If you’re considering where to stay in Dubai during these restricted times then I honestly suggest you stay here. We arrived very late, early morning and was lost and ended up in the wrong parking location (satnav error). Mohammed in reception literally went above and beyond to make sure we got all parked up. I can’t thank him enough. Him and Zakariya were truly welcoming. Mohammed gave us the perfect room on the 35th floor. Definitely choose room 3510 if you’re getting a studio residence as the views are amazing.
The hotel is very clean, there is a mask requirement throughout, in line with government regulations. There is sanitising stations spaced throughout and I have seen staff cleaning the lift and buttons etc regularly. The sanitation tunnel upon entry is nice to pass through to ensure you’re well protected. I have seen some people being impolite about going through or even wearing the mask sometimes. Even when people are being impolite the staff are unfazed and just continue their courteous ways. I have been to Dubai four times in the last two years and hand on heart this is the best place we’ve stayed at. Their customer service is spot on, they honestly can’t do enough for you.
The room is equipped with everything you need in the kitchen, all of the cooking utensils plus pots and pans etc. A fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The floor to ceiling windows in the bathroom and main room are perfect for views but also letting in the light.
Shout out to Jasmine in reception who is sneakily helping me organise a surprise for my husband’s birthday. I’m blown away by how accommodating and nice everyone has been. Thank you for making this stay special so far. It’s only just begun for us and I am not looking forward to going back home.

Staff.. all super friendly and helpful
Location.. perfect, right on the marina and attached to the Mall. Great for going out early evening to get your daily steps in. Can’t fault the location.
Guest Rooms.. very comfortable and everything can be controlled from the iPad by the bed, so much more convenient. The beds comfy, shower spacious, good amenities, iron and ironing board in the room which when travelling for work is a massive bonus, wifi is readily available and strong, nice views over the marina. Could have done with more hangers in the wardrobe but honestly if I’d called down they’d have sent more up so not a problem. Only complaint would be the drilling that started early and went on throughout the day. Also you can hear other people in the corridors and doors when they slam, but even as a super light sleeper it didn’t cause to much of a problem for me.
Room service could be ordered on the iPad making it super easy to browse the menu and place the order. Took anything from 30-45mins for food to arrive and always arrived hot. Nice and tasty food at a reasonable price.
Laundry service is great, super fast and you can tell they treat your items with respect. They come back well hung or folded, smell lovely and feel very soft.
Gym & Pool.. fitness centre is well kitted out for a hotel gym and not busy in the mornings when I went. When I had more free time I’d get an Uber up to Binous Gym (about aed50-60 each way and aed100 for a day pass to get in, but so worth it). The pool at this hotel is my main complaint and why I gave 4* instead of 5. The pool itself is huge, but the space and availability of sunbeds is poor for such a large hotel. If you don’t get there early you won’t get a sunbed... before 9am. There were people having to sunbath in the seating area. You are walking distance to the JBR and you can hire sunbeds with towels there for about aed150 a day but if you don’t like beaches I’m afraid it’s an early start to nab yourself a sunbed by the pool. Also for some crazy reason you can’t bill food or drinks to your room at the pool bar and restaurant you have to pay there and then.

The Address Dubai Marina Hotel was a perfect choice to celebrate our 25th Anniversary although we did miss our earlier planned travel plans. We were 3 couples celebrating and we had booked 3 rooms. As we had informed the reservations earlier it was our special day they offered us the Deluxe Marina View Room and all the 3 rooms were given on the same floor. We were offered an early check in and a late check out option.
The hotel was dimly lit and was minimal in style.
Our room was plush with all the required facilities and a balcony with an amazing view of the Marina and the pool side of the hotel. We decided to have lunch at Netizerri which was a sports bar and it was not too full. The staff was very friendly and he made sure to cater to all our needs especially since we were vegetarians. Once we got back to our room we had a rich cake with anniversary message.
The next day we had breakfast which was personally served by the staff The social distancing was followed to the tee by all the staff hence we felt very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and provided outstanding service
One feedback I would like to give, there should be more coordination with the reservations and front desk as our check in timings committed created confusion although it was then sorted out.
We would definitely go back there to relive those moments. Thank you Address Marina for such an wonderful experience

We had a chance to spend our weekend at the Address Marina hotel.After 4 months of locking ourselves down we took a brave step to stay on any place outside. We were concerned initially, but as soon as we entered the hotel our worries were shed. the hotel has taken really overwhelming measures starting from disinfecting every individual at the hotel lobby, to allotting you a room that is fully disinfected. The room I got had a spectacular Marina view and it was all SMARTLY controlled. I would recommend everyone to visit this hotel because of its facilities and the preventive measures.

I will break down my review into 4 sections as I’ve been coming to this hotel for the last 7 years.
Breakfast: Mazina
The staff including the waiters and chefs are all very good and attentive. They bend over backwards to ensure you are well looked after and have what you want. Even if they don’t have it they will cook it and get it for you! My thanks to Sandeep, Jyoti, Nitin, Priyank, Mohammed who always make you feel welcome and cook the best food.
Swimming Pool:
Shabeer (Shabir) is no doubt the star at the swimming pool. He is the best member of staff always happy to help and serve. He helps my family including my small one year old. He is kind and always goes beyond ensuring you are happy and have what you need! I would also like to mention Netrin too who is always kind and attentive. These guys work hard considering the amount of people at the pool and dealing with rude guests. My view give them more support to ensure the ratio of server to guest is fair.
Concierge/Reception Residence:
No doubt another star of this hotel is Arvind. He is an asset to the hotel and is always attentive. He helped me create a nice Christmas surprise for my family which included Cake and Flowers and didn’t even charge me. He goes beyond helping and will always ensure you have what you need and enjoy your stay. Also, I would like to mention Rynkal who has also been wonderful and very helpful organising health appointments. He is always kind and even comes to you and helps you with your bags.

Generally the staff make this hotel, however some basics need maintaining for example, when you walk into the lobby the hotel reception staff don’t greet you with a hello or good morning. This is basic in a hotel and the management need to address this especially dealing with international clients.
On several occasions, I have observed staff on their mobile phones. This is a sin in the work place and this wasn’t related to hotel service.
The internal phone system needs improving. When you asked to be put through to a department you are told you will someone will reply. No one replies or calls back. Also they ned to learn guests names properly and determine if they are male or female
The room service needs massive improvement. One several occasions food was late. We had to wait 1 hour on one occasion. The kids menu also needs improvement as there only a few options.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations of a 5* hotel in Dubai. The pictures on the website do not do justice to the amazing views over the marina and the beautiful hotel rooms. The rim-flow pool is so fabulous with wonderful warm water. The service through-out the hotel is outstanding with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are huge with a working station. Our bath had a huge window with a fabulous view over the marina. Our room had a King size bed which slept unbelievably well. The bedding is soft and fluffy, the room smelled fresh and welcoming. The closet space is enough to move into the hotel for more than a month :)
The hotel provides the highest quality guest amenities in the bathroom. Would have loved to buy the wonderful body lotion and hand wash. The hotel is within walking distance to the metro station and connected with a corridor to the Dubai Marina shopping centre.

One of the best hotels that we have stayed at Address Dubai Marina, Receptionist & Other staff was very nice ,On a positive note the towels were thick and absorbent, the room was clean, the shower was hot and had plenty of pressure. You could hear the person above walking around, but they were mercifully quiet.
So overall experience is good and value for money.

We booked package through Emirates Holidays but when we arrived at reception they struggled to find our booking on their system and a bit of panic set in and we started to get worried. Eventually they said that they had found our booking and said "We will find you a nice room" but it will need sanitising first and so there would be a short wait of about 25 minutes. We were given our room cards but we had to ask how to get to our room. Once in the lift we could not reach our floor as it had not been explained that we needed to insert our room card into the card reader inside the lift. Eventually another guest showed us what to do. Our first 4 nights in our room were very good and peaceful but on the 4th night loud music prevented us from getting to sleep. After a couple of calls to reception to complain we were told that the pool party was going on until 2am and we were given another room on the other side of the hotel. Obviously this meant packing up and unpacking again at 1am in the morning which was not ideal but better than staying where we were. The room we were moved to was much better than the one we had vacated and was more modern with mini bar and fruit basket and better quality kettle and coffee maker. We could still hear the music but it was nowhere near as bad as our previous room. This noise experience was a real disappointment as we had had a magical evening out at the Burj Khalifa with a lovely meal for our sons 30th birthday celebration. We had about 4 hours sleep that night and felt very jaded the next day. Our 6th and final night at the hotel was okay but we could still hear some pool side music noise. On the plus side the staff were very good and the location of this hotel is fantastic with it being attached to the Dubai Marin Mall and very central and a great location for using the Metro. We have observed that this hotel for reasons unknown is no longer an option on the Emirates Holidays website. One final point that we forgot to mention was that the dressing gowns in the rooms were far from luxurious being very stiff and rough and not what most people would expect from a hotel of this quality.

After being cooped up in the apartment for so long during this global pandemic period, I’ve decided to reward myself with a chill out staycation and I chose Address Marina - living the passion of "Where Life Happens".
I always like the Address chain of hotels in Dubai as they provide guaranteed quality hotel furnishing and customer services.
This time I booked the “Grand Room Marina View” with an astonishing night view while soaking in a relaxing bath.
Address Marina took high standards of sanitization follow reopening and the friendly front desk staff Bao took good care of me during check in/check out and gave me the assurance of safety during my stay.
Room Amenities are amazing as well as good customer services from staff in the ground level cafe & pool.
Address chain of hotels are having amazing summer deals now and I would recommend Address Dubai Marina for consideration. I have already booked my second weekend staycation in this hotel in Sept which I’m looking forward to.

Brand new Hotel, located in Marina area with an urban city vibe and beautiful views for picture taking. Public Metro transportation less than one block away, to many Malls and the Souk. Also a local tram which travels JBR area. Large hotel lobby with wonderful Front Desk staff, 24 hour Room Service and hotel restaurant with indoor and private outdoor dining. Housekeeping the best with service and cleanliness! Front Desk always professional, helpful at any hour and refreshing room amenities as well as travel information quickly to any location in Dubai. Rooftop Pool open til 8pm, providing sunlight from 9am til 1230 and shade swimming the rest of day. Walking distance to beautiful Marina Promenade with Golf-cart Taxi ride to Dubai Mall, and a few more blocks over a walk-bridge to JBR Beach for day or night swimming with plenty of great restaurants for all appetites'. Great for business conferences. We were also celebrating our 40th anniversary, which hotel staff decorated our room with rose petals, sculptured Swan towels and a handwritten card. Special thanks to pleasant Doorman staff, Front Desk Mr. Shenouda and Ms. Paddy and for Housekeeping Koul and Rheeka. We look forward to returning to the Millennium at JBR Dubai Marina.
