Detailed Reviews
The hotel has recently been refreshed, with new carpets, draperies, furniture, beds, and bedding in most guest rooms. Covid of course hit just as they were beginning, and some delays have been encountered with them finishing, but they are getting there. The rooms are always immaculately cleaned to the highest standards, and you can be guaranteed a restful sleep on their super comfortable beds. With a microwave and a mini fridge in each room, along with an Iron, and Pod coffee makers; the time you spend in your room will be as comfortable as your own home. WIFI service is complimentary throughout the property, and always fast enough to do what you need it to do. 40" diagonal LED/LCD TVs in the rooms also provide a great selection of viewing choices from their in-house cable service. If you ever need any assistance in any way, such as recommendations, or assistance with finding local attractions or destinations, the front of house staff that work the front desk are more than willing to assist. Sorry kids, but no pool on this property. There is a restaurant on site, that has excellent food and drinks. No complimentary breakfast unless you chose the room package for such. Located in a great location to all shopping amenities, and numerous dining choices from sit-down to fast-food, all alround you.

We loved practically everything about our stay! From the prompt message responses on booking.com, the professionalism, the service, the high standard of cleanliness, honouring our requests and the bath robes, we were very happy with our accommodation choice.
The only reason I didn’t give five stars was because I found the king bed in the suite not overly comfortable and being close to the highway we found it noisy in the early hours of the night. They also serve brunch in the Redwood Grill attached to the hotel but it only opens at 10am. This would have been fine for us but we had the kids so we were at a disadvantage. The staff however was quick to suggest other options in the close vicinity of the hotel without us asking at check-in which we greatly appreciated.
Otherwise we have no complaints and we can’t wait to stay again! Thanks so much! ☺️

Loads of positives about this place: the hotel is easy to find, just off the highway, convenient for the airport and a short drive to the downtown / harbour attractions in Halifax, but set back from the main road so there's no traffic noise. I had one of the suites, which was massive, with a large bedroom and separate living / kitchen space. The furniture in the living room was clean and comfortable, and the linens were clean in the bedroom. The bathroom and shower were good. Breakfast in the Redwood grill was also great, with really quick service.
The only slight downside was that they kept me waiting in reception at check in, whilst checking if the room was ready.
I only stayed here because rooms were at a premium downtown due to the marathon, but was glad I did.

After staying in an RV a couple days out in Cape Breton it was nice to come here for a nice , comfy and relaxing stay. This place is a few minutes out a downtown Halifax but it’s still close to everything. Would stay here again and recommend it to others.

The hotel is located at the edge of town near a major highway. The hotel is very large but quite dated. The rooms were dated as well with old furniture. The very ,ong, mostly empty hallways give the hotel and eerie and impersonal vibe. Okay for one night but no place to stay longer.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, The room 111 was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable. I have not had that great sleep in a hotel in a very long time. This is a great place to stay with the fridge. bathrooms were very clean and roomy the shower. It was great. I cannot think of anything else that would’ve been messed. The hotel itself beautifully landscaped nestled in a great area. There are amenities close by if you were staying in Halifax area and this is definitely a great place to stay.

We stayed for one night. Nothing outstanding, nothing bad. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and bathroom was fine. My chromebook struggled to connect to their wi-fi (had to reboot to get on) but our other android devices worked fine. There are many restaurants near by, we drove a little further to the Budapest Bisztro. Would stay again.

The room I had was open concept. But there maybe suites. I don’t know.
I'm not sure. They have a 1-800 you should call them direct
Depends on what taxi service, I have had some offer lower than $55, so don't go with anyone or there is a bus service that is less costly from a hotel near downtown for like $22, so even taxi to that hotel and that $22 is less than some taxi's....hope this helps
Hello, we are located close to Bayer's Lake Business Park. The front of the hotel over looks our parking lot and the back area is wood on one side with a condo building on the other. Please view the hotel on google maps. Our longitude and latitude is.(44.6593162,-63.6750163)
Thank you,
If you arnt driving and need transit I recomand the air port bus on the lower level outside, fair is 3.00 remimber to get a transfer its good up to three hours, take the airport bus to the metro bridge terminal 15 mint drive ti dartmouh. Use your transfer you recieved feom the driver to get on the 52 bayers lake from the bridge terminal parks oppsite side in same area as the airport bus.
Ask the drive for future inns bayers lake and the bus driver will know exactly where this is, if not the hotel is near the end of the rout and is not hard to miss, as soon as you see the future Inns hotel pull yellow stop cord and preeceed to leave bus via motion hand sensors door.
