I spent the last week of October 2021 in this resort with my family (2 adults + 2 children) and most of the services and facilities were above expectations. We stayed in a deluxe room (51 sqm), consisting of 2 separate rooms, with a large bathroom with shower and bathtub and terrace with direct access to the pool. The furniture is new and the design of the rooms is modern, equipped with smart TV, coffee maker and minibar filled daily after cleaning the rooms. The resort has a main restaurant and several à la carte restaurants. We ate daily at the main restaurant Palmira, being greeted daily with a lot of delicious products presented in a fine dining buffet but also some products prepared in front of us such as steaks, fish, shrimp or pancakes. The drinks were also excellent, white wine, a lot of carefully chosen cocktails and natural fruit juices, especially mango and strawberries, being the most consumed by us. The services were impeccable from the restaurant staff, I want to thank especially Mr. Alaa and Mr. Khaled for the care and hospitality with which they treated us. The areas with swimming pools of the resort are very well maintained, equipped with sunbeds and sofas, and the water is constantly monitored. Between the main restaurant and the beach area is a large and very beautiful pool, with pool bar and serving staff. On the first day of our stay the water in the pool seemed a bit cold although it was 25 degrees, due to the breeze that blew continuously. Upon my request, the staff responsible for the pools increased the water temperature and starting the next day everything was perfect - I thank them for their spontaneity and customer orientation in this way. The animation team organized all kinds of exciting games during the day in the pool and beach area, but, unfortunately, the shows organized in the evening did not live up to our expectations. The reception staff is very kind, friendly and always willing to help customers. Overall it was a wonderful holiday and we look forward to seeing you again!

A really lovely hotel set in an enviable position. The hotel is really well appointed and the staff work tirelessly to make your stay enjoyable. After a short transfer from the airport we received a warm welcome and a complimentary, drink while we were being checked in. Wristbands are provided and they are very strict on checking these when you leave and re-enter the hotel and grounds which is very reassuring in terms of security. The food is great and the drinks are plentiful. The main pool in front of the beach is extremely busy and seems to be where most of the activity happens during the day (you'll need to get up early to secure a cabana in this location), but if you prefer something a little quieter, there are other pools surrounded by lush planting nearby all with white shady cabanas and a bar and snack service.
The rooms are large and bright and housekeeping visited every day. You are supplied with one bottle of water each day in the room, but I realised if you left a note on the pad supplied (and a euro or two), you could request more water. There are also other soft drinks in the mini bar which is restocked daily too. Clean beach towels are provided every day if necessary if you hang the towel bag on your room door.
The staff were all so wonderful, always smiling and helpful. There are too many to mention but we would like to thank Hamedy, Tony 'Macaroni', Wassa, and Karim at the Splash Bar pool to name but a few.
There are three al a carte restaurants that can be booked during your visit. Ocars, Pomodoro and Aqua. In our opinion Pomodoro was the best and Michael our host was delightful, the food was delicious. Oscars was ok, the meat a little overcooked on the night perhaps, and Aqua rated 3rd place. The buffet restaurant had a great selection to suit all tastes and it was never boring or bland. Although the drinks are included as part of the AI package, I would not recommend the white or red wine, however the rose is passable/drinkable.
If you are looking for a relaxing week away this is definitely one to choose, I didn't speak to anyone who didn't like it. However, if you are looking for nightlife and nightly shows to entertain you, you will be disappointed. And in my opinion the only thing lacking in this otherwise wonderful hotel.
Did I enjoy my holiday? 100% yes. Would I return? 100% yes.

We’ve just have been at Jaz Casa Del Mar Beach one week ago. The place is amazing! We’ve felt safe, there were a few people and that gave us a feeling of pace. Initially, we had a deluxe room, which is, in fact, an apartment(with one bedroom separated from the living room), but we’ve changed to a triple room which was smaller, but better for our family (we wanted that our 4 year kid could sleep in a single bad in the same room as us). The triple room was on the ground floor, with a small terrace, near the kids pool, a small playground, another pool and Splash Bar. We could go out through the terrace and that was very convenient. The room keeper was very helpful, he even gave us a different type of pillows because the original ones was to big/high. The room was very modern, new, nice bathroom, with a nice shower, some complimentary products (shampoo and conditioner). Every day we received complimentary water and in the fridge were some international soft drink (coca cola, sprite etc). The meals were good, diversified and interesting (we had seafood, lamb, duck, chicken). Although they have a menu for kids, we found out about it at the end, but our kid don’t eat chicken nuggets or burgers, so it was ok. As an advice, they could do some extra meals for small kids (who are a little bit difficult to please) and prepare some meat without any spices and classical mashed potatoes. We also tried one of a la cart restaurant (Oscar) and the dinner was very good and we had a wonderful experience. The guys from everywhere (restaurants, bars, beach) were super extra nice, in a very genuine way, not that forced trying to be nice and we had an excellent vibe! They were all very friendly with our daughter and that was very nice. Our kid went every day at the Club kids, where Nadya was absolutely wonderful to her, they played and made a lot of nice activities together, although our daughter, Anastasia, doesn’t know English or other languages than Romanian. And, every night, we were presents at mini disco and, after that, we stayed with Dibo, Kass and Jackie and had a fun time. We get closed to Mahmoud from Splash bar, Abd Elwahed, Abdul, Ahmed Mohamed, Waleed from Palmira (the main restaurant, if I’m not mistaken), Hassan from Oscar, Rasad from pool, always smiling, Walied - the life guard, Hammam from the beach bar. They were all very very nice and we want to thank them for all their great services! We’ve also meet the manager of this hotel, also very friendly and who impressed me by the way he use to be all day long present, talking to the staff or to the guests. We’ve enjoyed, every morning (or in the afternoon) a great espresso and caffe latte at Coucou Bar, or a delicious cocktail. So, it was a great choice this hotel, it’s lovely, quiet, has a lots of spots where you can relax in peace. We hope to return!

I wouldn’t visit this hotel if you are in any way a woman, extremely degrading, sexist comments were made to me throughout our stay even with my partner right next to me. The staff are majority male and only direct there questions and thanks to my husband, never to me. It felt like at meal times I was constantly being watched and spoken about by the male staff, I was probably one of the most covered up women there (not that it should matter) but it only got worse when one morning I woke to find that some staff members had gotten hold of my personal information and had started to follow me on social media. The only way they could have done this is by finding some of my social details in our room, by this stage I felt completely invaded and unsafe. The staff at the front desk did quickly deal with said staff members but unfortunately it felt like the damage had be done by then. They apologised profusely to my husband but again I never got an apology. After this we never left the sign on the door for someone to clean but this was ignored completely and was still cleaned without us asking…normal circumstances that would be great but not this time. Besides all this the food and drink is average, the restaurants have absolutely no vibe and are extremely quiet to the point another customer started playing music from their phone just to fill the very awkward silence. The actual hotel is extremely boring unless you just want to go pool to room then it’s perfect. It was very clean but I felt unsafe and the area outside the hotel literally looks war torn it’s awful so don’t expect to do any sightseeing or shopping. The spa is so overpriced that a “manicure” cost £80 this included some shaping, buffing and then polish from a very poor selection of colours which rubbed off by the next day. The Jacuzzi was never hot enough or just out of order. Due to what we experienced we will never visit Egypt again and we actually left 3 days early and cut the holiday short because of all the issues we encountered.

The hotel is very new and clean, elegant and modern. It has been open recently, in March after a complet renovation. Rooms have new furniture, baths have enough space. The hotel's restaurant is very cosy, food is very tasty and staff is very profesional. The hotel has a separated pool area only for adults and the main bar is open all day long (24 hours) with premium local beverages. During the evening there are live concerts in the lobby bar area. For families with children is also nice because they have a special area for children and families, where there are family rooms, as well, with two room separated by door. Internet is free of charge and has a very good speed.

What I loved the most is how calm and quiet the hotel is during the day. The beach is so sandy so you don’t have to walk in a lot for a decent depth & no need for water shoes. Couples’ rooms are far away from family rooms which is great imo. The food venues are great, besides the main restaurant there are a couple of different cuisines being offered. The staff is very presentable, always present for assistance, vaccinated yet always wearing their masks and taking all precautions. One issue I personally had was that shower water was always hot but management confirmed that they’re already altering the whole water infrastructure to tackle the issues. All in all it was a great visit, would totally recommend!

So guys, if you wanna come here, you have a very good holiday, the rooms are very big, and the furniture is new, the house kippers will come every day to do your room. But let’s talk a bit about the facilitys. They have 3 a la carte restaurants, the food is very good. The main restaurant has a very large variety of food that you can choose from! The have also a well organised gym that we used, and a spa, with a jacuzzi and also a lot of typs of massage that you can choose from. The wifi is working very well in all the ares. And last but not least the entertainment is very nice. Dibo, Jackie and Kass are doing a good job, they have aqua gym and beach volleyball sessions every day. The beach is clean and the water is very nice, you cand enter directly from the beach, but if tou are not a fan of staying on the beach you can relax at one of the 5 polls. All the guys that work here will help you with anything that you need. The drinks are very good, especially the mojito :)

Hotel is new just opened 2021 so furnishing and amenities are new. Room furniture is new, simple and chic. Pools, restaurant and beach are clean. There is a pool bar accesible to swimmers in the infinity pool. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Service is very good. Staff need to pay more attention to cleanliness and smell of toilets on the beach and pool during crowded times. Rooms are clean. Food is very good in terms of quality and variety. The Chefs are always keen on making new dishes in lunch and dinner, and also barbecue. Breakfast is good with good variety and also bakery. I salute the chefs on the barbeque for Shawerma and grilled meat and chicken who were standing daily in the very hot weather in front of the barbeque to serve us. I didnt like the beach much. You must wear beach shoes in the sea as there are small pebbles in the sea bed. The water is not very clear because beach is located in bay area and there are no waves but safe for swimming. Animation team is good with an show every night and also there was colour party in the morning and beach party at night during the time of our stay. Water served on the restaurant and bars was tap water. I preferred they would serve small bottled water on each table . In the rooms, they had one large bottle every day which I preferred to be 2 small ones to carry around. Also large shampoo bottles and shower gels in the rooms were not very conservative as we squirted more than what we needed each time. I think small soap bar, small shampoo and shower gel bottles would be better. Rooms need a clothes line either in the toilet or in the balcony. We had to dry our clothes on the chairs in the balcony. Need to have signs on each corner with directions to restarant, beach, pool as I felt it was like a maize and difficult to find directions.Take care that there are 2 Jaz Casa Del Mar..Beach one and Resort. Beach one is close to the beach. The resort one has 2 or 3 small water slides but not accessible to guests of Jaz casa del mar Beach.

What a fabulous hotel. Spotlessly clean and the best staff. Shout out to little Abd and Hassan in the various restaurants and Tony Macaroni and young Mohammed in the cocktail bar. Such lovely people . The main heated pool is amazing , the sunbeds so comfy and the swim up bar fab. The only thing sightly irritating are the guys trying to sell the boat trips and spa treatments etc..have to be firm with them as quite pushy . The food is very good especially the Italian night , but the main restaurant for an all inclusive is excellent anyway . We had the deluxe double room which was huge , very good if you've got a family , as two separate rooms (proper wall between the main bedroom and lounge area ) The bathroom was huge aswell. These rooms are at the front of the hotel around the kids pool , so a 5 min walk from main pool and restaurant. The Seaview rooms are closest to main pool . We would have no hesitation going back. Just out of interest for anyone reading , we spent one night at the Makardi Star &Spa due to flight delay , and even though it was nice , it was no way in any comparison to the Jaz Casa even though its a 5 star ? The Jaz Casa was like a 7 star compared . Also the Sentido Casa Del Mar opposite the Jaz Casa Del Mar beach caused confusion to some guests who thought the Sentido was our hotel. Its not , its the 4 star opposite. Also be very careful at HRG airport on way back . It was horrendous. We had to stand in separate male & female queues at the first set of X Ray machines when you enter the airport. There is a lack of trays and my partner was ordered to put his £4500 Tag watch plus loose change through the machine WITHOUT a tray so it was nearly lost through the mechanism the other side of the machine. Luckily a fellow traveller just managed to grab it for us. Another couple had to retrieve their phones which had gone through the mechanism and had to crawl underneath to retrieve them. Absolutey horrendous. Put all your jewellery in your hand luggage, don't wear it then have to take it off and risk it not being in a tray . Never known anything like it . We will definitely return to this hotel , and will book with Easyjet Holidays again. Nearly a £1000 cheaper than Tui for exact same holiday . Tui use the EZY flights from Bristol but charge so much more for the privilege it would have been a grand more. Tui take note ! Jaz Casa we will be back !!
