The hotel is very basic but pretty clean. Breakfast was hot and individually packaged which was a welcome benefit rather than having to have cold cereal. Room was relatively clean. We enjoyed the bar area for a drink but it wasn’t exceptionally clean either - it looked like someone’s home mini-bar. Staff was kind and attentive and the location couldn’t be beat. We were able to get a shuttle to the airport when we needed one. We would return but hope that our next guest room would be a little cleaner and in a location away from mechanical noise.

Pros: nice room layouts with separate seating area (with one exception; you cannot watch tv from the desk area). Comfortable bed, clean room. Nice, friendly staff. Shower water pressure was awesome. Mini fridge in room. Laundry only $1.50 each wash/dry.
Cons: there are NO microwaves in the rooms! In addition, unless you're a World of Hyatt member and pay a special rate, breakfast is NOT included! This is a big deal if you're a leisure traveler on a budget because it means you have to eat out every single meal which gets darn expensive after awhile.
Overall an okay stay, but next time we will stay elsewhere; there are too many equally nice places around Sarasota that have a full hot breakfast included with no qualifiers.

I don't give many reviews, that being said, this hotel is full of the nicest, most professional, incredible staff. They treated our family so incredibly well. Terry was the nicest, funniest guy ever. The lady who made breakfast in the back (sorry she didn't have a name tag) was so nice and cleaned up after my son spilled orange juice and I felt terribly stressed by it and she kept reiterating to me 10 times that it was no big deal at all and that she'll have it cleaned up very easily and to just take care of my kids. She was fantastic. Everyone was literally so nice and never made us feel like we were a bother at all whenever we needed something. It was amazing. Best staff at any hotel I have ever been to, flat out. Will always stay there.

Great location right across from the entrance to Sarasota airport and walking distance to the Ringling Museum and Asolo Repertory Theatre. In a quiet side street with an ample car park. The reception service was friendly and efficient at check in and checkout and the lobby was bright .The rooms were rather dingy but large I slept on the pull out sofa which was unexpectedly comfortable for a sofa bed. The shower was hot and there was a refrigerator and coffee. There was free WiFi.The buffet self service breakfast was mediocre with rubbery bland scrambled eggs , no bacon ,sticky floors and table.There was a good fruit selection though and the boiled eggs and cereals were fine. Okay for an overnight stay but I wouldn’t choose to vacation here.

I tend to only write reviews on those that are deserving! And they are! I travel frequently (work and leisure). This is one of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. I complimented the gentleman that was also my shuttle driver to the airport. He even said "we are short-staffed so I really appreciate you noticing!" I literally saw this man cleaning our entire stay. Some people are commenting their room wasn't cleaned unless they asked. Well, then ask. Some of us don't need housekeeping daily. We can appreciate sleeping in without a knock on the door when we don't need our bed made. We are capable of making it ourselves lol. Breakfast options were very nice. Starbucks a plus! The pool and pool area was exceptionally spotless. My flight was changed and I asked if I could have an extended check out (to avoid sitting in the lobby for four hours). Not only did they extend my check out time....I was welcomed to keep our room until 3pm without any additional charges. All of the front desk staff were friendly, cheerful, and happy to help. Very refreshing in these times. Keep up the good work!

when we first checked into the room. there was a rubber glove on the floor. Room just did not feel "clean". when we asked for extra towels, the smaller towels were ripped and looked like rags. when we asked for the room to be serviced totally and asked for extra coffe and towels, thats all they brought. Coffee and towels. bathroom wasnt cleaned, bed not made, rug not vacuumed. Staff said it must have been a misunderstanding. I ended up going to the local store and buying sanitizing wipes and cleaning products and did my own cleaning. the bed was ok, the bathroom was ridiculously small - like from a motel. there was an existing rubber mat on the bottom of the shower that was never cleaned the whole time we were there. I thought everything was supposed to be disposable? very unsanitary. You would think for the money they charged for the room and the length of time were were here it would have been totally different experience than it was. Very dissapointed with Hyatt Hotels. our money would have been better spent at another establishment.

Upon arrival we were greeted with great customer service checked-in promptly. Our room was super clean. And the bed OMGodnesss the bed was so comfortable.
We decided to drive to the Ringling Brothers Museum (bc at the time we did not know it was less than a mile away and we could have walked) Everything was perfect I would highly recommend this hotel and if in the area at any time I would absolutely stay again.

The hotel is updated and very clean. The breakfasts are great. There are always eggs and bacon or sausage. There is either pancakes or Belgian waffles, too. Cereal is available along with many additional items. Customers need to know that you need to ask for the room to be cleaned daily after three days. The employees were always helpful whenever I asked questions. they treated customers very kindly.

This was the second time in a month I stayed at the Hyatt Place @ Bradenton International Airport, in Sarasota, FL. This stay was just as nice as the first stay. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and in excellent working order, the breakfast was delicious, and the food they make there is delicious as well.
The last two nights of my stay there were other guests on my floor that were extremely loud until around 3:30 A.M. When I spoke with the front desk, they said they were sorry for the noise and they took care of the situation.
If I am back in this area again, I will definitely be staying here again. The hotel is literally across the street from the airport and it is in a very location to be close to anything you need.
