We found the Nobleton two years ago. We have stayed there at least eight to nine times a year since. Its small, clean, stylish, quiet and accessible. There is no bar and there are no restaurants but there are, literally, dozens and dozens within walking distance. It’s two blocks from the beach. Walking distance to the farmers market on weekends and close to other key points such as the water taxi pickup. Very close to the airport as well. The pool is spotless and cute. Each room has a refrigerator, microwave, a Kuerig, and a sink so we always stop to grab drinks and snacks before check in. You will also have dish soap, a sponge and paper towels, as well as a small collection of cups, plates, and flatware. By the pool are lots of loungers and tabes as well as a couple of grills. They also have some beach chairs, toys, and umbrellas for guest’s use. Also…and this is key….parking is free. Lastly, the manager Tony is the best.

We were two couples booked at the Nobleton Hotel for two nights before a cruise. We arrived very early in the morning hoping to store our luggage and go for a walk until our rooms were ready. Tony the manager was very accommodating. We had other friends booked into another Hotel that wasn't very nice so Tony went out of his way to find a room for them.
The Hotel rooms were very clean and comfortable with all the little extras for no charge, also lounging around the pool was very pleasant, we could even use the laundry.
The Hotel is close to the beach and plenty of restaurants. Tony and his staff went out of their way to make our stay the best. I would say this is one of the most pleasant hotels we stayed in.

We stood one night, pre cruise.
Flight arrived early and Tony was great to work with getting us in a room. The grounds/pool were well kept and quiet. Good location, just off the main beach avenue. The room was clean and comfortable. The cost for a Saturday night was very well priced. We have found our pre cruise hotel.
Highly recommend. Unless you want to spend 2-3 times more to be on beach front. Food in beach front resorts are not worth the price. Bring food with you as there is a little kitchenette in room. $70 for breakfast buffet and most items are frozen and thawed and they used liquid eggs.
Gazillion dollar resorts and they cheapen on food.
Only in America!

The Nobleton is a short walk off the main drag in Ft. Lauderdale. The colors are traditional Easter egg brights, the property is clean, secure and well maintained with a retro feel. Keys are still used and the doors are a bit weathered. The room otherwise was very comfortable with a large flat screen TV on a swivel with HBO and Cinemax; kitchenette; walk in shower and large closet space with a table for all the beachy things you might need to put somewhere. The bed was king size and comfy. Complementary waters. We didn't need all the amenities for our one night stay over (in town for a cruise). The pool area was inviting- natural fencing and foliage kept the area private- variety of seating with umbrellas. Service was excellent- friendly and accommodating. Hubby and I would definitely be back should our travels bring us back to Ft. Lauderdale!

Two night stay pre cruise. Arrived late but key safe and info emailed to us so no problem getting in as reception only 9-5. Large room which they upgraded us for free. Kitchen with coffee machine and everything you need. Large wet room with good products such as face wipes body lotion etc. Comfy bed. Ground floor opened up to pool area which we used with free towels, sunbeds etc. One block from beautiful beach and nice restaurants. Very helpful staff.

Booked for a couple of nights it's a small 16 room hotel. We had a ground floor room that opened onto the pool area. The room was large with a kitchen and large wet room. It had all the usual facilities but no safe. The office is open 9-5 and staff very helpful. You gain access via a code and a key box inside holds your room key if arriving outside these hours. Our room had no nets so everyone could see straight in which was a bit of a problem during the day as no privacy. The A1C was noisy but was OK with us as we sleep soundly. Location great just a block from the beach and shops and restaurants. There is parking if you have a car. All in all a good place for a stopover

The Nobleton is a nice little hotel, where the reception staff go out of their way to be helpful. I wasn’t happy with my pillow, so replacements were promptly sent to our room. They phoned for a taxi at the end of our stay. We had a ground floor room with a coffee maker and fridge. Crockery and cutlery are supplied, so we bought breakfast supplies. The coffee maker can also boil water for tea. There is a free laundry on site, but when I asked where it was, they offered to do my laundry for me, which is amazing service. Location of the hotel is in a quiet area, not far from the beach,

We stayed here for three days for our Anniversary/Husbands Birthday with our 4year old daughter. Tony made us feel right at home from the moment we checked in to towels and beach chairs that are provided by the facility was great. The property is kept immaculate by Tony and he cares alot about his customers we enjoyed the palm tress throughout the property and of course he made us feel right at home with the Bluetooth pool surround sound for music around the patio we could have not asked for a better weekend specially during these times got our relaxation in with beach only being about a block and half away!

Even if the check-in time may not fit your travel schedule, there is good service and the possibility to store the luggage safely while waiting for the room. In our case, we actually got the room well before the expected time.
Practical location, relatively close to Las Olas Beach.
Nice and cosy pool area.
Very large room compared to a normal hotel room.

We stayed at the Nobleton Hotel from February 6th to February 9th. It hotel is a great boutique hotel that is straight to the point. They dont serve breakfast there but the access to the beach is about a literal 5 to 7 minute walk. Shout out to Tony, who pretty much holds the hotel down and the room with the kitchenette was spot on clean. The water taxi stop is a 4 minute walk from there too (on the water taxi tell the boat captain to let you off the W or whistle stop). This is definitely a spot to stay if you want beautiful beach access with a tone down feel of Miami. We couldn't be happier and will definitely stay here again.

We are coming in late at night. Will there be parking readily available and onsite? Is this a safe area?

There is parking but we did not drive there so I don't remember how much but always remember spaces not taken. Most everyone we spoke to flew in. You can send a email to the hotel and they r good at responding. Its very safe. Tons of restaurant's a block away and you are surrounded by other high rise hotels and expensive condos. The hotel locks the gate (forgot what time) you will need to make arrangements prior so you can get the code to open the gate. Hope this helps

I saw the sun trolley and the little golf carts. Do not depend on cab as we waited 45 minutes for 1. Uber’s were not readily available either. If you want a cab, try walking down to the valet at the W.
