From check in to check out everything was excellent about our stay at this property. We had a long term stay (2 weeks) due to renovations at our property in Clearwater and the hotel accommodated us and made it feel like home. The room was incredible, large and had a huge balcony overlooking Mandalay Avenue and the Gulf allowing for spectacular sunset views. Everyone on staff was friendly from the valet team (who worked hard for us since we were in and out a lot!) to the mechanics (thanks for the help with the frisky AC unit) to the front desk crew (for being there for a morning or evening smile after a long day). A special shout out to Eric who was a bartender at the new rooftop bar as well as the lobby bar for the excellent service. Most bartenders don't take the time to learn a customer's name let alone take the time to refresh a drink that's melted a bit. He went above and beyond and showed genuine interest in us during our stay which was appreciated - like meeting up with an old friend! Speaking of the rooftop bar, be sure to visit if your staying there! Unbelievable views all around! We will definitely be visiting again and will be sure this hotel is where we'll call "home" again.
To all visitors - just be aware there is a $29+tax Valet charge, self-parking is not an option but the Valet team were awesome and took the time to get to know us so it was easy in and out!

Wonderful experience. Here are the key highlights: Great location one block from the beach Friendly staff - consistent too, everyone you interact with is happy at their job Clean rooms - and you see staff cleaning lobbies etc Rooftop bar with excellent views and cocktails Breakfast in the morning was fresh and tasty, well worth it as an option Starbucks coffee in the lobby Traveled with two other couples just for a quick trip to the beach. We all left raving about the service. Specific staff who helped us: Tameka and Clera at the front desk were gracious, fun and complimentary Truman who served coffee and breakfast is smart, always smiling and cool under pressure in a busy rush. He has a great future in hospitality.

We stayed her for 4 nights in April. There is a $29 a day valet parking fee if you do get a rental car. We decided not to get one & Uber from the airport & back. We did walk everywhere, this hotel is only 2-3 blocks from the main area and to the beach. During check in, they were very nice & gave me a paper with the weather for the week, and other info. I also got a complimentary ticket for a drink at their rooftop bar, I never did get a chance to use that since I had 3 kids with me. My room was very nice & clean. This is a new hotel & you can tell! We were on the 7th floor which is below the rooftop bar & they did have a opening event on one which I did not hear anything in my room. They also have a mini Starbucks, which I did not like my drink and eventually did go to the other Starbucks by the beach a short walk away. They even have a good snack center with drinks, snacks & other stuff like Tylenol, Motrin and tweezers prices reasonably, you can charge it to your room or pay at the desk. The pool area was nice, plenty of tables and chairs I felt like. I thought the water was cold, but my kids never had a problem and other children around us said it was fine. Pool did close at dusk around 8ish. We had a very nice stay and really would recommend staying here. It’s a little pricey, you don’t get any complimentary breakfast included. Only complaint I have is they have 1 elevator that goes all the way up to the 8th, where the other elevator to the 4th floor (that’s where the pool and lobby is) it did get busy or had to take two elevators at times.

The staff is extremely friendly and the hotel is clean. However, this hotel is nothing as it is described to be. Yes they have “139” rooms which is all they talk about in their promo but these rooms are of horrible layout. The room I initially was put in was tucked in the corner, with no balcony, facing over the non heated pool and half a brick wall. Why they even have a room in this position? I have no idea. The hotel staff was nice and moved me upon my request but NOBODY would want to pay over 1000k for a 4 night stay in that box of a room.
In addition, the pool doesn’t even face the bay. there is no “free breakfast” as described on the third party websites. You have to order food from their Starbucks which is their breakfast. They don’t even have a trashcan to throw away your food when your done.
The main lobby is on the fourth floor? With no signs saying anything about that. The only sign is for the roof top bar, which can you guess! is obviously on the roof. Absolutely horrible.
2 the elevators go to floors 1-4 , 2 of the elevator go to 4-8, and one goes to 1-8. So all of the 139 rooms half to play Russian roulette with the elevator to get down
This hotel is 10/10 for cleanliness and false advertising but 0/10 for common sense. I will never stay here again.

Primary complaint is the mandatory valet parking for a fee of $29. Website indicated on-site parking with no mention of self not being an option. Upon checkout the next morning I was brought the wrong vehicle which I had already begun to load before discovery of the valet error.
The AC has a lower limit setting. Two hours after check in the room temp displayed 77 degrees (down 2 from 79 in two hours. A trip to the desk resulted in a maintenance call. The tech was apologetic and quickly resolved the situation.

Where do I begin? The staff is basically rude and unfriendly to say the least.From the front desk staff on......Not a welcoming place, do they all hate their life?? The only ones on property who smiled and greeted us were the valet. We were there a week and it was a joke to us that all week we were passed on property by staff and never greeted or smiled at. The bistro is a mess, never open, when they are they are confused and slow and rude. The pool was a main issue for us because that was a main thing we came to Florida for. sun and pooltime. Counted only 10 lounge chairs for the entire hotel. We were never able to get a chair all week to enjoy the pool It can be configured differently to accommodate guests. They do not care. The roof top bar needs more hours open to enjoy it especially on the weekend? When they are open the bartenders are not friendly and the cushions on couches are dirty, Forget having a fire at the firetables because I was told they never have propane and that they probably won't be getting it any time soon. okay......what a waste of a beautiful space and they wonder why there aren't many ppl up there...... Onto the room. They are ok for a 1-night stay. That is it. No room to get ready for the day, especially for women. No long mirror and need to utilize the space better with more surface counter type space. Not weird angles. You have to step up into the shower/tub so be careful getting out as you are stepping down. The doors are not fitted properly so the hallway light shines into the room when closed at night time. Overall we were disappointed in our stay and will definitely pick elsewhere in Clearwater for future visits. Not a good value for your money.

Enjoyed our stay here. Loved the balcony and great location. We were able to walk everywhere. Staff all very nice, especially valets. But huge shoutout to housekeeper Thalia. Our daughter decided to leave a note to say how much fun she was having. When Thalia cleaned our room she wrote notes back to her and arranged her blankets and stuffed animals on her bed. It made our daughters day. Thank you for taking time and being so thoughtful!!

Very nice place with views of the gulf and the intracoastal water. Quiet. Great pool with views. Very comfortable bed and great staff. Also has the marina right on site Housekeeping updated towels and wash rags daily which is rare these days. Valet staff was very efficient

The hotel was centrally located with the pier, beach, all sorts of eateries within walking distance. The rooms were nicely appointed with a safe, hide a way microwave snd refrigerator. We had a balcony which was lovely. The views were wonderful. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. The roof top bar was nice. The service was exceptional. Staff was wonderful and extremely caring as to your comfort staying there. If there was one drawback it would have been screaming and unruly children in the rooms at night. It would be nice to either have families all on one floor or different wings. We would definitely return but not when kids would tend to be there.

This hotel lived up to what they advertise on their website. The room was comfortable with enough amenities for my long weekend stay. Comfortable bedding, plenty of shampoo/conditioner/body wash provided and a beautiful view of the marina. Jessica at the front desk was incredibly attentive and followed through to be sure my stay was living up to expectations. The valet was very convenient and they were always polite and friendly offering suggestions of things in the area. The Starbucks was a delightful treat and I was always greeted with a smile every morning by their staff.

Thank you for your question. The beach is about a 7 minute walk. Pier 60 and the beach are wonderful. There are separate vendors for beach chairs. We look forward to your visit
