We knew that we were staying somewhere pretty special when we were greeted by Terry.

He is an amazing host who has thought of everything. From oil for the BBQ, DVDs, Foxtel, mosquito coils, pegs, dishwashing tablets, comfy beds, coffee pods, body boards, bus and tide timetables, chairs and umbrellas for the beach.

The accommodation is in a great location and is a short walk to Divers Tavern, Zanders, Sunset Bar and Grill and Cable Beach.

We will definitely be back!

Thank you RandomDusty for the great review. We are certainly lucky with our great location and the bungalows. We do try hard to anticipate the things that help to make it a "great" holiday. We look forward to your return.

We spent four nights at Cocos Bungalows and it exceeded our expectations! We have two young kids (2.5 and 5) so the fully self contained, spacious air conditioned bungalow suited us perfectly. Absolute bonus that each unit contains a washing machine and dryer!

The pool was a huge hit with the kids, with a sectioned area (spa) with bubbles and the resident puppy provided the kids plenty of entertainment!

Jodi and Ross were amazing hosts, they go out of their way to ensure you have everything you need and keep the premises looking very well maintained.

Cable beach and many restaurants in walking distance.

This will be our go to and will definitely be recommending to friends and family!!

My wife and I and another couple have just had 4 nights at Cocos before heading into the Kimberleys on tour.
Our 3 bedroom bungalow was more than adequate size for us and with the fantastic patio/deck area, we were not cramped fir room.
Main bedroom has an ensuite and the other 2 bedrooms share a seperate toilet and bathroom.
Washing machine and dryer add to the amenities.
Our managers Ross and Jodie were awesome and their customer service was outstanding, arranging transfers, suggesting tours and drop offs at the supermarket helped to make our stay a very enjoyable one.
They were always handy if needed.
The property is maintained to the highest standards and the pool and garden areas are very nice.
The bungalows are showing their age and individual owners probably need to spend some money updating bathrooms and kitchens etc
Situated about a ten minute walk to Cable Beach , bus stop couple of minutes away and restaurants and rentacar office in the same street... perfect location.
There are other newer resorts like Pearl, Oaks, Mantra etc that are probably nicer but they are a long walk from the beach and I imagine, quite a bit more expensive.
And with every day at the moment around 31, you don’t want to be walking too far.
If you are looking for accommodation that is very very nice with managers that will ensure you have a great stay, Cocos Bungalows is the right location to go.

Cocos Beach Bungalows is a hidden gem at Cable Beach.

After a disasterous stay at another accommodation provider in Broome we switched to Cocos and it really made our holiday. We spent 7 nights over Easter and could not fault this place.

Ross the host was so welcoming to my family and upgraded us to a 3 bedroom bungalow despite only paying for a 2 bedroom. He personally showed us around the bungalow and how all the features of it worked. Ross was always around to give advice on the local area and was helpful in many ways such as organizing a bucket for my husband to go fishing and pool toys for the kids. He also gave us a late check out and dropped us back at the airport. You can see that he puts a lot of effort into the gardens as there was such a lush, tropical feel throughout.

The bungalows themselves are great for a family or couple. They have an open planned living area and 3 spacious bedrooms. The beds are comfy and the linen is of good quality. The bungalows have many features that you usually only get in an AirBnB such washing powder, full kitchen, BBQ and kitchen start up pack for home cooking, bug spray and insect repellant and shopping bags. Plastics kid cups, bowls, plates and cutlery are also provided. Recycling facilities were also onsite, showing environmental awareness at the property. The air conditioning and fans were a great combination and kept us as cool as we wanted to be. The WiFi was strong and could cope with multiple devices as well as streaming services on the TV at the same time. The deck contains an outdoor seating area and couch which really gives you another living space. The bungalows were to a high standard of cleanliness and very quiet at night.

The pool area is of a good size with lounges. It also contains an enclosed shallow area that is perfect for little ones. As there is only 8 bungalows, most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. Umbrellas provided shade in the hottest part of the day. Plastic wear is also provided in the bungalows for drinks to use around the pool.

Location wise, we felt we were in the heart of cable beach. You can walk down to the beach or to the many restaurants and cafes within the area. The shuttle bus stop was around the corner, although we didn't use it as we had a car. The camels also walk past each day on their way to Cable Beach.

Many thanks to Ross and Cocos Beach Bungalows for making our holiday in Broome so special. My 8 year old said it was 'the best hotel ever'.

From now on, this will be the place we book for our annual Broome holiday. As a family of four (2 adults, 2 kids) it had everything we needed... and more. Large indoor and outdoor living areas, fantastically equiped kitchen, washing machine, dryer etc. The little extras is what makes Cocos a standout option: coffee pods, washing powder, mozzie spray, foil and glad wrap etc supplied. All the little things you need straight away but might forget to pack. They've got you covered. Very friendly owners who stop for a chat and check you've got all you need, but never over step privacy. Super clean, quiet, comfy and relaxing. Wish we were back there now!

Stayed at Cocos in June with our 14 month old daughter and would 100% recommend for families, The fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, dining space and high chair made meal times so much easier and totally stress free. Having 2 bedrooms, a large living area and the large deck with daybed made it really easy for us to relax and not worry about being silent at nap and bedtime.
Ross and Jodi were so welcoming and helpful, they had great recommendations of places to go for food and places to see. They were really friendly and nothing was too big an ask. You can really tell that they care about guests having a great stay.
The location of the bungalows are great, walking distance to Cable Beach and the surrounding restaurants and resorts.
The pool is quite small but since there are only a few bungalows it was always quiet.
We loved our stay so much that we have booked again for next year. Thanks for the amazing holiday, see you in 2022!

I was booked into Cocos Beach Bungalows for a 3 day business trip in Broome. Even before arriving I was warmly welcomed by Ross & Jodi via email who made sure I was looked after with everything I needed for the trip to be a success.

Upon arrival I was impressed at how well maintained and relaxing the grounds were, my bungalow was clean and very well appointed with everything I could possibly need including modern laundry, living, dining, decent TV, great balcony and a kitchen that has everything covered! All the condiments, crockery and appliances you would need even down to woolies reusable bags!.

In terms of locality, Cocos is a stones throw from cable beach which is only a few minutes walk, great dining options and the general store does a surprisingly decent coffee.

Ross & Jodi’s hospitality was second to none, my days were off to a good start due to being habitually greeted by Lilly, the resident ‘guard’ dog.

Being a regular business traveler both inner city and regional, Cocos is right up there when it comes to hospitality and experience. All in all was a very successful trip and I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Cocos especially to those who value space and privacy.

Ross and Coco made us feel very welcome; always happy to stop for a chat and offer advice. The self-contained bungalow served our needs perfectly well with a sizeable private verandah to enjoy, a pool and fully functional kitchen with provision of some cupboard food basics - cooking oil, salt, pepper etc The bungalow is roomy and very comfortable. It's location is a huge drawcard as we could be on Cable Beach within 10 mins via an easy walk.
I will definitely look to stay there again when I'm next in Broome with my family.

We had a family of three adults and two kids (10 & 12) and stayed in a three bedroom Bungalow. From the minute we arrived until we left, the hosts Jodi & Ross (along with Lily) far exceeded our expectations and went well beyond what we would consider normal. Their friendly nature and attention to detail ensured the holiday was the relaxing getaway that we desired. Never did it fill they intruded our privacy but they always were around to lend advice or just have a quick chat. The Bungalows were immaculate and well presented, as were the grounds. Pool area is great for both kids and adults with 3 big umbrellas that offer shade over and around the pool.
The location of Cocos was perfect, it's situated a short walk to Cable Beach as well as a number of great eating and drinking establishments.
I can’t speak highly enough of Cocos Beach Bungalows and can't recommend it enough, we will definitely be back

My husband & I & 2 other couples stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom pearlers bungalow for 5 nights. The bungalow was beautiful & had everything we needed for our stay. We were able to buy provisions to prepare meals & there was plenty of room for us to all enjoy each others company inside & outside on the very spacious comfortable verandah.

The pool isn’t very big but as it was quiet when we stayed we mostly had the pool area to ourselves.

The caretaker/manager Ross was very helpful & friendly as was his lovely pets Cocos the puppy & Storm the young cat who came to visit us often.

My husband & I usually stay at the Cable Beach Club but we will be definitely considering Cocos Beach Bungalows if we travel to Broome in the future.

Thanks Ross for our fabulous stay!
