We love it here! We have stayed 3 different times for weeks at time since June. Hot water, great AC, huge rooms, two pools, great views of rice paddies if you are in building 107-112 and 207-212 all are nicer view. But we love every room and it’s so close to town but super quiet. Restaurants and spas galore in the area.

Only stayed here one night, wish we had stayed longer. Staff were very helpful whilst staying their only a few minutes away from the main street. I had a lovely room on the ground floor with the pool on the doorstep of my room. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here

We absolutely loved our stay. Ground floor across from pool and rice paddies in the background. Room was nice and staff were very friendly and accommodating to any of our needs during our stay. Would highly recommend if you want to stay on the Bisma street.

Terrible! The staff are so rude and unhelpful, the whole experience was a nightmare. The food is not included as per previous reviews stated.
The motel is really far away from town so you have to walk down random dark roads at night to get to basic food or water which feels really unsafe. No food in the rooms except a bottle of water meaning closest supermarket is 15 mins away meaning you have to walk down long crowded streets filled with motorcyclists sometimes no path. Only stayed here because of my intepid tour

This gem of a resort hotel is a class act. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodation and the service we received. From the most comfortable bed we have had in the last 2 years of traveling around the world to the superb panoramic view of the rice terraces, mountains and wide expanse of sky from our spacious room, this hotel is superb. We stayed for 1 week.

They are located down Bisma Street away from Ubud's busy city center. There are a number of free courtesy cars to run you into town and pick you back up again. Using their drivers allowed us to see a lot of the city in a short time and to mark spots that we wanted to visit later. It is a short walk to the Monkey Forest.

Their restaurant includes a great selection for breakfast which is included in the price. We also dined at their restaurant for lunch and their special, duck spring rolls, was excellent.

They offer massage services, which we also highly recommend. We had a deep tissue massage which was excellent and the same price as in town. They arrange all of the tours surrounding Ubud, or rental of car or scooter.

We looked at a few rooms and they are all modern and nicely appointed. Our room was the corner room on the main floor, 111, with a spacious desk area, couch in sitting area, very comfy king bed, large flat screen t.v., fridge and electric kettle.

Our front private terrace overlooked a large infinity pool, surrounded by lush gardens and there is a second pool on the way to the lobby area. Both swimming pools are very inviting with wide views of the rice terraces beyond.

Wifi works in the rooms and anywhere on the property. Air conditioning cools the room perfectly and water in the bathroom is hot. The bathroom was luxurious with rainshower and large tub.

The owner's representative, Hana, who speaks English very well, is available on site and always helpful with information about the hotel or about Ubud in general. He goes the extra mile to make sure his guests are happy. Staff in the spa, nail salon, restaurant, kitchen and laundry were all so friendly and polite. It was so nice to see their smiling faces greeting us each day. They all went out of their way to provide anything we needed.

We stayed at other hotels that were closer to the city. We much prefer the private paradise of Inata Bisma than the smaller, older, less modern hotels who advertise how close they are to the city center. There was too much traffic and no opportunity to get away from the city noise even in low season. From here, you can be driven to any of the sites and picked up again.

First of all: the hotel is very nice and clean, with large rooms but a little bit far from the city centre, that is why we choosed it. I would have suggested them, if the the staff wasn't so awful.

We arrived at 11:00 pm with a regular booking from booking.com in this hotel for 3 nights, and they told us that they had problems of overbooking, so they told us that they can send us to another hotel of higher quality. The problem was that the other hotel was NOT of higher quality, and the price per room was the HALF: we had to discover this by ourselves searching on internet, because the customer manager told us that the price was higher, lying to us.
After arguing for 2 hours we managed to stay in the other hotel for 1 night, they magically found the room for the other 2 nights, and we agreed that they would refund us of the difference for the 1st night.
The next 2 mornings the customer manager was saying exactly the same things to other customers, sending them to another hotel which was less expensive, so that they could earn more money.

If we didnt persist and looked at the fares of the other hotel, they would have cheated us. AVOID THEM

I stayed at Inata Bisma after being disappointed with a private villa so i checked out of there early and moved to Inata Bisma. This is almost a boutique style beauty hidden away. Set on Bisma Road, which alone is a great road to walk along taking in all the attractions Ubud has to offer. Inata Bisma is set among rice fields and from my balcony we were stunned with the beauty of the sunset. So relaxing, quiet, clean and full of smiles. There is construction happening towards the rear of the property as they are extending but was not an issue at all. Cannot wait to go back, will absolutely be staying here again :D

Firstly. The staff are very sweet and welcoming.
On arrival the staff quickly helped with our luggage and got us checked in. Also explained we receive a free mini bar and fruit basket. Got to the room mini bar was empty. Fruit basket was some black bananas and a lime?! The bedding was really badly stained. Large yellow patch in the middle of the bed they tried to cover with a towel. I asked them to change the sheets and they just got the linen from the room next door. All not very fresh as the hotel was empty so they get left on the bed for weeks. You have to pre order breakfast and a set time, not to keen on this especially when you can clearly see there’s only 3 occupied rooms in the hotel. Breakfast was ok. Would have a liked toast. Spent 6 nights here and did not once go in the pool as they just looked so filthy. They offer a shuttle to Ubud palace which is near lots of really good restaurants. However to go for dinner you have to choose between getting the 4pm shuttle and eating early or get the 7pm and walk back in the dark. 9pm shuttle would have been perfect.
I saw on a poster advertising they are building a new resort or extension. I’d recommend putting some work into restoring the original hotel first. It’s very tired.

This small resort with 22 rooms is located at the end of Bisma Road, a road parallel with Monkey Forest Road, and it is extremely quiet and green in this area. The hotel is facing the rice field and almost no noise at all except the frog and ducks. The hotel is within walking distance to the Monkey Forest Park (5 minutes) but the road is not even and get very dark during night time. Walking to the main road that is Jalan Raya Ubud is about 15-20 minutes walk. The hotel provides free shuttle and you need to remember the hotel's telephone number just in case you need to be picked up. The small lobby does not have sitting area, it is just a desk for two receptionist who standby until 10 PM. The hotel has two swimming pool in medium size but always clean and never busy as most of the guests travel outside at daytime. The rooms are huge and clean. Inroom facilities consist of hair dryer, coffee making facility and some rooms have daybed at the terrace. Free Wifi at the whole area. Depend on the type of the room, the executive rooms (205,206,207) offer the best view of the rice field as these rooms are located at second floor with private terrace and daybed. Deluxe rooms were located at old wing with not too much view. The studio and suite rooms have some view especially those at second floor. The dining area is an open space concept which also used as reading area. Breakfast is always freshly cooked as guests are requested to order the menu night before. They have 8 options of breakfast consists of Indonesian and western type breakfast. The typical Indonesia fried rice is really good. The only negative side is the power of shower in bathroom, it is not strong enough. The towels also need to be replaced with newer ones as the white color of towels are turning yellowish. Other than that, there is no problems with the services. Hotel is very suitable for every type of travelers.

Las Vegas, Nevada
I spent a month in Bali this summer and the week in Ubud was to join a group from Las Vegas. When I first arrived it looked amazing. But upon spending a week there I say without hesitation this was the worst experience I had in Bali. The location is horrible. The beds were so bad you could barely sleep on them (hard and unstable). The Wifi was non exsistent. The food was the worst food I had while in Bali. 7 breakfast and lunches served and our group of 30 and they were so bad we would go into Ubud to find something edible. Uncooked meat and eggs, unripe fruit, warm beer. The cracks in the wall were so large Geckos were getting thru and since it sits on a rice padi that was a little unnerving. The beautiful soaking tubs were unusable. It took an hour to fill and then would drain all night with a gurgling sound.

The employees were nice, but they never did what they said they'd do. "Can I get some clean towels please?" "Yes, of course" never to be seen again. Over and over again.

As an aside I got to see the manager in action with his employees when he thought no one was looking. He is a flipping tyrant.

I LOVED Bali and stayed in 8 different places. All were different and unique, but had a basic standard of cleanliness and tasty food. I can say neither for this place.
