We stayed here for a week. The room was nice and clean when we checked in. We were told that there’s no staff to clean the rooms on weekends but that they’ll be cleaning our rooms daily during the weekday. They only cleaned our room twice during our stay. Once, because we requested it to be cleaned before we returned to our room and they cleaned it on our last day. We asked for towels daily, though.
The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything going on. We heard this guy constantly coughing throughout the night. It was annoying. When we checked in, place was practically empty and quiet the first few days. It was nice. But, as the week went on, more people checked in and the hallways were loud as our next door neighbor was, as well.
There was housekeeping the following weekend, though. You can see housekeeping with their carts in the hallway. I guess there weren’t any the previous weekend because they were on vacation. I noticed that anyone’s room who checked out during the first weekend we were there didn’t get cleaned until Monday, which was gross.
I felt a lot of amenities that came with being a Marriott member is no longer available during the pandemic. There’s no free breakfast in this place. Didn’t feel any friendly vibes from the front desk. They don’t greet you as you walk by and barely look up. Kind of makes you question the safety of the hotel because anyone can walk in and go upstairs.
Overall, our room was nice. Will probably look for other hotels if we ever visit Nashua again.

Most of our wedding guests came here. The hospitality of the staff was beyond the usual welcome greetings. They extended their help, provided us with post-reception space to continue our weekend bash. Thank you staff and Fatima from the coffee shop. We scheduled a brunch after the wedding, the food was nicely presented and prepared. The chef came out to make sure everything was to their satisfaction.

A few weeks prior to our stay in late May, the Sheraton Nashua reopened after extensive renovations. The hotel is beautiful and comfortable. The entire hotel staff was friendly, attentive, and professional. The food served in the hotel lobby bistro and at a private function was delicious and beautifully presented. It was a pleasure to stay at the Sheraton Nashua.

Over the past two years I have spent almost 400 nights at the Sheraton Nashua, 193 nights in 2023 with an additional 15 nights booked through December 2023. After a 10 day stay, I checked out today, 9 November. Hours after I checked I realized I left a brand new food processor in my room. I called the front desk and spoke with Shannon about this. I told her I would be returning again in two weeks and asked if she could help me. She told she can’t help me and I have to deal with house keeping. She connected me to housekeeping and no one answered so I left a message. I have heard nothing back. I will be cancelling my future bookings at this hotel and will take my business some where else for now on.

We visited the Sheraton over Memorial Day weekend to attend a local soccer tournament. We have been coming to this hotel for years. Last year was our first experience with the hotel being under new management. They had just gone through a renovation and we were some of the first people to stay. It was pretty chaotic since they had just opened and they were dealing with so many people. We took this with a grain of salt and everyone very much enjoyed themselves. To my understanding last year the hotel had a poor experience with the behavior of some of people attending the soccer tournament and that they decided to instill some new rules. I have no problem with that at all. What was not necessary was the attitude from almost every employee that I encountered before any rules were broken. I made sure my family and especially my children followed all of the posted rules yet we were treated as though we had broken them all. Customer service was lacking from the moment I checked in when I was asked a question and was cut off before I could even finish my sentence. This continued when I sat at the bar in the lobby to purchase a cocktail. The bartender immediately started telling me about how horrible everyone was last year and how tough it was on him and continued to complain to everyone. I have worked in the restaurant industry for over twenty years most of which were bartending. As a paying customer I want you to greet me with a smile and pour my drink. I do not want to hear about how miserable you are and how horrible our children and friends are. To say that the employees and management of this establishment were unnecessarily rude would be a gross understatement. If the goal was to get us to not return that may be the only thing they were successful at.

It was clean everybody was friendly. The room was nice comfortable everything worked as it should. The bathrooms are beautiful, but I don’t understand how they designed the closet behind the bathroom door but beyond that it was great try it we just got a great rate for Thanksgiving, which I thought was amazing, so I really think you should check it out.

The hotel is renovated. The M lounge for elite members is on the ground floor and great to grab and go. Good variety of snacks and beverages. Actually a lot of snacks. Rooms are renovated and quit comfortable. The walls were a bit thin and so oddities in the renovations (closet in the bathroom; washroom door keeps closing/angle of door)
Breakfast in the lounge was quite limited as there was only eggs and some fruits added to what is normally there.
Definitely worth a stay if you’re in the area.

Overall good visit, nice hotel, nice staff. The meeting rooms and guest rooms were up to the brand standard. The bar closed a little earlier than the posted time most nights. The parking got filled up quickly at night but was easy to navigate.

Really lovely property that feels like it's in the middle of nowhere - but is fully renovated with a great club. It lacks a real lunch restaurant, though there's food nearby, and there's certainly not 24 hour room service, but if you're looking for a clean, nicely appointed room, a beautiful lobby, and a lounge (if you have elite status) this does the trick. I'm not sure what would keep you around for more than a night or two unless you had business in the area, but really showcases the new Sheraton brand standard in a great way. I'd definitely stay here again. Also dog friendly which is nice.

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are fresh and great to sleep in. The pool is large and we almost had it to ourselves on a Sunday morning. The restaurant took great care of us as titanium members for breakfast each morning.
