My partner and I had a last minute plan to go to Baguio during the weekend. Most of the hotels we initially looked into are already fully booked or the rates are already high. Upon checking hotels that are still available with a reasonable rates and good ratings, we decided to book here. We were not expecting much since we got a room for a very cheap price given the fact that its the weekend and we only book the room few days before.
Upon arrival, the staff were very accommodating and helpful. I like how they approach and converse with the guests. They are all smiling and willing to assist you in every way.
The hotel has already been there for years already but I can say the have maintained the place perfectly good. I like how they are located in a busy street but then again they still have this quiet space with greenery or mini garden in the middle of the villas.
Its our first time staying there but we will definitely book again next time we go back in Baguio!

The room was all we needed, for the value of money, it is excellent. The location is great, just walking distance to Burnham Park, restaurants and Public market which is lovely when you want to buy pasalubong. The hotel staff is very helpful, we even bought plants for gifts and they are willing to bring it inside their courtyard. Would definitely recommend to everybody.

It was the pick season as we visited baguio for the weekend, we were packs of 9 along w/ 3 kids. we booked their villa, space was enough for us. Cleanliness was great, no question about that. the Ambiance was even more amazing because the place looks beautiful, not so loud and annoying. The staff was friendly and accommodating. the location of the accommodation is near restaurants and walking distance to burnham park.

A great hotel near Burnham Park. Just a walking distance to most visited areas in Bagiuo and that includes good restaurants like Good Taste (Just be patient while waiting in line). Nonetheless we had superb stay! ☺

Didnt tell us that the free breakfast is plated, made us choose ANYTHING from the menu then charged us when we checked out. Great Baguio experience ruined on our last day because of the poor service of this hotel. Terrible terrible. Wont recommend.

Never had this kind of experience in my travels. After the front desk confirmed that we can stay for another 4days, all of a sudden, I was informed that there is a conflict with the booking and we need to look for another hotel. The guard on duty is so rude. Excellent service is number 1 in hotels. If there is a zero rating, this hotel deserved a zero for incompetence and rudeness of its staff and guard. MyIncompetent and rude to the max. I will never stay in this hotel again.

Simple but excellent value for money! Helpful, friendly staff and no issues during our stay. Good and comfortable beds and an environment that makes you feel right at home. Breakfast however is very basic and leaves room for improvement. Thanks from a happy customer.

We stayed here last March 2018 in celebration of our son's birthday.
A good place to stay especially if you are with a kid who likes to hang out at Burnham park.
The room we are in is well kept and the buffet is also delicious. The breakfast after that is also good.
We highly recommend this place if you want a nice place to stay while touring Baguio City.
