The Falcon Naama Star Hotel is celebrated for its exceptional value, offering budget-friendly options that are particularly appreciated by cost-conscious travelers, despite some remarks about the monotony of food choices and basic amenities. Guests have called out the hotel for its clean and spacious rooms, although there are occasional mentions of maintenance and housekeeping lapses. The pool and entertainment amenities receive positive nods, even as some guests would prefer a better hot water supply and more varied snacks. While the hotel's cleanliness and staff service earn high marks for their meticulousness and attentiveness, the vibrant atmosphere may be too lively for those seeking serenity, with reports of loud music and guest disturbances.

The hotel room I had was 2302 which was situated at the front of the hotel and was very spacious, it had a huge double bed which was very comfortable. Not to much noise from the street either. Can't fault the service I received from the staff, I was treated exceptionally well from the restaurant staff, especially from Osama, Zakaria and ElHoseny they made sure I wanted for nothing, always made sure I had a good table and brought my food to me. If my drink ran out another was brought to me within minutes. Loved these guys for taking care of me, being on my own I never felt alone, not for one minute. They are my new family.
I am happy to recommend to anyone who is thinking about booking this hotel for their holiday. My only quibble is there's no shuttle buses to the beaches, Viva Beach is about a 10-15 minute walk downhill on the way and uphill on the way back. Terrazina beach is in the old town of Hadaba and will cost you in a taxi. Food was ok but mainly aimed towards the Russians and Arabs people, but if you want something else just ask. There seemed to be more choices on the lunch menu than the evening menu so maybe they could swap them around, luckily for me they did chicken everyday so I didn't go without, It was just finding something to go with it, Chicken, rice and a tomato for 10 days every day just wasn't acceptable, but I managed. Plenty of Melon and Oranges available, along with lots of sticky deserts.

We had a fantastic time. All the hotel staff are fabulous, very friendly and helpful. Safiy from the animation team is great and engages with everyone poolside. Osama is quite simply amazing, nothing is too much trouble & always on hand if you need anything at all. For a happy barman who loves his job, pop and see Muhammad in the bar behind reception, by far the friendliest barman ive ever met. We had a pool view room with terrace, very spacious and comfortable, we slept straight through which we never do at home. The only thing which could be improved are the showers in the rooms, as it does get quite wet on the bathroom floor when on and i wouldnt use the Salon at the hotel again, over priced for the quality received, quality certainly not up to what is advertised. We didn't really have issues with the food, my partner will try anything and even me as a fussy eater found there was always something to eat. The hotel is situated just up the road from Naama Bay town, approximately 10-15min walk. All the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have the nicest stay possible. This was our first holiday abroad together and for us both our first time in Egypt, we will be back in the future. Keep up the good work everyone 🥰🥰

This 3 star hotel is perfectly situated 5 minutes walk away from lively Naama Bay with buzzing nightlife and shops.
The hotel is quite dated decor wise, the rooms and all areas are very clean, bedding/towels changed daily..any small problems were sorted out immediately
Front desk staff were all very helpful ..
Ahmed was constantly busy with guests, always asking if everything was okay with my room nothing was too much trouble..
Abdo in the bar was always smiling and would make any cocktail I desired , or a tea ..
The pool was cleaned regularly and the sunbeds were plentiful, the animation team were involving everyone in activities throughout the day.
The gardens areas were beautifully kept .Shisha is available, a shop selling snacks essentials - a perfume/souvenir shop, a spa and beauty/hair salon all on site
Food wise, plenty of choice...various nationalities catered for..Osama the restaurant manager kept a watchful eye on everything and made sure everyone was happy with the food choice and service (please ask for something if you want it ) I travel to Egypt regularly and the service the hotel staff provide is outstanding ..
Thank you ..I will return

Reception is rather really rude. Very poorly speak english and can’t be bothered to help you. Also they refuse to give you any bottle water between 12am-10am, very unhelpful.
Breakfast is horrible. Every day is the exact same thing.
Rooms get cleaned properly only when you tip them, otherwise they don’t really care.
By the poolside you can only stay where they tell you to stay. Hotel stuff asks girls every day to take pictures with them???
Beauty salon boys do not understand when you ask them to leave you alone.
Full of russians.

We were on a diving holiday and a budget hotel near the dive centre was perfect for us. What we didn’t expect was the exemplary customer service and genuine desire that we had a good holiday, in fact we were made to feel like VIP’s. Problems with room security were resolved quickly and a broken shower repaired within minutes of reporting. We were very happy with our room and we had fresh towels and sheets every day. The restaurant catered for mainly Egyptian tastes which I was fine with, however the chef would cook more European food on request. We were lucky enough to enjoy two candle lit dinners by the pool, one accompanied by belly dancers.
This hotel offers fantastic value for money and is such a short walk into Sharm centre. Just let the hotel staff know about any problems and they will do their very best to resolve. We are confident to recommend this hotel from our genuine experience.

Had a really great holiday here for a week with my partner. We arrived early hours of the morning and were taken to our room. Didn’t have the best room in the hotel, had a view of the inside of the hotel and was on the top floor but we didn’t mind too much. Cleaners are good, they make the animals out of the towels if you tip. Food was pretty basic but we always found something to eat. The wifi was awful, very slow and only worked in certain places. Pool was lovely and clean, there was always lots of free sun loungers too. The best part of this hotel was the staff - the bar men Abdo and Mohammed were so kind and helpful, they would always just bring drinks over when we were lounging at the pool. Osama and Aref in the restaurant were so attentive, Aref arranged on 2 occasions for us to have a special meal by the pool and treated us amazingly. Our main waiter was younger Mohammed who was a lovely man. We took part in the animation teams water aerobics, water polo and darts a few times which was great fun, the animation team are lovely and we went out in the evening with them and had a great time. The lifeguards are so lovely, one of them (sorry I missed his name) set our towels up everyday, came and spoke to us, helped with the umbrella and was just a great guy, we are very grateful. I gifted him my white bucket hat at the end of the holiday and hope to see everyone again soon! We also had a facial each which was £25 each for an hour and we would definitely recommend - it was one of the best I’ve had. All in all, a lovely stay and we definitely want to return.

We came back to the Falcon because we always have a fantastic holiday, all the staff are amazing and they really do look after you very well. Our family came over from Port Said to stay with us at the hotel and they loved it just as much as we do. Our room is always cleaned and with many different animal towel designed, the pool guys always making sure you are comfortable and looked after, the pool bar guys constantly bringing drinks over all the time to make sure you stay hydrated. The restaurant staff looking after you all the time, making sure there is something you want to eat or asking if you would like the chef to make you something, getting drinks while your eating, the guys at the reception bar, always asking how your day has been and making sure you are okay, everyone really makes sure you have a wonderful time. This review is from May 2023 when I came with all my family and my family from Port Said. I just realised I forgot to but my review up sorry it’s late .

Just returned from a 10 day stay at this Hotel. Hotel is very tired and dated. Took 24hrs to have the toilet fixed to flush. Shower was nothing more than a tepid dribble. Had to request toilet paper daily. Room cleaning poor. A male employee knocked the door saying something about a cold shower. I didnt understand as he spoke little English. I let him in and he proceeded to run the tap in bathroom. He then proceeded to put his arm around my waist and push me further into the room. Thankfully I can handle myself and shoved him out the door. Hate to think what would have happened if I was not in a position to do this. Food choice was dire and very limited. Thanks to Osama the Restaurant Manager he arranged for more palatable food as he realised food was not great. All the restaurant/bar staff could not have done enough. Definitely 5star staff in a 2 star hotel. I travelled alone but met a great group of English. We did many things together outwith the hotel. The Sun shone the whole time which more than made up for the Hotel. Will not ever return to this Hotel. I have been travelling to Sharm/Hurghada since 2007 and this has to be the worst experience ever.

From the moment we arrived we felt valued as customers. Our room was cleaned to a very good standard by Mohammed (bedroom layout was altered to suit our needs) and Osman always made sure our dining experience was great taking time and effort seating us with our friends. Food was a little repetitive but there was always something and the quality was good. I left with the belief that nothing was too much trouble for the staff and will be returning again in the future.
