We were at OLD ORCHARD BEACH area to see our grandson play in a local basketball tournament and found this campground real close to where he was playing. They had a shuttle every so many hours to take us down to the Main Street area where we found many reastaurants and shops to see. We loved it there. The sites were clean and big with electric, water & sewer hookups for us for the 3 night stay. It's a great place to camp.

This campground was recommended to me by a friend. They said the campground was clean and was close to the ocean. The campground is well kept and the staff was helping but was put next to a relative or member of the staff who played loud music all day. Party central, couldn’t sit outside because of the noise. I wouldn’t recommend this if you want to relax and enjoy camping.

One thing good is the ocean was close and the seafood was good.

This is third, maybe fourth visit for us. We travel in a 40ft Class A with slides on both sides.
Sites are more spacious than other places we have stayed.
Very close to OOB and Pine Point beaches.
Take a right go straight and you’re there.
They also have a trolley (bus in a trolley suit) service that takes you right downtown.
Unlike so many other places, the seasonals here are super nice peeps.
Grounds are spotless. We stay in the Black Forest section. Bear Brook is a smaller loop but just as nice. The Grove is a newer section closer to the entrance so the trees are not big enough yet to provide a lot of shade. However, if you want to be close to the Pools, arcade, store, etc. The Grove will meet your needs.
Awesome wiffleball diamond, playground and dog park. New pool, with a kiddy wader and hot tub.
Place couldn’t be any easier to get to.
The only “knock” I guess is the traffic when you want to get to the Maine Turnpike. You need to take a left and sometimes you can sit for several minutes waiting for a break to enter.
Small price to pay for this gem.

Needed a place to stay that was not as expensive as a hotel in Portland; tis campground fit the bill. I would have preferred that it permitted me to simply set up a tent rather than rent a cabin, but that was find. Amenities were plentiful and well-maintained (not the case at many other campgrounds); enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I would stay again.

We initially reserved 3 nights. We reserved a pull-through for our big rig. The registration process was very smooth. Our spot was very nice. The roads were paved. Our site was flat. You had to have a gate card to get in. This park was very clean. We liked it so much that we asked if our site was open for another two nights and it was so we extended our stay for another 2 nights.

We loved this campground. It was our first time in Maine and had a wonderful experience. Our site was awesome and after walking around we found several sites that were just as nice. The facilities were clean and well maintained. While we were setting up a staff member came over to the campsite and asked if we would like it to be mowed, which he did promptly. We plan to return next year.

If you are looking for peaceful and serene this may not be your cup of tea. Very busy campground with many children. We found that trying to enjoy the cool temperatures of Maine was not possible with the multitude of burning fires pits and smoke as well as the gatherings of loud people way past the 10PM quiet time.
Be aware that the Black Forest section with all of its trees poses a SAP problem on your rig as well as your toad. Have fun cleaning that off!1

Pay attention to site selection the visuals on the web site may show a wide site easy to maneuver. However, the site does show the very large trees that may border the site preventing you any easy entrance and exit.

Also note that the town area is packed with vacationers.

We came here last summer and the staff was fantastic & Campground was fantastic. The sites are very big, plenty of space. I wish in the wooded section, we had a little more shade but they had a few saplings on the site, so I'm sure in a few years it will be perfect. Bathrooms were always clean, pool area well kept up. What we liked the most was that it wasn't a noisy Campground. We've found other private places where the permanent people are often liud & obnoxious, riding their golf carts all around, kids out of control but not here. We had an excellent time and can't wait to come back.

This was one of the best spots we stayed on our 60 day travels. The kids spent hours playing whiffle ball and swimming! Our sight was perfect in The Grove, wide, trees behind us, plenty of room for eating and campfires. The restrooms were clean and the grounds overall were well maintained. The dog park was amazing too. I only wished we would have taken advantage of the shuttle service.

Discovered this gem while visiting Old Orchard Beach - we read a few reviews prior and they had some negative which almost made us cancel. Certainly glad we did not!

Campground is very well maintained & clean. Camper store is by far the best store I have ever seen - they have everything right down to alcohol!

Lots are very well groomed with nice big fire pits. We camped at Old Orchard Beach Campground in a Travel Trailer.

Hello, Sorry for the delay in responding to you. We do have Park Model homes for sale at the campground. We currently do no allow subletting of units. When you buy a unit you do lease the land from us. The current fee is $4150.00, not including the Maine sales tax. Water and sewer are included in the fee. Electricity is separate, however, it is based on consumption. We have two brand new homes for sale and there are other homes available through private sale. If you would like to contact us at the Campground we can provide you with more information about what is for sale. We can be reached at 207-934-4477.
