A lovely small hotel with wonderful, cheerful and helpful staff. The only possible downside was the food.
The fish was frozen as were many other items such as the falafels at breakfast, which weren't made from chickpeas in the usual Egyptian manner, chicken croquettes and some beef dishes but I guess that is why the all inclusive deal was reasonably priced as the kitchen staff costs would be reduced.
My room was cleaned immaculately each day, it appeared that the cleaning staff were playing games with me as my toiletries in the bathroom were constantly being moved around, don't get me wrong, I just found it funny.

This was my second stay at this lovely hotel, which is in an excellent location, moments from the beach and the Old Market.
The service offered to guests is excellent, I work in the hotel industry so can be very critical, but the hotel is faultless on all fronts. It was great to be remembered by many of those working at the hotel.
A good variety of items are available for all the meals, the staff are cheerful and very willing to help add to the guest experience.
A special mention goes to the housekeeping department whose level of service is exceptional. In addition to the bedrooms being immaculately cleaned all the public areas are kept spotless, including the external pathways, they even manage to make the bedroom corridors, which are open air, smell lovely!
I am planning on returning again next year as it is such an amazing hotel.

I found this hotel in Sharm El Sheikh to be quite a great deal considering the cost. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The amenities provided were satisfactory and in line with what one would expect from a hotel in this price range.
The service was prompt and staff members were friendly, always willing to assist. The food options were decent, offering a variety of local and international cuisine, although there is room for improvement in terms of quality and variety.
The hotel's location is a plus, being conveniently close to tourist attractions and the beach, making it easy to explore Sharm El Sheikh.
However, a few minor issues prevent me from giving a perfect rating. For instance, no Wi-Fi connection and the variety of food was limited.
Overall, considering the price, this hotel offers good value for money. If you are looking for a budget-friendly option without compromising too much on comfort, this is a solid choice.

Do not book this hotel if you want to survive your stay service is non-existent. Never get any one in the bar you have to get towels via crossing a very busy road with no crossing from the beach ok if you are staying at the beach but if you are staying by the pool you need to risk your life again to come back and again to return the towels by 17:00 if you do not return them by 17:00 the same day can not return them until 17:00 the next day so you have to keep them all day again food was ok not great all drinks are given in very small plastic cups even in the evening. the bed are very hard and the reception was not very helpful we ended up changing hotels after 2 nights and they did not even seem to care.

i stayed here as a solo traveller Aug 23. i am from UK. stayed in many places in sharm. this hotel is amazing. glad i chose it. local to old market and beaches and shops. staff very helpful. did not meet any other english guests. they do not do butter for bread / toast but they do bring fresh fruit / bottled water to your room each day. very clean.

Last week, I spent there 5 nights with breakfast. My main goal was diving so hotel was only for sleeping. I can't judge the pool and the beach I didn't use them. The check-in was quickly. The room was spacious with balcony look over the palm tree and sea view. The breakfast is very basic it's okay with me I don't need more as I'm planning to dive. The mattress and pillows are comfortable. There isn't a kettle at room but I asked them to bring one and they did I like to drink herbs in early morning. The workers do their best. The location is close to the old market.

I went first time to Turquoise Hotel! I really like that sea is in the front of hotel! Quite good food, nice staff, the are really trying to make you feel comfortable. Around 6-7 min from Old market, everything is within walking distance, also a bank where you can exchange money. Also cleaning every day 👍🏻

My first experience was exceptional, and I’m already anticipating my next visit. The hospitality began with Mr. Ali and Islam, who ensured a seamless check-in process and were incredibly accommodating throughout my stay. The room was a true reflection of what was promised—spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped. The hotel’s prime location, coupled with a pristine private beach, made my stay even more enjoyable. A special mention must go to Sarah from the animation team. Her kindness, boundless energy, and helpfulness were infectious. She was not just an entertainer but a perfect guide, always ready to assist with anything I needed.

The room was spacious, with a balcony and the view on the pool and the beach. The location was very good. In the afternoon it was possible to walk to the picturesque cliffs and beaches around. In the evening it was a few-minute walk to the busy Old Market. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Ali at the reception. The animator Isha was super nice and held interesting sports and fitness activities with guests!
