Places to stay are graded on a 0-100 scale. The higher the grade, the easier it is for travellers to find restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
Room was cozy for 2, air conditioner, kitchen, toaster, kettle, stove, fridge etc. Original room was occupied, but ended getting an end unit, which was quiet. Fire pit, and grill but bring your own wood, and tank, or you pay fee. Check out was 11 am. wifi, but no tv use.

It was a regular hole in the wall place to crash. Prices were fair but they completely scammed us out of our deposit. Checked the room and said it was fine, that they would put through the transaction of a return and still 24 hours later, will not give a confirmation number for transaction and now will not return our calls. We have contacted the police to look into this and they said they have had numerous complaints about wrongful deposits not being returned. Of course it is a civil matter, which we will be pursuing. We left the place cleaner than it was to begin with. Chose a different location.

Have you ever been to a motel/motel that charges you for a "dirty towel."? We paid over a grand to enjoy our few nights there with a large group of friends, and the lady there wouldn't let us get our full deposit back because our towel was dirty and she couldn't wash it, unacceptable! Too bad that our great time there was overshadowed by the horrible experience of this business establishment.

We stayed for 4 nights. Checkin was easy and they had the room ready early. It is very well located to walk to the main beach and attractions. It is a place to sleep and has full kitchen facilities. The room was clean and had all the amenities as described. There is a laundry room to access towels and sheets as needed. The rooms are like little cottages and as such they have cottage like dishes and so forth. There are bbq faculties and fire pits.
The new owner is working incredibly hard to make the place a home away from home. Very accommodating and addresses all issues as they come up. The reviews were concerning but we did not have any issues. If you need 5 star accommodations you will find faults, however if you are ok with older facilities it’s great! Good luck and thank you!
We gave 5 stars based on the service and experience and will stay again. Thank you for the great time!

Surprisingly cozy for a motel. Cheerful interior, well maintained and clean. AC works perfectly. Plenty of hot water. Our favourite part was the outdoor accommodations - there's a fire pit, BBQs, and gazebos. The owner and staff are extremely helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Great family atmosphere. Also a short walk to the main beach. We had a blast!

Single handedly the worst motel I’ve ever been to. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy. The beds do not get cleaned, the amount of sand in the beds was confusing, I’m not sure how the whole beach could end up in there. What’s even worse than that, is the company they host. Im so pissed off with this place. 258.00 a night the beds were hard as a rock. The foton was broken so we had to put the microwave under the frame to hold it up. Had to buy air mattress to put on the foton cause of the bars. Ive seen better bathrooms/showers at camp grounds . Not much kitchen supplies. Air conditioner is in only one bedroom.. I would never come back.

I put a deposit down on a room here, they rented the room to someone else and refused to refund my deposit. Very unfriendly staff when I tried to call them about my deposit, hiding behind broken English to give me the run around.

Dear Customer, For monthly winter rentals there is a high demand here in Wasaga Beach, especially with our establishment due to our efficiency units offered. Our policy in regards to deposits are non-refundable and we stress this point to all of our customers. Your deposit ensured your unit for the winter. We have turned away numerous potential customers due to the fact that you had secured our last unit. Deposits are non-refundable in cases of cancellations. This is our policy and there are no exceptions. I had personally spoken with you on the telephone and explained this matter to you peacefully. I had also responded to the Better Business Bureau and consequently they attempted to contact you with no success.

The people are ok and you can wheel n deal Showers are way too small, to wash you have to lean on the walls Ridiculously too small Always have to re wash the dishes What I thought was awesome wash they brought all new beds in but found out it because they have a serious bed bug problem going on for the last 4 years because to cheap to get there units sprayed so the bed bugs come right back in the new beds, handyman confirm that. The bugs are in the 2 bdrm units not sure about the 1 or 3 bdrms but they easily spread I'm sure! Internet is not good at all unless standing outside I thought my bites were from misquotes but soon found out the difference because I caught them and brought some to them in a water bottle for proof because they didn't believe me.

Not the worst place I've stayed in, but definitely in the bottom 3. The important stuff was clean... towels, bedding, bathroom. Wifi unreliable at best. Beach is half a kilometre away. The rest was very run down and, considering the price, I expected better. For a party town catering to drunken college kids, this seems to be normal. The other hotels in the area looked to be about the same.
