I chose this hotel because it got good reviews from their guests. And It's all True!! 😁
Walking distance to Burnham, Night Market, Wet Market, Ukay Ukay, & plenty of Restaurants esp Good Taste & Cafe by the Ruins.

They have an Elevator, parking space, Aircon, hot/cold shower & Water pressure is good.
Since we have a senior with us, an elevator is a must.
The room is spacious & clean. The bathroom has enclosed shower for less splash and less cold air.
The price was very reasonable so we got 2 rooms for 5pax.
They don't have a ref on the deluxe rooms, but we did not need it anyways. Our left over pizza 🍕did not even spoil because the room is air-conditioned.
They have a family room with a receiving area, kitchen & ref, which I will be booking on our next trip.

Although due to the pandemic they don't serve breakfast/food yet, but the Free unlimited all day coffee & Hot/cold drinking water dispenser were very much appreciated. They have a breakfast corner that the guest can use to hangout and eat take out food. Maybe if there was a microwave in the breakfast corner to reheat our take out/left over food, it would be most perfect. 😜

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Kudos to Julius & Renz & all the staff who were very attentive to our needs. And special thanks to Kuya Guard Val who even helped my hubby instantly when he saw him loading our massive Ukay Ukay purchases. Plus it was lovely meeting Kuya Rommel who gave us road tips. 😁

They have a cozy lobby that feels like home.
We will definitely be back.

The place was clean, room is spacious. True value for money. What me and my husband loved most is its location. It was great that we can just walk around anywhere in Baguio without really being too far from the place. It's also a plus that their free shampoo and soap smells good.

The last time I was in this wonderful city in the mountains it was over ten years ago, so we decided to stay in a place where it was within walking distance to several notable places in Baguio. This is one of the plus points of this place, being in the center of it all. Another great thing was our room, it was spacious enough, with the basic amenities. Nevermind if the shower area was a little small, it was a no-frills place. Also, our room had the view of the street outside, but surprisingly it wasn't noisy and bustling despite it being a main thoroughfare.
While the hotel has no breakfast, it has free coffee which is not really a huge deal since it was weak and lacked flavor. Despite not serving breakfast, this was a great opportunity for our family to venture out to nearby restaurants (there are many!) and try their offerings.
I agree with some of the other reviews before mine that this hotel could have been better with their service. A few of their personnel need training on how to handle patrons of the business by being accommodating and courteous. Parking could also be an issue since there are very limited slots. But really, one can overlook these minor concerns.
If I return to Baguio in the near future I'd stay here again.

I stayed at this hotel fr. Aug. 17 to 19, 2011 together with my "boss" as we were on a business trip. I made the decision to stay here based on the reviews that I read at Trip Advisor and the discount (Rainy Days promo) that the hotel offered. I initially wanted to stay at Hotel Veniz as I have been there for two (2) different times but the price difference swayed me to try Holiday Park Hotel even though the rate is exclusive of free breakfast.

The moment I entered the lobby, I felt that I made the right decision since we were greeted by the warm hospitality shown by its staff. The check-in was fast and we were quickly ushered in to our room, which caught me by surprise. It was unexpectedly huge enough to fit three (3) persons (with an additional bed). it came with a dresser and a cabinet, which was useful to us as we were able to hang our polos. The choice of color for the flooring was grey wood parquet that added a touch of elegance to the room ambiance instead of the traditional carpet not to mention it is easier to spot dirt on a wooded floor but trust me, housekeeping did a job job in cleaning the room.

Likewise, the hotel provided the following amenities: slippers, soap & shampoo, and toothbrush kit. Loved the pillows as they were not that soft (my preference) though would have preferred if each bed had a pair. The bed was neither soft nor hard, just right for me to have a quality sleep for two (2) nights.

My only complaint and as previously written is the lack of a "hot" water in the shower area. It was more of a warm water when I took a shower but would have preferred a little inc. in temp. The bathroom by the way, is of better quality than Hotel Veniz as shower area is enclosed by a glass sliding door thus preventing water from seeping out (kinda OC about it).

Lastly, the wifi inside the room was strong as I was able to access my email thru my phone as well as the net. However, I chose to preserve the battery of my phone and opted to use the desktop computer at the lobby of the hotel which was free of charge.

Will definitely be back this Oct. but with my fiance for pure R & R.

Me and my hubby stayed at Holiday Park Hotel for a weekend stay at Baguio City. At first I was very hesitant because I preferred another hotel which costs more. Good thing, my husband persuaded me to book in this hotel. It's really near to everything in Baguio. We just walked from the hotel to Burnham Park, SM City Baguio, Baguio Cathedral, and Baguio Market. The hotel staff were also very accommodating. We brought left-over pizza from our dinner the other night and asked one of their kitchen staff to have it heated for our breakfast. The staff did not only heated the pizza, he also placed it in 2 plates (one for me and one for my hubby) and offered knife and fork. I was really very happy with their service! :) The rooms were clean, the hot and cold shower worked well which was very important considering that Baguio's tap water temp is really really cold (even with the heat this summer!). All in all we had a good stay and we enjoyed Baguio so much. On our next Baguio trip, we will definitely stay in this hotel. I recommend for you to stay in this hotel too! You won't regret it.. :)

I stayed here last January 29,2012 to celebrate my daughter 2nd year birthday. We stayed in the 3rd floor overlooking the street which i booked.

The deluxe room was enough for us and breakfast not included moreover the place was cool enough.

The shower was hot and cold and amenities were provided..

The price was good enough 1800 pesos compare with the price of the adjacent hotel..

You could walk for 5 minutes then you will be at Burnham already or session road..

The staff were courteous and amiable They even get you a cab...

The problem here is that there's no food except for the breakfast menu however there's a nearby restaurant which is affordable and serve delicious dimsums .I think it's a chinese restaurant. You will love their appetizer.

I will stay to this hotel again..

My wife and I were in Baguio City for a week during our trip to P.I. and wanted a decently priced hotel to stay in that has WiFi. We found this hotel and stayed during their rainy day promo at 1350 PHP. Here are the pros and cons:

Cons: No complimentary/inclusive breakfast with stay, no refrigerator, microwave, hot iron, or hair dryer in the room, limited hot water (warm water) due to waterless heater system that doesn't work very well

Pros: very clean hotel and rooms, centrally located in Baguio city (5 minutes walk to marketplace), spa and massage located next door, awesome restaurant on the corner (Central Park Restaurant), complimentary/inclusive WiFi, and the SERVICE!!!! awesome awesome service.

To elaborate more on the service that my wife and I received, we figured we would have to spend about 3000 PHP for about two loads of laundry that we will accumulate during our stay. We were given a piece of paper with the price of the laundry (priced per piece) and we were fine with it. We brought our laundry down to the front desk to have them turn in for cleaning and thinking that would be about 30 pieces and total 1500-2000 PHP, but MICHAEL (awesome guy by the way) took it upon himself to run uphill to the local laundromat to get our laundry done for cheaper then what would have originally costs us. Where in the hell would an employee do this for their guests? Holiday Park Hotel, that is where you will get that kind of service.

Even though the rooms didn't have a hot iron and ironing board, they were readily available upon request. I don't care about all of the cons that I have listed on here because the next time my wife and I are in Baguio City, this is the only place we will stay regardless of regular price or promo. There is a hotel named Eurotel next door and was built later than Holiday Park Hotel, but it looks tacky and rundown. Holiday Park Hotel looks brand new to us, until one of the employee (Henry on the night shift, awesome guy also) told us that Holiday Park Hotel has been there for years and looks new because they have to clean and wax every night. Plus, their greeters and security guards would run out into traffic to hail a cab for you and I definitely didn't see Eurotel staff doing the same for their hotel guests. Holy Crap Jesus! I love this hotel and its staff, you just can't get better service than this, other hotels should follow their example before they steal all of their potential customers.

It would be more sweet if they had inclusive breakfast, but Central Park Restaurant on the corner of the block has excellent food and decently priced if you are looking for somewhere to satisfy your hunger.

Me and boyfie have long-planned our Baguio trip for the holiday season--a good way to unwind and consume our leave credits (and a part of our bonuses). It has been almost a decade since I last stepped my foot there, and it's boyfie's first time. To make our trip memorable, we first prioritized the place to stay, and everything else will be spontaneous when we're already there. Apartelles, transient homes, inns--Baguio has a lot of them and it's very hard to pick the right one from the wide array of choices. Our first option was Hotel Veniz; apparently their non-aircon rooms don't have windows. We prefer natural lighting during daytime and it also feels claustrophobic that's why we looked into other options. Luckily, we stumbled upon Holiday Park Hotel. It was quite pricey I must say but it was worth it. I was stunned because everytime boyfie and I rode a taxi and told the driver our hotel, they always say it's one of the quite expensive hotels in Baguio and rooms are classy. Well, we weren't disappointed--we found the room very relaxing, and we had a great sleep (even naps were deep enough). What I really liked about the room is the warm colors (orange, white and brown). I must also commend the comfort room that really spells out its purpose as showers work properly and toiletries are amply provided. They also gave us new towels in the morning. They also let us use their computer for free since I left my laptop at home since it's bulky (take note, the place is a wifi hotspot). It's also near Cafe by the Ruins, Giligan's Island and Sizzling Plate for foodtrippers and walking distance to Burnham Park, Rizal Park, and City Hall. They also have a rooftop where you and your loved one can enjoy pizza under the moon and stars (which we did). ♥

Highlights: Elevator, Accommodating staff, 24-hour security, luggage helper (free deposit if you want to check out already). I recommend to choose rooms on higher floors to have a scenic view from you window especially at night.

Needs to be improved: The deluxe room was quite expensive (around Php 1800) considering that it did not provide any free breakfast (breakfast at the hotel costs Php 100). Should we have known earlier that the nearby hotel Eurotel offers 25% off on all its room rates with free buffet breakfast, it could have been our place instead. We were also not provided comforters, the blanket was quite small for two people plus it's very cold our aircon is often turned off. Nevertheless, Holiday Park gave us the luxury of enjoying Baguio and I miss our room there already :)

Tip: For budget travelers, try Tuvera Transient Houses. Walking distance from Victory Liner. Rooms around Php 600-900 for overnight stay. This is where we stayed until 12 noon since Holiday Park was fullybooked thus we cannot check-in earlier (we arrived in Baguio at around 4 am).
