We're not big party guys and enjoy just relaxing and being pampered while on vacation. Pineapple Point will always be our go2 place when we want to be treated like kings. - COVID UPDATE - We got there a little early and patiently waited while using the pool as the staff thoroughly cleaned our room for 2 hours. All remotes were sanitized and sealed in their own bags. The entire room was carefully sanitized and then finished off with a fogger disinfectant just like the airlines do to kill any remaining germs. Happy Hour continues with high end individual packets of different cheese/meat selections. They are just like the ones you would buy at the store when you have friends over. Pick what you want and enjoy. Breakfast hasn't changed that much. Muffins are packaged and not open as they used to be. From what I could see pretty much everything that used to be in the lobby fridge is still there for guest to enjoy 24/7. All staff wear masks where ever they are and what ever they are doing even if its just Tim trimming a tree in the back. If we lived closer and we could drive in we wouldn't hesitate to stay at Pineapple Point even during COVID, but since we have to fly from Maryland these are different times. Pineapple Point is still the class Guest House in the area and will do everything to keep you safe and comfortable during your stay.

We have been to Pineapple many times over the past several years. Covid was a serious concern this year, but we read about what they were doing to be covid safe and decided to go. It was perfect in all respects. Still the greatest place with greatest service, but now extra measures to make all guests feel covid safe. The chairs are distant, the food is no longer communal, the gym is private by appointment only and disinfected between each use. There are plenty of masks available, which are mandatory in the office, and hand sanitizer in each room and throughout the property. We felt so safe we booked again. Occupancy was high with many other guests around and everyone was feeling the same and very respectful of wearing masks when near others or being socially distant. Despite the covid measures everyone was still having a great time and as usual very sad on check-out day!

Experience is everything. Even amidst the pandemic Pineapple Point staff rise to the occasion and make you feel comfortable from the moment you walked into the gates and throughout your stay. Attention to detail is always at the forefront of the experience. Year after year the quality and level of customer service and accommodations has remained on point! Pineapple staff upped their game and made some renovations to the decking area, refreshed the paint in rooms and as well with social distancing has allowed comfortable spacing between guests when sunning and socializing. Staff wear masks and clean and sanitize all high touch areas, including tables, chairs and even rafts. They still provide turn down service and supply you with masks. The continental breakfast is available with individually wrapped food choices and beverages. Remember your mask while in the office and breakfast area for your convenience as well as the staff. We truly enjoyed our week in June and look forward to our next stay! It’s our home away from home!

Just returned from a five night visit during the re-opening after Pineapple Point's two month "pandemic pause." Extraordinary attention to detail to assure a safe environment, reimagining of the pool seating including an expanded deck area to allow for distancing of guests, continual cleaning in all common areas, masks on staff, express check-in which allowed going directly to room, wrapping and individual packages of all items in the breakfast area, hand sanitizing stations in multiple places, fresh paint in many areas. The multiple areas with lounges, chairs and tables make social distancing very easy. Owners Phil and Judd and the entire team have worked very hard in recent weeks to make the reopening possible, comfortable, and a relaxing getaway in a difficult time. Thank You! Look forward to returning soon.

I'm a local and have been going to PP on day passes for years. It wasn't until the Covid pandemic changed all my trip plans that I decided to reach out and see if they had any rooms left so I could get a change of scenery. Lucky for me. Booking was easy over the phone.

An email told me what to expect on arrival and they asked what time I planned to arrive. I even called the night before to ask about the pending storm. They told me that if I felt the need to leave early they would give me a credit for future stay. With that, all my worries were lifted.

My room was ready and clean on my arrival. There were hand sanitizer bottles, masks and gloves available all over. I saw the staff cleaning throughout the day. All staff were wearing masks.

My room was very nice, great location on the property, close to the pool. Large, comfortable king size bed, plenty of closet space. All the remotes were in separate containers indicating that they were sanitary.

Otherwise, with some deck updates, a few pool chairs removed, the property amazing as always. Quiet, calming and social. I made an appointment to use the gym on my own. They clean after each gym user. Breakfast had the same offerings, but some were individually wrapped instead of buffet style. Same for happy hour food.

The staff was friendly and helpful, as always. I actually ended up leaving a day early due to pending storm. I can't wait to book my next trip. A huge thanks to all at PP for making my first overnight stay awesome!

After twenty plus years of vacationing in Fort Lauderdale and staying at similar resorts, Pineapple Point is by far is the best-hands down! In the past of I have had issues with customer service at the other gay resorts but not here! The service is top-notch, the grounds are beautiful! All of the reviews you read online are 100% accurate. The Saturday BBQ which is held each week during high season is wonderful with delicious hamburgers and homemade healthy salads. The other guests that this guesthouse attracts are classy and well-mannered. If you are looking for a high end gay experience look no further!

Based on the outstanding reviews we read on Pineapple Point, we booked a long weekend here. It was our first time staying here, and we will definitely be returning again soon. It is located in the beautiful neighborhood of Victoria Park and near all the Ft Lauderdale necessities: the Beach, Wilton Manors, Las Olas Blvd., Downtown, and the Intracoastal Waterway. The grounds and guest houses on the property are beautiful, the landscaping is impressive, and there is so much privacy in hidden little areas of the resort. We had an amazing time relaxing by the pools and hot tubs, reading in the hammocks, going for a bike ride, or relaxing in our room. Each night there is a happy hour to meet and greet other guests. From the moment we arrived until the time we left we were well taken care of. The attention to detail in every aspect of our stay was incredible including poolside beverage service, complimentary snacks and drinks poolside, popsicle breaks by the pool, and having beach chairs to take to the beach. The service was outstanding. They are committed to making your stay in Ft. Lauderdale relaxing and enjoyable. The team is focused on the guest experience and was helpful in any of your needs. The rooms were comfortable and full of amenities. The resort was incredibly clean and during the times of COVID-19, the focus on health safety and cleanliness was evident by all staff and guests. We had an incredible time at Pineapple Point and are looking forward to our next stay. Thank you Judd, Phil, Scotty, Daniel, and the rest of the Pineapple Point Resort team.

As a hotel owner in Washington, DC, i have an appreciation for the efforts required to provide a safe and healthy environment for guests. Pineapple Point exceeded my wildest expectations. Every effort has been made to ensure the guest not only feel safe but in fact are provided the safest environment possible, all while maintaining their unparalleled level of guest service. Phil, Judd and team do more far more than provide shelter, they understand the hospitality business and delver a five star guest experience. While there has been much in the news of Florida rate of infections, the benefit of Pineapple point is that during our five day stay, we had limited need to leave the property.

I cannot envision staying anywhere else when visiting Ft. Lauderdale.

I'll admit, I was suspicious as to how this property could achieve so many five star ratings, not being a huge resort and not located directly on the beach. I'm please to say it exceeded all my expectations and is our new favorite place for a relaxing vacation in the USA. The location is a short walk from the restaurants on Los Olas, and a short bike (provided) Uber or walk to the beach. We ended up staying at the resort almost the entire time! The owners/team at PP go out of their way to provide beyond five star concierge service the entire time (EX: if you want to order food to be delivered, tell them what you want and they call the restaurant, order, receive, plate and deliver your food to you). Tons of amenities not listed on their site, such as drink mixers, etc.. and they will even hold your unfinished bottles of alcohol in their closet with your name on it until your next visit! The guests were all friendly professionals and couples which we quickly made friends with, hung out with all day and enjoyed going out with for dinner/drinks after the complimentary happy hour. I cannot compliment this paradise enough and admit, we've already booked another reservation for the upcoming months!

We've had the great fortune to stay at Pineapple Point many times over the years and it remains the perfect dream vacation spot in Fort Lauderdale. The staff at Pineapple Point is absolutely the very best. All the guys are friendly and helpful throughout the stay. The ambience of the resort is heavenly. Nestled in the middle of Victoria Park, a very upscale community, just minutes from the bars and clubs at Wilton Manors, the famous Fort Lauderdale beaches and the restaurants on Las Olas Blvd, Pineapple Point is the perfect tropical paradise to completely relax and enjoy the absolute beauty of the two acre property. The tropical foliage at Pineapple Point is superb and unsurpassed by any other property in the area. Once you walk through the private gate and enter the two acre property, you are transported into a lush and tropical arboretum of hundreds of trees and plants. You instantly feel like you are in the middle of a tropical forest. It is really spectacular and it is maintained perfectly.

At check-in you are warmly greeted by truly friendly and well trained staff and then you and your luggage are whisked off to your immaculate deluxe room. Whether you choose from a variety of very high end deluxe king rooms or decide to spring for an even more elevated experience (a large and comfortable Suite, a three floor magnificent Villa or the two bedroom Cottage), you will be amazed with the comfort and attention to detail provided in each room. All of the rooms, Suites, Villas and Cottage are decorated beautifully and provide a treat for the eyes. Whatever accommodations you choose, you can't go wrong and you will be thrilled with the shear beauty of the entire property.

Breakfast at Pineapple Point provides just about everything you could imagine in a very high end continental breakfast. There are dozens of items to choose from. Likewise, the daily happy hour is a great way to wind-down, have a glass of wine or a beer, choose from several great snacks and get to know the other guys staying at the resort.

If you haven't yet stayed at Pineapple Point, take my advice and run...don't walk to your nearest phone and give these guys a call. You will find the staff to be both patient and helpful with any questions you have. You will also be delighted with everything about this amazing resort and will probably become one of their thousands of repeat guests. Finally, keep in mid these folks have over 1000 five star reviews on Trip Advisor. Think about that. Over 1000 five star reviews. There is a good reason why they have so many five star reviews. Because they are just that great!

The “coldest” months here would probably be Jan., Feb. and Mar. with late fall and early spring having a few cooler days. The great thing about South Florida is that the sun almost always shines, especially in the fall, winter and spring! Plus, the pool is heated and secluded from a cool breeze, so you can conceivably swim year round! We love Pineapple Point and you will, too! Happy travels!

Hi, Jenna! I'm assuming by your name that you're a female. Idk it's 2022 and not sure how you identify. It's a male only resort. So not sure if any of your questions are relevant after knowing this information.

Sorry. Just seeing this. I often travel solo. Really enjoyed myself on this trip. The staff were friendly and the guests were easy to chat up. It was fairly cruisy at times, especially in the evening/night. This place definitely has a vibe that allows for connecting. It was a really nice change from the Ritz Carlton vibe though. The hot tub got pretty busy late at night but the guests were really cool about me stepping out and walking away. I made a friend during my visit and the way this place is set up facilitated a relaxed intimacy. Hammocks, alcoves.. it was great if you were looking for a little romance/intimacy. My room had a glass block wall in the shower that faced the courtyard. Didn’t realize at first that I had an audience.. but the glass blocks afforded a certain amount of mystery so I wasn’t mad at it. I’m really looking forward to going again
