It was a nice place to stay. The staff was helpful and it was set in a good and safe location. I highly recommend the driver for the location Jesus Cortes ( +51 972 156 691) who was amassing for activities and transportation to and from the airport.

Excellent hotel and if any issues the front desk took care of these items immediately. Breakfast was very tasty and staff was constantly cleaning all hotel dining room facilities ! We wound highly recommend the boutique hotel to all. Rooms are small European style … we will return again on our next trip. Thank you to all the staff !

We were supposed to fly to Cusco on Palm Sunday, but Viva Air cancelled our flight and rescheduled for the next day. A disastrous moment turned into a comfortable night and comfortable morning. I stayed in an Ibis in Paris once, but this Ibis is truly an upgrade. We had a room on the 13th floor (not sure the culture of 13th floor in Latin America, but USA, that's not a thing). Regardless, our room had a fantastic view and the WiFi was very fast. We had dinner and breakfast included in our stay and highly recommend adding that amenity to your rate.
We were walking distances to Larcomar, and Peru Gift and Craft for souvenir shopping. The area felt very safe at night.
The hotel also has taxi services to the airport, but make sure to negotiate. We were offered 60 soles for the cost but I was able to get it down to 40 soles.

The waitstaff at breakfast was very nice especially Oscar Lopez who was very helpful and friendly.
However, the hotel room was quite small and they provided only bath towels, no hand or face towels. The 2 beds were right next to each other and one of the beds was against the wall.

This hotel is short on amenities. There were no hand towels, no facial tissue in the room. There was s bottle of soap in the shower that served for both shampoo and body wash. Maintenance has been limited and the room was outfitted with the cheapest products possible--an ill-fitting plastic toilet seat; a shower head that is supposed to be s rain shower but wax replaced with the cheapest shower head to be found; laminate flooring that is warping. As others have noted, the rooms are small but clean; breakfast was nice.

We stopped here for couple of nights, amazing location in the middle of everything and few minutes walk to the ocean.
The room was ok, nothing special, typical Ibis quality. The staff is very attentive and they do speak good English. This is an absolute bonus wherever you are in Peru.
The room was really small but functional, toilettries were a bit scare and of a real poor quality. Breakfast is ok but again nothing special. Over all I can't fault the hotel given the price I was charged.
I would happily stay there again but bring my own toilettries.

My husband, children and parents stayed here for four nights prior to our traveling to Cusco. On the way back from Cusco we found out that our flight back to the States had been delayed till almost 3:30 in the morning. On a chance we decided to come back to the hotel and see if we could secure rooms for all of us to rest prior to heading back to the airport. Lyon Luque at Reception was very welcoming, he remembered our names and helped us to secure three rooms so that we could relax. The service at this hotel is excellent and very personalized and we deeply appreciate it the last minute help. He also help the secure better rates since this was an unexpected expense for us!

I arrived for a three night stay and the front desk got me checked in and they were pleasant but the problems started there with the elevator pass card and room key not letting me have access to head to my room and I had to wait in line at the front desk to get a new room elevator key to head upstairs. This happened 15 times total. I also had a problem in the restaurant but on a different note the restaurant was nicely laid out and comfortable. There was a male bartender I did not catch his name that was extremely helpful and was talkative to about life and operations in Peru (very good to have to your staff) I did bring the problems to the attention of the hotel manager on duty Andre Sarenito. After a hour conversation there was a solution given and I was pleased that Andre did follow up. I do wish the problems did not take place because if these interactions I had with him were very pleasant. Andre helped with Covid testing appointment at the hotel and explained a city shutdown that was taxing on the staff and hotel and that was handed by all the staff very well given the unexpected events of Peru. This hotel has a excellent location and very clean my test you can walk around barefoot in your room. (Excellent house keeping) encountered housekeeping the one day and asked me what I’d like done in my room. Even with a language barrier they understood.

location 5* hotel 2* - pros: amazing location, cleanish, good juices at breakfast and nice scrambled eggs; cons - many!! clean but worn rooms, several in group we all had issues weird shower in ceiling (not a rain shower) too hot or spraying sideways adjustment broken; manager woke us up even though "do not disturb" sign on door saying silent alarm said we were smoking in room at night (we are nonsmokers) no apology when we complained!!
