Amazing property super clean in general and extra care in room cleanliness. Hotel was very keen on following regulations from main entrance gate to reception to rooms and restaurant and everything was in accordance with covid-19 new requirements. Food was excellent. Service through out resort was friendly and pleasant. Special thanks to the general manager Mr. Wael who was spotted every day everywhere in the hotel making sure things are in top shape, also Nancy the guest relation was so sweet checking on us and all guests regularly to make sure everything is okay and if we needed anything. Abdo, our Houseman, 3did an amazing job thanks a million, and of course all the rest of the team were superb but too manyto mention. Definitely recommend this hotel and will definitely be back. Beach was amazing and the views from rooms were fantastic. The hotel also falls between sea and mountains and mountains there are so peaceful. Just go you won't regret it. ❤️

One of the most relaxing resorts with superior service. All the workers were friendly, smiling and attending to our needs. Whether you are there to relax, dive or enjoy dahab, I would highly recommend utm
The rooms are spacious and clean and well maintained. We stayed on the 2nd floor with a sea view which I think was a great take.
There is a free shuttle bus that takes you downtown and back or you can easily order a taxi from the resort.
It's roughly 10/15 drive to downtown
There is a diving center in the hotel and a famous diving spot 5 Mins walk from the hotel.
The food was very delicious and clean so after 5 days of staying we never had an issues with a good variety even for vegetarians. There is a nice sitting outdoor in the main restaurant.
There is also a nice sitting at the beach.
I would like to thank Mr. MEDHAT for his professionalism and his great service.

One of the best hotels in Dahab! It is very comfortable situated, just right on the beach, and has a very rich coral reef and the variety of fish. When you enter the territory it looks like a real oasis amidst the desert. Very nice personnel and service, although the hotel is not rennovated for a long time. We had a group of yogi and the manager orgaized a very nice place for our trainings. However, the food was not healthy one and there were little fruit for us. As some of our group were vegetarians, we went to the city market to get some fruit. That was very easy to do by free shuttle bus. There's also no internet, so we bought the local sim-card for 10 dollars with internet, which was enough for a week. In general, the atmoshere of this hotel is very nice and pleasant. There are a lot of Egyptian people having their vacation in the hotel. It is also close to the Blue Hole. It is the second time we host our yoga tours, and hope we will come back next year!

We spent a very disappointing New Year's stay here. The decor and furniture are shabby and did not resemble advertised photos. Staff 'uniform' is scruffy, and staff themselves are rude. Management think it is okay to have tip boxes on every counter including the buffet serving area - service is paid when booking, and staff only deliver mediocre service unless money is placed in their hands.
The biggest downfall was that we had taken the all inclusive option due to the Hotel been 6km away from Dahab Town (one of the reasons we selected this hotel) and when we checked in we were asked to join the New Year activities that evening for an edditional €20 per person (not advertised) - we politely declined and were then advised that the evening buffet would not start at 6 but 7pm, which we were okay with. What we found out after checking in was that we were only allowed to be in the dining area between 7pm and 8pm, not 9pm due to the New Year party. Also the one and only all inclusive evening bar was closed on the 31st as they didn't have enough staff to man the bar - the option was to be allowed to collect a drink from the buffet/celebrations area and take it to the evening bar area, which was 2 flights of stairs away.
Plus side is that the hotel is located in a quite area, it has a pretty garden pathway around a swimming pool that looks straight onto the Red Sea. Sadly the attitude of the staff & management would not entice me to go back or recommend this hotel

The hotel is located 15 mins far away from city center, you can go by shuttle bus for free from the hotel or rent a bike and go by your own, The staff are the REAL ASSET of this hotel, the check in took only 3 mins, the housekeeping are super professional and helpfull, they make you feel at home, The food is delicious but with limited variety which is ok due to the covid-19 restrictions The pool is super clean and nice, the beach also is super beautiful where you can swim and snorkle with one of the best snorkeling and diving spots in dahab. Sleeping quality is ok as the bed is a little bed hard but my friend liked it so this is for you to judge.

This was my first visit to Sinai and naturally the first stay at Tropitel. My husband stayed there before a few months before we came with all our family. What I would like justify is that this place is a true oasis. Lots of green and shade, quiet place with a direct exit to the sea where you can swim and explore corals and underwater life right away. I would call this facility a true pearl of the hotel. However, what was missing on the marina was some sort of a coverage to protect from the sun (a fabric cover or straw roof, etc). Nasser who was watching the swimmers was very helpful and welcoming. The territory of the hotel is pretty big and one can sunbathe wherever he/she prefers: by the pool, on the beach, on the pier. The rooms were big enough, yet not really well-maintained. The fridge had a broken part in it and some spilled dirt. My overall impression of the rooms was very modest (we had 2 connecting rooms).We did not have cleaning on the first night, on the second I just approached guest relations lady who took care of the call and the service was provided. The food was good and tasty. Pool area nice and clean. I think we will be back to Tropitel in a few months. Thank you.

We arrived late at night fresh from Sharm el sheikh airport but were immediately impressed by a warm welcome & our room overlooking the pool. The next morning we were so pleased by our closeness to the sea & view of the impeccably kept gardens & pool area, this really is an oasis at the feet of the dry Sinai desert mountains & the gardens reflect this in the wildlife they attract too.
The rooms are very traditionally Egyptian & we liked this, good size & with storage for clothes provided, bathroom a good size with complimentary bath goods & hairdryer. All kept spotlessly clean by the friendly & helpful staff.
I am disabled & use a walker to get about & at all times the staff were so helpful, even carrying my food to my table for me. I cannot stress enough that the staff make this hotel a very special place, they are genuinely kind & fun to get to know, thankyou in particular to Mohammed, Alla,Walid & Mostafa 🙏 A big thank you also to Heny in the gift shop for helping us purchase a local SIM card & endless gigs & for organising our excursions ( also the crisps & chocolate!)🙏
The restaurant is small & the food is simple but cooked to a high standard & in 10 days we fussy eaters only found one meal we didn’t like. We appreciated the many different international food nights & compliment the chefs on their many skills.
The heated pool is properly heated & great for kids & adults alike, there are plenty of sun beds both traditional & modern & no need to reserve at any time. The hotel towels are super fluffy huge bath towels, very nice!
The beach also has plenty of sun beds & wooden parasols for shade, also wooden partitions for privacy & to protect from any breezy days. The pier across the coral to the sea is solid & well maintained as were the steps to the coral wall front. The coral is swarming with many fish varieties & snorkelling is a pleasure.
All in all, we loved this gem of a hotel & its staff, we genuinely feel we have made some friends for life & look forward to visiting here again soon as we returned home relaxed & properly rested.

At last, a return visit to the wonderful Tropitel Oasis.As per normal the poolside, gardens ,and hotel sparkling in the sunshine. re Covid the staff have been jabbed, all wear masks and surfaces are wiped cleaned and sanitised continuously. Meals are still buffet style with chefs plating your choices from behind a screen. Unfortunately the GM has left after many years which is a shame as he has done many enhancements and improvements to bring the hotel up to 4star status. A word of caution, with the new restrictions Sharm Airport is a nightmare!!

If you ever choose to stay here, go for a half board option. The All Inclusive here is not what you'd expect.
The ONLY reason my friend and I picked the AI boarding is that we'd enjoy evening beers by the sea after daily dives in Dahab. There is a beach bar here, but guess what... All drinks there are for extra charge! You can go in a lobby bar and get drinks for free as a part of an AI boarding, but you'll have to sit indoors. Oh, and we are not talking about some fancy stuff either. Local beers and horrible undrinkable "rum", "whiskey", etc. So, basically you are forced to pay double price for drinks if you want to feel the breeze, or keep it "free", but smell feet.
The overall condition of the hotel is average. You can see it took some beating over the years. To be fair, that's what you'd see anywhere in this area. Locals don't bother with keeping things looking new and shiny.
Receptionists are good. Especially Dina - she's a gem. Cheerful, always ready to help, good English. If you are reading this, THANK YOU AGAIN. Really.
Rooms are clean enough. Can't complain here.
Food is okay. Not great, but okay. Solid 4 out of 5, unless you are a foodie.
Restaurant and bars service is sloppy. You'll have to wave your hands and/or try to catch a waiter passing by to get him. Moreover, this attitude hardly changes even when you try tipping them. Oh, and they are more than keen on tips. Too bad they aren't as keen on work.
So, once again, if you want a place where you can spend a night and have a breakfast, leave, come back for a dinner and go to bed - this would be an okay choice. Just don't fall into an AI trap and don't expect more than you'd expect from an average B&B.
If you're looking for a good hotel... keep looking.

We had a 7 day all inclusive stay, it's worth every penny and we will be coming back for sure! We fell in love with this place and with the staff which is amazingly nice. We had a room with the view to the mountains, the balcony was very private with direct access to the back garden which was full of flowers and birds in the morning. We could even feed the cats in our balcony. Our room was carefully tended by Ekramy who is an extremely warm and friendly person and with a great sense of humor (see photo attached). He took care of everything we could need in our room and we thank him!
At the restaurant we had a great variety of food, sweets and fruit, from Egyptian to European, we didn't miss anything. The waiters are amazing people and quickly became our dear friends. I want to especially thank Alaa, Ahmed and Gaad for taking good care of us!
You must try Meditation Spa! We opted for a Spa package for the entire duration of our stay. Especially try getting massages from Jasmine, Yasser and Mimo! They are not only good professionals but amazing people, warm and kind, and they make you feel like home!
The pool outside is very clean, we saw each day how they clean it, they test the water twice a day and if needed add more water treatments. The private beach is very well tended, at each umbrella you have a privacy screen and you have a pier to go in the water, so you can avoid the rocks, and have access to the fish. You also have a pool bar with very kind staff and a beach bar. And also lifeguards, at the sea and at the pool. I enjoyed dancing at the pool with the two hotel animators, and we really appreciated that the resting hours were respected, music was turned off after lunch, and turned back on after 17:00. We also enjoyed the entertainment programs we had every other evening.
I don't want to forget about the reception where you can find Mohamed or Moatz who are very very nice and find quick solutions for everything that you could need. The hotel also has a mini shop and an office for any trips you could additionally want to take. We tried the Royal seascope glass bottom boat and it was an amazing experience. The hotel provides a free shuttle to Dahab center and back 4 times a day. We also had free internet in the lobby.
