the hotel very nice and calm only 15 minutes from the city ,the feed its getting much better and the service as well it seems that the New General manger make very good job and he add his touch and experience good luck and thanks to all the staff who take care of us

I traveled with my husband and my 2 year old. We had and excellent stay. Staff are extraordinarily nice and accommodating (Thanks for everything Nasar!). We had a very clean, modern room with a breathtaking view of the pool and beach on the background. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Food was very tasty but the options are a little limited at this point. This hotel just opened so there are a few quirks to work out. They took note of everything though. The hotel is on the side of the road opposite the beach but there is a shuttle to the Berenice beach club and the entrance is included in the price of your room. The beach club was amazing: 3 pools, good restaurant and bar, lots of places to sit with cover for the sun near the shore, good snorkeling. This hotel offers a lot for the price. We had a great stay and will be coming back.

outstanding breakfast buffet, comfortable room, nice pool. friendly staff, the Red Sea is a one of a kind experience. It's a reasonable walk to the beach. No complaints about the price. Family friendly.

🔻Breakfast and Dinner: Very low quality and no good variety
🔻Waiters: Watching you weirdly and disturbingly. Not smiling and unfriendly. No good service
🔻We had asked for a late check out at 16:00 due to our late flight and we were confirmed during check-in that it’s definitely ok. On the day, we have been asked to leave earlier saying that some new customers are coming. Totally unacceptable!
🔻The facility might look grand and nice; but don’t get fooled. It’s not worth!

The hotel was announced as 4 star boutique resort on a first coast line with pool and private beach. The first disappointment we faced when we arrived that the Hotel was not located on the coast line but isolated in mountains, across the highway from the private beach (about 20 minutes walking, no crossroads, no pedestrian zone; the good thing - the hotel provides a shuttle bus to the beach).
Upon arrival we’ve been met by Russian-speaking lady who was explaining to the guests mostly not about the rules and facilities of the hotel but about the proper behavior of the guests. That was my first time traveling with a tourist group but I have a big experience of traveling worldwide individually and I was very surprised the way the hotel greeted the guests as some school camp group.
We had an All inclusive meal option, however the food was very poor and not varied (we stayed for 7 nights and the menu was almost the same all the time). The meat/chicken was given portionally, strictly one piece per plate (the stuff was very surprised if you dared to ask for the 2nd piece). Drinks in bar were also just one glass per person even if you wanted to take the 2nd one for your family member. In general the service in the restaurant was not pleasant, the stuff was not costumer-oriented, instead of taking care of guests to feel on a resort, they made feeling like we were in some canteen.
There is a big pool area in the hotel, but it was not heated during our stay, so basically we couldn’t use it because the water was too cold.
Except the pool there is no other facilities in the hotel.
The rooms are very spacious and neat. However A/C didn’t work for heating and it was cool during our stay. Engineer promised to fix it however he didn’t, so we had to request some extra blankets.
I would like to highlight the great job of our room attendant- the Asian lady (we had 2 rooms on the 4th (2nd) floor). She provided an amazing service and I have to say thanks to her we had the cleanest rooms we’ve ever had during our traveling experience worldwide.
The private beach is very nice, there is a professional (not tense) animation team.
Due to our experience, I think that the hotel is overrated and don’t deserve 4 stars.

I typically don't write reviews, but this hotel was exceptionally awful. We booked this hotel under the false promise of a private beach. FYI- there is NO private beach. This is important to note for Western travelers, given the nature of the dress code on beaches here in Jordan (it is not advised to wear bikinis if you're not on a private beach). This property is located far from the seashore (at least 15-20 minute walk along the highway without a sidewalk). Once we confronted management about our unmet expectations, we were met with hostility and utter disrespect. The manager of this hotel even put his hand in my wife's face and told her to "calm down." After we were told by the reception that our only option was to check out and find a new hotel for the night, we called to book a new hotel. Only then, the manager informed us that he had mistaken our reservation with another couple's, refusing to finalize our check out. In addition to the despicable customer service we received here, the food was also terrible. The breakfast was severely lacking in variety and flavor, and the buffet ran out of food two mornings in a row. This hotel is a SHAM. The manager did not even apologize for the false advertisement, and instead claimed that we should have noticed upon arrival (at night) and that the mistake was our own problem. This hotel also lacks any vibrant life- tasteless decor, open construction areas, and a downright cold atmosphere. Had we known, we would have sprung for the extra 30 dollars to stay in town and to have access to a private beach.
