldy sealing, smelly cabinets, broken and smelly fridge, rusted and dusty fan, windowless room, and mosquitoes buzzing around. This is suppose to be their “deluxe” room. The front desk eventually agreed to put us in a different room which was an improvement.
The staff unfortunately all seem rather depressed. No smiles, no welcoming greetings. The bar area at night is completely dead, no music, no atmosphere, and at 9pm everyone starts packing up, sweeping and cleaning which we took as a sign that we should leave.

For what you pay you get very little. The food is overpriced. The servings of food are very small. The rooms are not cleaned daily as advertised. Mosquitoes everywhere even in the rooms because the doors are warped and do not seal properly. The bar staff/waiters are immature and rude. They will also give you a virgin drink when you paid for the real deal. Look closely at your towels. They will give you a torn one to try to change you for. Also be observant here if you have dark skin. You will notice the difference in treatment and see what I mean. Never staying here again

I have eaten at dozens of locations throughout the Philippines. And sad to say, the majority fall short when it comes to the quality of food and service. We have dined at Treasure Island dozens of times for the past 6 months and on every occasion, we walked away very satisfied. I now find myself judging other establishments using Treasure Island as a benchmark. Not even the restaurant at my private golf course club house could hold a candle to Treasure Island. One of the crucial success factors is “on-site” owner management. The owner of TI devotes a significant portion of his time at the restaurant (and hotel). Congratulations for a well-run business establishment.

Bare minimum room. Mold in shower, single thin sheet, after asking twice for cable i get "sorry sorry" nothing else. Overpriced for what you get. Would have been nice but they dont care about you. They got your money. Dont do nonrefundable. Check it out first. There are nicer cheaper places close to it.

This place looks like a nice place to stay from the outside. I've never rented a room there, but I have had dinner there with no problems. My biggest concern is they have raw sewage draining into the beach. For this reason only, I will never return there until this situation is corrected. Note this is the only business located at Baloy Beach that is doing this - SHAM!!!!

Note to the owner,, you have no excuse. Fix the problem because I will keep updating the public until you do!!!

My wife and I we're taking a shower, and suddenly my wife jump and shout. She was electrocuted through the wet tiles with a great amount of current from her feet through her neck. I was shock with his story so i turned off the heater. And texted all other friends to be careful with the shower.

Then with heater turned off, I tried to use the shower, and experience the same thing. my hearth beat very fast and suddenly imagined what worst can possibly happened.

So I told the front desk about the incident. To my surprise their reaction is like that's a normal thing to them, I here one of the crew calling the maintenance shouting, "Yung room number (forgot the number) grounded nanaman" I was like what????!!!! they should have warned us. malakas talaga yung kuryente hindi sya grounded as kuryente talaga!.

I will never stay in this resort again ever. They've almost killed us. imagine a room full of water with faulty electric wiring! hell they can kill people with that.

Please be careful!

We booked in the hotel with a large group. 8 adults and 6 children. We had a fantastic time. The pool was clean and crystal clear. The resort opens right on to the beach. The staff were very friendly and very attentive. Prices were very reasonable. They even had a trio band playing on the weekend. Resort has new ownership and is going through a complete makeover. Our room seemed brand new. All new tile and fixtures in the bathroom. Fresh paint on the walls and linens were brand new as well. We did have to ask for a blanket, but one was quickly provided. Great experience from start to finish. I highly reccomentd this resort to anyone with a family looking for a great swim weekend. A
