Dive with our full-service PADI Dive Center (packages and certification available). Make your trip an adventure with our whale watching, snorkeling and kayaking excursions.

This was our third visit to Utila, but our first to Coral View Beach Resort. The room we stayed in was very clean and had all the basic necessities. Housekeeping did a fantastic job. Bottled water was available in the restaurant anytime. Breakfast was delicious, as were the fresh fruit juices. We very much enjoyed the restaurant and had all of our meals there; there was plenty of variety. The reason for our visit was to scuba dive and that was fantastic! We had Edgar as our divemaster for the week and he was knowledgable, professional and a lot of fun. Albert was our boat captain and he also was very knowledgable and professional. They made for a great crew! The boat had a wide platform that worked really well. Wendy, front desk, and Heath, owner, were very nice to chat with and helpful when we had questions. I highly recommend the Coral View Beach Resort!

The room we stayed in was fine (a little shabby) but the food was great and the beach bar was wonderful. While we were there a lot of repairs were happening. The reef off the dock was incredible for snorkeling- with gear provided as part of the room reservation. Kayaks available too - they were a little dirty but still worked! The location is quiet, away from Utila town, but the town is walkable. There’s bottled water in the restaurant which I appreciated. Breakfast was always yummy with delicious juices. My favorite place was the beach bar…always music playing and good food/drink available. There’s a top deck which is amazing at sunset…if there’s a breeze to blow the bugs away. They come out at dusk and are vicious! Overall recommend this place for a no frills but solid experience!

We really loved the Coral View! We had great communication before we arrived and loved all the staff. We stayed on the top floor penthouse. It has a refrigerator and an amazing huge balcony to enjoy the view of the lagoon, utila town, the sea and the mountains of mainland Honduras. Also a great breeze and privacy up top. You are on the end of town so it’s pretty quiet and you can walk to restaurants or get a tuk tuk. There is good snorkeling off of the dock and you can get an hourly boat over to neptunes which has good snorkeling too. The food at the restaurant was good as well. I would definitely recommend to stay here again!!!

My husband and I visited this resort and it was spectacular we live in Canada and the people the staff were beyond our expectations. The chef Alex was more than willing to come out and talk to us about his cooking and we were more than willing to complement him. Must visit this place we can’t wait to return.

Loved the location! Away from the horrible noise in town from the bars, but still has things going on - their onsite bar and restaurant were both great. Easy to get to town, a quick 10 minute walk or barely a 5 minute drive. I had switched here from another hotel in town and this was a much better experience. They also have 2 pools, and the owner (Heath and Demi) were so nice and have the 2 cutest little dogs and gave us good suggestions of other things to do when we were done diving.

Solo female traveler, I just returned from a week at Coral View Beach Resort, and did 13 dives there over the week. Thank you, Miss OT for guiding me on my first shore dives, and introducing me to the hawksbill turtle, the seahorse, the spotted eagle ray, the yellow stingray, all the eels, the hundreds of brittle star fish, and the day we met all those giant fish. Thank you, Jose for for taking me safely to the Northshore so I could see the giant underwater rock formations. Thank you, Arlene for the Monkey Latte, and Adelle for the best handmade Gimlet. Lastly, thank you Alex. Everything I ate at the restaurant was delicious, and this is coming from a person who has a sensitive tummy when in the Caribbean. The ceviche is the the best I've ever had. Looking forward to many happy returns!

It was a awesome place love snorkeling there. We go pretty often and always have a good time. The staff is awesome you can't go wrong here. If you go to utika you need to go there, get a daiquiri, snorkeling for a bit and you'll have the best time vwr trust meeee

This is a very nice hotel, larger than many others within the island, rooms were clean, A/C, hot water, all we needed. Food was also good, though more options in included breakfast would have been a plus. Facilities includes own deck with bar, pool, direct access to beach and diving/snorkeling, which was really a good thing. Prices were good, and included a tour to Water Key (optional, but very nice!) and availability of good quality snorkeling equipment during our whole time there. Staff was very kind in all hotel areas, includind diving (thanks for the good dive David!). Definitely coming back on our next trip to Utila.

Coralview is a top notch dive center/resort on the island of Útila. My wife and I stayed here for a little over a week. Jorge, who runs the dive center runs a tight ship that is also very nice and relaxed. During that time I completed my open water course and enjoyed the process and the place. Alex, runs the resort and has a slew of people helping that became our family for the last week or so. My wife, who is already certified was able to refresh her Certification.. We dined on the incredible cuisine that they offer here. An eclectic mix of local dishes in contemporary fusion. Snorkeling out in front of the hotel is as good as it gets. We used the kayaks one day to paddle down the coast, while stopping to eat, drink and snorkel along the way. The plan is not if but when to come back and take our Advanced course here.Cheers to CoralView.

My wife and I stayed 2 nights and were very pleased. The rooms are very clean and modern. The restaurant food was very good with a good variety of choices. The dock was incredible with plenty of seating, a bar, a very large saltwater pool, and easy access to the water for some incredible snorkeling.
All of the staff we met were very pleasant and accommodating
We will be back for sure.
