Hotel is very nice and good, except little flaws. Beach is beautiful, very large and sandy with lot of a sea world to explore snorkling. Rooms are nice, clean with garden and sea view. Big thanks to room cleaner Tarik, he was very kind, attentive and neat. Animation team was great too, there were a lot of different content for everyone during the day ( aquaaerobic, volleyball, darts, yoga, stretching..) The evening activities were more child-friendly and tailored to the local guests, but still, it was nice and interesting to watch shows like belly dances and etc... Big thanks to animator Hossam X, who made our vacation very enjoyable, and tried to keep us active and smiling through the whole day! When it comes to food and restaurants, there was a lot of tension and discomfort, especially, during the lunch and dinner. Local guests were very unpleasant, offensive and rude, they were creating crowds, taking too much food and plates across the lines, taking other people's chaires... Because of them, once there was a fight in resstaurant, during the lunch, which caused inconvinience to other guests, especially children, because one child cried out of fear. Waiters and managment tolerated it and favored their countrymen over foreigner guests. Also, the service in other bars was not up to standard. The waiter at the bar in the pool where was aquapark, was akward, unpleasant and hated bringing drinks even though there was no crowd. Not even tips helped him chance his behaviour. Also, beach bar often ran out of beer, and even when the bar was full of beer, the waiter didn't want to pour more than 1-2 plastic glasses per person, even though glasses were to small. Such service is not suited for people who like to hang out and drink during the day on the beach, because they count your glasses, and you are limited in drinking even though you paid for all inclusive. Also, and very important, for each guest, hotel provides one time, a la carta dinner at mexican and italian restaurant. We had a nice time here, the food was tasty, except the waiter tried to charge us for drinks in hotel where we paid for all inclusive! We asked for a drinks menu, but we never got it and he said the beer costs 85 egyptian pounds, which is funny, because, for example, in Marina, near center, where are nice and luxuriois cafes, the highest beer price is 65 egyptian pounds. Hotel is really good and spacious, but they have to work on they service and managment and hire more people in restaurants and bars. Also, they have to find a way to separate locals from foreigner guests in restaurants. We had a nice time here, despite these flaws.

Unfortunately I can't recommend this hotel ! We stayed here for 10 days and it was my worst vacation in Egypt. As we arrive there , we have to wait around 5 hours to get our room , afterwards we had to change the room because they give us a room where they are reconstruction the hotel and because of the dirty bathroom who was absolutely not clean. but it didn't help either. In the bathroom we was afraid to shower without shoes…… plus they give you 2 toilet papers for 2 weeks and if you need more you have to ask….. Room was okay, but the Staff was absolutely unfriendly, although we always gave them tips. With Russian guests everyone from the stuff was very friendly and that’s something what I didn’t understand , shouldn’t they threat all the guest the same way?! The wifi connection is only at the reception and sometimes it’s doesn't work at all. The another problem what we had it was to that they don’t have any kind of normal plates or glasses, they use only plastic cups and it’s feels like you’re eating in a 2 star hotel not 5 star how they are saying and that’s just not ok! And then cutlery packed in plastic bags... I can only get a normal glass only at the bar at the reception….. The only nice part was that the weather,Sea ,massage and pedicure was beautiful… Russian guests are more way better treated than another guests and I find this a little bit racist giving the fact that we all play to have a beautiful time there. I find it extremely disappointment that a 5 star hotel cannot clean normal the rooms , cannot provide normal glasses and normal plates to eat and drink… if I knew that this will happen better I’ll give the money what we pay there for charity! I have been also in a 3, 4 and 5 star hotel in Egypt and the service, Food, staff, and the whole hotel it was much better than here. I’ll give for this hotel a maximum 2 star and the people who’ll read this , don’t trust the recommendation what they have . Hotel management should work better and change things, because that just not the way this normally work .

Kindly be informed, that our HK team everyday clean the room by routine and provide room supplies, in case if you order some bath amenities as extra quantity, the staff always with pleasure provide it. Positive points: the hotel is very well constructed, everything is near you . The receptionist was very polite and cooperative. We found a very nice lady called Doaa waiting for us from booking. Com to help us . The room is very nice with a sea view , it was spacious and clean but the bathroom needs absolutely to be renovated. The sea is great , it’s a part of heaven. The bar on the beach was very nice and service was great . The night show was interesting. The negative points: no measure of hygiene was taken at all !! The hotel was nearly fully occupied so there was million of people there !! The guests put their hands in the food , all guests use same fork to serve food . The coffee was horrible . Alllll drinks are diluted including juices , coffee, milk , Pepsi .... everything. The food was fine at the beginning of the buffet then with the very huge number of people , the chefs starts to give us raw food and the quality of food was not that great . The hotel at all is not clean , you find food and papers and cigarettes on the floor everywhere!! Finally , I am very choked because it’s not a standard of 5 stars hotel at all , it’s a three stars hotels .

Checked in at 2:30 pm after waiting in the crowded lobby for more than half an hour. The room was extremely dirty and we called the reception for 2 hours continuously with no success. Meanwhile the housekeeper changed the bed 3 times to be somehow clean. Then we went personally to the reception to complain and change the room and a foreign lady working in the customer relationship department came to the room and saw how the sofas were dirty and she said you go and have snacks as they close at 5 pm and enjoy the beach and I'll make sure I'll send someone to clean the room in max 15 minutes. We found out that the snacks closed at 4 pm and we were hungry as we came from Cairo and because we lost 2 hours complaining we lost the lunch and the snacks! When we returned in the room at 8 pm, we found it the same, very dirty! We complained again.... Went to have dinner in the main restaurant and waited for one hour and half to grab some grilled food so the other food in the plate was already cold! So again we couldn't eat anything although our booking was all inclusive! So we left and had dinner in the Old Town of Sahl Hesheesh and checked out the second day in the morning. It seems that the staff were not trained at all to receive all this amount of guests so they just ignored the clients.

We arrived at about 1.30 am in the night, check in can only be described as pathetic, taking over half an hour for 5 people to check in. All rooms were paid upfront, we were even asked to sit down whilst the keys were prepared, really... how long does it take to prepare an electronic key. Sam at check out, there was actually nothing to do as we had not used anything apart from breakfast but we were not allowed to go for about 30 minutes whilst they checked. I can only say i was very please i was not on a 50 seat coach, i would have been waiting all day. the baggage boys were attentive trying to take bags away and then just dump them outside hoping for a tip later Not somewhere i want to stay again Rooms were poor, damp and one even had the smoke detector taped over !!

We understand that your family paid for the stay upfront, however our reception staff had to update all your passport or ID details into our system, therefore we ask our guests to sit down and take some refreshments, while we prepare the room keys. However our check out procedure is very fast, specially if there were no outstanding bills. Our bellmen always carry the suitcases for our guests and they do not ask guests for tips. If the guests tip our staff, it is only their personal choice. The only good thing I can say about the hotel, It's the location - the beach is very beautiful and close to the hotel, otherwise everything is terrible. Room cleanliness is mediocre, a lot of stains on sheets and pillowcases, phone doesn't work, takes forever to get warm water in the shower. Staff attitude is terrible, barely anyone speaks English, nobody explains anything, removed our bracelets on the day of check out, had to wait for 5 hours until transfer to the airport, but didn't allow us to even drink tea or roam around, even go to the toilet without displeased looks. Can't even lay in the beach peacefully without some workers coming up to you and offering things, can't get rid of them too by a simple no. Drinks are served in plastic cups, usually not very tasty. Evening shows were bad - not many people can fit in the area, sound quality was bad, most of the performers that were singing didn't even know the lyrics, had to read from the tablet. And most importantly, nobody keeps any order with too drunk Russian tourists. There were some nights that we could barely sleep because someone was shouting their lungs out on the balcony.

We had booked 2 rooms in the hotel for our holiday. When we got there the first one was okay, but when we went in the second room, we met the construction team which was fixing a hole in the wall, and as the manager said ,,nothing too serious". Then, we waited a whole hour for them to paint the walls, and when we smelled the paint, we immediately demanded they give us a new room. After two days, we came from the dinner, and the whole room was flooded-a pipe had broke down. There isn't any wifi connection, and the hotel store is selling 4GB for 20$, and in Hurghada, you can buy 40GB for 26$. So, definitely don't buy a SIM card from the hotel. There is no way you will get clean sheets (in 14 days, we told them to change them, and they just flipped them over), even though we gave the staff tips. The food is amazing, and you will have a variety to choose from, The beach is breathtaking, the coral reefs are full of life, and you can go snorkeling every day, you won't ever get bored. The animation team is great, but the animation shows at night are a bit boring. The cleaning stuff are a tad annoying, because they don't knock when they're coming to clean, and they just walk in on you. Except the rooms, the hotel is pretty much clean. We were most pissed off by the fact that they didn't wanted to give us a late check out, even though we gave them a notice three days before the date, and we tried to pay earlier for it.

Well great bar and restaurant staff ! however food stunk and not well prepared if you like flavorless food and microwave food your in luck. Animation team good bunch of kids! hotel management should give them more funding to put of good shows. The beach music show and activities are great wished they played more Egyptian pop music. The best news of all is that C o Vid doesn't exists in this hotel. All the bad reviews are true But Like I said The bar staff and Animation team the best part and a shout out to the Youngman who was doing his best to keep our busted room clean!
