Our third visit here, and we were not disappointed. Although the staff and management haven't changed, the complex seemed cleaner, brighter and better appointed (new chairs in the lounge, new grass on the terrace etc). The bungalows are basic, but have everything you really need, just nothing extra! The housekeeping is fab, every day our lady came in and cleaned round, replacing the teatowel, and changed the sheets twice in the week. The pool was quite warm, but not busy, and there are lifeguards on duty all the day. Food was again excellent, and a good price. We ate a few evenings as well as breakfasts.Enormous choice of bread, cheese, ham, cooked bacon, eggs, beans, tomatoes etc as well as churros, pancakes, croissants etc. Lots of fresh and tinned fruits, plus yoghurts, and fruit juices. Something for everyone. We recommend this place for a visit to Maspalomas. You can get the free shuttle bus down to the lighthouse, or its a 4 Euro taxi ride. There are loads of restaurants down there but some are a bit pricey. The complex is better value. A really good holiday, especially blessed with the weather - 24 degrees on New Years Day! Wonderful!

This was a last minute get away we always go Tenerife but thought try Gran Canaria this time as only Canary Island weve never been too . What a great choice must say Hotel,grounds and bungalow spotless and i do mean spotless on went s/c but often looked at the food on offer and looked pretty good to me One bedroom bungalow(house) balcony overlooking golf course ,to be honest any view from these rooms seem ok . Fee Safe ,Sat-tv that if you spend a few mins on remote can be changed to english even though it had been dubbed into german/spanish Maid service every day towels and clean up Swimming pools fantastic and dont quote me i am sure one of them is heated in winter months Bar was very well stocked however depending on what staff you had serving could be very cheap or just over average price. Best night out we had was a 5euro taxi to the light house area (walk if you like ) some very good restaurants of all types to choose from. Loved this place so much have already re-booked with TUI for 10th of november book it you wont be disappointed

We have just stayed at Green Golf from 22nd to 29th December. This was our first visit and it certainly didn't disappoint!
A good pool is the main feature we look for with our 10 year old boy. The pool at Green Golf is heated in winter. It was a lovely temperature. This made a massive difference to it's usability! Meaning there were people in it from 8am - 9.30pm (when it closes). The pool is a good size and very clean!
The resort itself was clean throughout. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels etc. The staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed self catering but you can buy meals in the bar area or pay to access the breakfast or evening buffett. We did this regularly as the food was lovely. Would consider going half board next time.
Location wise, it's quiet and peaceful which was great. But you can access playa del ingles or maspalomas beaches via the free bus. Or a nice flat 30 min walk gets you to maspalomas beach.
We had a great week and will definitely return! There really aren't many negatives. The apartments are quite small, and aren't the most modern I suppose. But they are clean and were big enough for the 3 of us so no problem.
If you're looking for a great holiday at an affordable price, I'd strongly recommend Cordial Green Golf!

We had a short break here late January 2022 and found the complex clean, nicely decorated and more than adequate for visiting the locality, sand dunes, playa del ingles, maspalomas, all which are around a 30 min walk to, or £3 in a taxi. There is a taxi rank just at the end of the road to the complex, local bus stops and the complex have a shuttle bus to the beach and playa del ingles. The swimming pools were large in comparison to other complexes in the area. (one heated and one not, however we found it fun to jump in the cold one for 10 mins, then the heated one was like a warm bath!) The food hall looked lovely and clean, but as we ate outside, we can not comment on the food. Overall, the staff seemed pleasant. Check out time was good, being 12 noon.

We stayed for a week with our 10 month old daughter. The room was well appointed and immaculately clean. We did have visits from a couple of cockroaches during the week but they were easily dealt with and by no means a problem. The rooms were tidied and bins emptied daily, with change of bedding and towels twice during our stay. We were facing the pool which meant it was nice and quiet at night but we didn’t get any sun on our terrace or balcony during the day. The pool and surrounding area was fantastic. It was really well maintained throughout the day. Plenty of sun loungers although limited shade options on busy days. Kids pool was small but as it was fairly quiet that wasn’t a problem for us. The 2 main pools were huge and the heated one very welcome earlier in the day! We had the buffet meal on our arrival evening which was expensive but very good with lots of options. We also ate lunch from the bar menu once which was also very good. It was a pain that food was not available all day, from memory breakfast stopped at 10 and then lunch was from 12:30. With a young child who tends to want lunch earlier than that it meant I had to cook or we had to go out. Not a huge amount very close by (although there is an excellent Lebanese restaurant in close proximity), it’s a nice walk down to the lighthouse (took us 30mins with a buggy) where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. It was about the same time to walk in to Playa des Ingles too but we weren’t so keen on it there (not quite as baby friendly). The on-site shop had all the basics needed but there are plenty of shops nearby and a Lidl only 7mins drive away. We took a day trip to Anfi del Mar beach which which was lovely and would highly recommend. Playa de las Melonares beach was also lovely, quieter than Maspalomas beach and a bit more accessible with the buggy.

We have just returned from a weeks stay here and it definitely lived up to our expectations. The room is modern, extremely clean and comfortable. There was a little cleaning pack for washing up and also shower gel/shampoo which was a lovely touch.
The maids cleaned everyday and there was always someone around cleaning or maintaining the complex such as a gardener. Staff on reception were always welcoming and friendly. Only issue I found was on the folded card envelope which the room cards were given to us in, it said if we wanted a late check out to ask the day before which we did and were told this wasn’t possible but we could leave our bags in reception and they would provide a place to shower if needed as we had a late flight out.
Breakfast was buffet mixture of cold meats, cheeses, salad, hot food, cereal and fruits which suited everyone. Bar was reasonably priced but didn’t except cash. Pool area was big and clean, there was no umbrellas around the pool which made it uncomfortable for us to be around the pool for a long period of time between 1pm and 4pm.
Wouldn’t return simply due to the fact is it far away from everything, there is a free shuttle service and a taxi to faro lighthouse is around €3-4

Firstly, I can’t believe that this hotel is only 2 stars, I think it is superb, our bungalow was right infront of the large pool to the right hand side of the complex and was beautiful inside. The kitchens were equipped with all the utensils we needed/ the only issue in the kitchen was the lack of oven, made it quite difficult to cook a variety of things.
The bedroom was nicely done when we arrived with fresh white sheets and green towels and the shower in the bathroom is just to die for! One of the best hotel showers I have used.
The pools are absolutely huge and have a lot of space around the pool for sunbathing.
The hotel is in a good location with multiple taxis always waiting outside the front to take you to the beaches.
Overall this was a really nice stay and I would return in the future

The photos of this place do not do it justice. The grounds are kept extremely nice, and it's location next to the peaceful golf course give it an oasis of nature type of feeling when in resort.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Rooms were newly refurbished and well cleaned. The pool was very good, both were very long and one heated warmly for the winter. It was 5 euros for a taxi either way to melonaras or play del Ingles. We also took advantage of the free bus service that ran several times during the day.
All in all a great hotel and would definitely recommend

This was our fourth visit to cordial green. Our first since covid and we didn’t really know what to expect. We have always found it good value that’s why we have always returned. But we didn’t know how the resort might have coped with the tough covid times. We shouldn’t have worried, they have used the time wisely to update and improve the apartments. We stayed in the newly upgraded superior villa. The upgrades are great, larger better designed bathrooms. Air-con and ceiling fans a real improvement. The rooms feel bigger and brighter, beds very comfortable. I would still like to see a double bed option but it’s not a deal breaker. The pool has always been my favourite part it is truly the cleanest pool, well designed great for a early morning proper swim but also perfect for kids, family’s and just cooling down. They grounds are looking good and everywhere you look someone is fixing or improving something. We had breakfast included which is standard buffet breakfast with everything you would need. If your fussy about a particular tea or coffee then I would suggest you bring it with you. We did that and just made a pot of tea every morning using the hot water and tea pot provided in the restaurant. We have always found the staff friendly and helpful and that hasn’t changed. We like the fact that it is placed more or less equal distance between playa de ingles an masspalomas. We alternate between these every night for our dinner, cheaper restaurants in playa de ingles than maspalomas. A taxi rank is at the less than two minute walk from the reception area it’s between €3-5 for either destination. I saw someone mention ferral cats, just to say they aren’t ferral they are fed and looked after by the resort and they have a feeding station near to the children’s play area. If you don’t encourage them they leave you alone. We will probably be back next year, for us it’s a no brainier

We have just spent 21 days at the cordial green complex. Firstly its a beautifully kept area, the gardeners work tirelessly to keep the flowers and grass tip top. There are two lovely swimming pools and are kept very clean, there is security on the complex so you feel safe. The apartments are smaller than the images online( good use of wide angle lenses by photographer) Its basic but clean. The main issue was there once was a shopping centre 10 mins away (Faro2) with lots of bars and resturants but its run down and all cordoned off with just a cafe bar , a clothes shop and a super dino market open. It looks like a scene from a "End of world film". You have two choices, half a hour walk either way to Player de ingles or Melanores near the sea..or a Taxi. Playa de Ingles is lively and melanores is classy with lots of places to eat. We found a Tapas place called "Rustico" on the road to the beach....a true eating experience!!
The apartment unfortunately had cockroaches but was given a spray and found if I applied spray every night I did not see any for the rest of the Holiday.
The Cordial Green do not take cash so be aware everything is either on the "Room" or credit/debit card so be sure to make sure you don't pay charges.
The Entertainment was poor and stopped at 10pm and bar at 10;30pm and is poorly stocked. Only one choice of Rose wine and no flavoured Gins etc.
Attatched to the reception is a mini market, for fresh bread and water its ok but twice the price as the supermarket at the Faro2 centre and the other market 10 mins towards Playa de Ingles.
We enjoyed our stay, however due to its present remote position from entertainment we won't be returning. The staff are very friendly so if you don't mind walking or paying for lots of Taxis this place is ok, just not for us. The photos I have uploaded are from the National park Lagoon near the sand dunes about 30 mins walk from the complex. As a photographer its my passion. You can walk from the lagoon to Playa de Ingles (approx 70 mins)
