Nice Villa, with all the facilities you would need (except a kettle) to enjoy your holiday. The lazy river and pools were great to have available when you were taking a break from the Disney parks. Good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. The villa could do with a bit of an update and some minor repairs but this did not detract from our great holiday experience. We stayed for 2 weeks and would come again.

These are self service apartments (provide laundry detergent, dishwasher detergents) . Look wise they would be 2-3 star hotel but we got a good rate through Expedia and hence booked our 3 night stay here in peak holiday season. Villas are spacious but dated. Amenities are good. Staff are friendly. Pool and lazy river are warm. Location for WDW is good. We didn't use shuttles but were able to uber there.Taxis from the park area were cheaper than uber sometimes. Through their Expedia guest services desk, we booked WDW parks (nearly $200 discount for a 2 day park ticket for 4 of us). We booked 30 days in advance and were able to get 3 fastpass for our tickets. We also booked the airboat ride through them and received a discount for that as well. Olive garden is a 5 min walk from their reception. IHOP, Perkins Restaurant and Bakery, Walgreens and few other stores are 15 min walk from there. All in all we enjoyed our stay there and served the purpose for us.

Booked a staycation here with friends and family to celebrate a few kids birthdays because we thought the amenities would be perfect for everyone. The property is very nice as well as the rooms and they have a lot to offering site. The lazy river was nice and warm and the water slide was a nice touch as well. They had an activity center with snow cones, popcorn, games (ping pong, fooseball, pool table) as well as outside sports (volleyball, batting cages, basketball courts). The only downside was you have to pay for everything once you are there. We needed extra towels but they were $10 so we had to continue to wash the ones we had which is hard when you have a bigger party of kids who are in and out of the pools. We did get to grill and play volleyball right outside our room which was great. Our phone was not working so we had to walk to the front desk EVERYTIME we needed something or had questions and never got offered assistance in fixing the phone. Overall, we had a great time.

My husband and I along with my parents came to this resort for our wedding anniversaries and we had a wonderful time! Main faculty, pool and bill were sparkling clean! I had done a lot of readers h before choosing our stay to ensure that this area would be sanitized and up to CDC standards. We relaxed most of our time spending time by the main pool. Lazy river was so nice and water slides were fast! Drinks from the bar were well worth our money spent and any food ordered was brought directly over to where we were lounging by the pool. Very convenient and fresh! All staff that we encounter were very friendly and actually liked to joke around with us. We felt very comfortable our entire stay!

Our townhome appeared clean, however, there were a few things that were dirty. The dishwasher was run before we arrived and had the sanitation sticker on it, but when I opened the dishwasher the spatula still had sticky egg on it. The housekeeper may have to scrub some dishes before putting them in dishwasher. I felt like my dishes were still dirty and I had to wash again. Also, the upstairs bathroom tub had a dark brown dripping stain on it. I had to wipe it with a wet wipe. There wasn't any detergent at the washing machine. I wanted to get new clean beach towels at the front desk on Saturday, but they told me I had to wash mine. Then they gave me the free detergent, but it was the next day and I didn't have clean pool towels to take to the pool. I'm sure they could have gotten me some clean towels to take to the pool. We had a nice time at the lazy river, lap pool, and main pool, but I didn't like the pool lounging chairs. They were old and stained and I didn't see anyone cleaning them and they were not 6 ft apart. They could have put 2 together and have them 6 feet away from another family. I also didn't see anyone sanitizing the lounge chairs and lazy river floats. We went to the lap pool Saturday afternoon and it was empty. However, the bathroom didn't have any soap and the handicap bathroom was locked. The lap pool was great since hardly anyone went there, but when I went back on Saturday at 8:30pm it was closed and the sign noted it closed at 9pm. The main pool closed at 11pm and it would have been nice if the lap pool closed at 11pm since hardly any people were there and there are no lifeguards anyway. I was disappointed since I got nervous staying at the main pool with so many people not practicing social distancing. The townhome was fine, but I wasn't comfortable at the waterpark since there were so many people and I didn't see any employees sanitizing the chairs, lounge chairs, and floats. Also, some employees were not wearing masks. Fantasy World Resort needs to upgrade their Covid-19 guidelines in public areas so guests feel comfortable. In addition, we booked on Friday and was told we could check out at 12pm since regular check out is 10am. I called back on Saturday to confirm and was told we had to check out at 11am. I kept telling her I was told 12pm so we could go to pool in the morning, but she kept telling me 11am was the latest. I went to the front desk and spoke to Asst Mgr Janetzia and she finally agreed to let us stay till 12pm on Sunday. It was an inconvenience but I was glad Janetzia was willing to work with us.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The villas itself were nice, decent size. Downside is they don’t have daily housekeeping. Villas are stocked with basic cooking supplies which helped us save a lot of money feeding a family of 6. Also had washer and dryer in our unit, that made the stay easier being able to wash as we go.
I didn’t give it 5 stars because the moment we walked into the villa, we noticed it was very hot. We dismissed it thinking the AC was just off because no one was in it. Although I think when you know guests are checking in that day, I would have left at least the fan on for some air flow. Once the AC is on, it cooled down a little but still not quite comfortable. As we got into our second day, we just couldn’t stand it anymore. Maintenance came and told us the AC pipe is frozen solid and we should just sleep with the windows open for the night and wait for the pipe to defrost. He wasn’t very helpful, pretty much gave the impression we are out of luck..no offer of apology or compensation from management. At least it was a cool night..
Overall, stay was good except for the AC put a damper in it.

We stayed 2 kids and 2 adults for one week beginning of January 2022. During that time we used the slightly warm pool, the lazy river and the slides. Lightly heated water let us thoroughly enjoy ourselves. The slides were bigger and longer than I expected. The only part we didn't like was the kiddy splash area wasnt heated. My son tried to use it but the water was too cold. I dont know if that area had heated water and it just cooled too fast or if it didnt have heated water but the water was freezing. Other than that, the pool area was great!
I was interested in the mini golf but it looked too simple and someone anyone can have in their back yard. I really wish it was better.
I also used a seasonal "ice" rink they had added for the holidays. My kids enjoyed it for a few minutes but it was really one of those silicone rinks. They didn't wet it so it wasnt slippery at all and was difficult to maneuver. I really wish they had kept it slightly wet to make the experience more realistic.
The villas were great! They were very comfortable and had a fully stocked kitchen with dishwasher, full stove and oven, large fridge and a microwave. There was a toaster but it didn't work. They even included paper towel.
The villa also had 2 bathrooms, one large with a bathtub and one small with a small shower but it was still useful. The villa also had a washer-dryer combo. It was very small but perfect for washing our daily clothes and jackets. It also had 2 rooms, one with a king size bed and another with 2 twin beds. It also had a living room with a queen sofa bed and dinning table. They had flat screen tvs in every room and living room.
The hotel provided soaps, shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, makeup removing wipes, laundry soap, dish soap and dishwasher soap. Whenever we ran out, we could just ask for more, free of charge.
The staff was very helpful and friendly. Overall, even though some things in the hotel weren't perfect, those things were minor. They had several useful stores and restaurants around and we ordered delivery from the supermarket and restaurants without any issues. We had a really great time and will definitely look into staying here again in the future.

My husband, our two sons, and I stayed here last week. It is a super cute little townhome with a screened in porch, a full kitchen, living room, two full baths, and two bedrooms. We had enough space and the layout was great for us. The staff was friendly and helpful, and it is a convenient location; about 10 minutes from Disney World, 25 from Universal, and about 25-30 from the airport. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, and the TV selection was good.
Unfortunately the water slides were down for maintenance when we were there, so that was kind of a bummer since that's a big reason we picked this place. However, we were notified of this before our stay, so it was nice to have a heads up. The pool and hot tub were still open and we had a lot of fun swimming in the extremely well heated pool.
There was quite an issue with water leakage. When my son was taking a bath upstairs, there was water literally POURING from the ceiling onto my husband and the couch. The ceiling was all bubbled there so it has been an issue for a while I assume. We ended up using solely the downstairs shower, but it was SO tiny and hard to maneuver around in there.
Another weird quirk was the toaster.. It would only toast one side of the bread, so we would have to flip it halfway through to toast both sides. It kind of felt like a fire hazard, to be honest.
The stairs had a severe slope to them which felt a little strange and perhaps unsafe, and the carpet was very old and stained.
We are not picky people and are pretty much happy with whatever, and this was no exception. Overall, we had a nice time. It was kind of a quick trip so we didn't get to fully use all the services offered, but I saw there were basketball and tennis courts, and lots of activities for kids. For the price that we paid, we had a good time and really enjoyed ourselves.

Although this is an older resort, our two level townhouse offered us everything we needed. The unit was clean upon our arrival. We were not charged a resort fee or cleaning fee upon our arrival, and that was a nice surprise. There were many activities to choose from: a lazy river with heated water, two water slides, a large heated pool and a few hot tubs. There was an active activity center with various activities going on throughout the day. A free shuttle to theme parks was available to guests. We also noted a mini golf area along with a batting cage, and they had movie nights a few times during the week. The resort is smaller in size, so everything is in walking distance. We appreciated being able to park right in front of our unit. The kitchen did not have coffee filters, but they were delivered to us free of charge. The unit also includes a washer and dryer as well as 6 beach towels. Publix is about a 5 minute drive away for groceries.

This resort is very old school. Old but not run down. The entire property is out of date but clean. I applaud the housekeeping/ maintenance staff for keeping up with everything. We had some issues and they came very quickly to fix them. We were only there for the pools and we did enjoy them very much. The lazy river is surprisingly long for the size of the resort. There is limited shade around the pool area, lounge chairs are very old and stained but not falling apart. There was limited housewares in the kitchen- and when you get there you must unload them ALL from the dishwasher. Nothing is in cabinets. Who wants to do that on vacation?? You end up doing dishes constantly. Not many plates or cups provided. Utensils and pots and pans are of very low quality . The TV in the second bedroom is as small as a lap top which is ridiculous. It is very hard to pack and unpack your car as there are no sidewalks and cars park right up to the curb. If you have a nice car, watch out! It could be easily dented or scratched. It is awkward to get out of your unit and squeeze by the cars. Parking is free though. Staff is very friendly and really do try their best. Resort is in a good location for the parks and there are many places to eat close by. The resort is also very spread out, so if you want to be near the pool you should try to request it. We were near the pool which was a plus. Overall I will say that this resort is fine, but not great. If you have a bigger budget, keep looking.

Bedrooms are both upstairs, but there is a sofa bed downstairs. Bath downstairs is very tiny, with no wheelchair access to it, so I would have to say no
