We had a week here September 2021. Lovely small Mediterranean style hotel.
Rooms are good tried to get a “full sea view” but they were fully booked, we had a partial sea view room. The first room we were given we were not so keen on as it overlooked the car park, the lovely receptionist and Porter invited us to another room which we thought was much better.
The place is kept very clean. Covid 19 measures all in place, all the staff were face masks and guests are asked to wear face masks in the buffet area. The food is fantastic, we had bed and breakfast as we like to go out to eat in the evening. The choice was amazing. We had dinner one night which was also lovely.
The hotel itself is situated on its own with a private beach, the water is beautifully clear but it is very rocky/stony/slippy to get into, - take some beach shoes!
We caught the local bus at the top of the road every evening we went to Lindos, Lardos, Pefkos all cost €1.80. We got a taxi back from each of these places, the prices varied - tip ask the price before getting into the taxi. We were charged anything between €5 and €9 to get into Lindos.
There are a couple of areas that need looking at for next season and I hope the hotel do this, there were several broken parasols while we were there that were taken down and you can see there have been some that have been removed from the ground so I hope these are replaced, also some of the sun beds were broken, they were heavy metal with lovely padding (very comfortable) but some were old and rusty and on need of replacing,
I would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff are fantastic nothing is too much trouble and everyone is so pleasant. They really do make the Hotel. We found the receptionists particularly helpful. All in all a fantastic hotel with an amazing location.

Like all of us, this was our first holiday abroad since you know what, took hold of the planet. We were a little worried how thing would pan out. On arrival in Rhodes, late at night, we took an arranged air controlled taxi from the airport to the hotel, it took around 40 minutes, perfect time to kick back after the flight. Once at the hotel, we were shown to our room, they had prepared some ham and cheese salad rolls fresh fruit and bottled water, which was very much appreciated. The hotel is immaculate and all the staff very friendly. The following morning I was standing on the beach alone at 6am, at 06:03 the sunrise came. I would highly recommend you go and watch this happen, take your camera with you, it's a stunningly beautiful thing to watch just before breakfast. We loved our daily walks into Lindos, we even climbed all the stairs to where the cross and flag are situated, turn left at the top of the road. Rhodes old town is a must visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We do hope to return.

Hotel is very good, room upgraded to pool and sea view which was lovely, had a welcome tray of sandwiches, fruit and cake as arrived at 2am which was very welcome. Room was large as there were 3 adults, clean, and ample toiletries, linen changed daily.
The hotel is based between Lindos and Pefkos with no surrounding amenities so you have to rely on taxi €20return, bus €3.8 return which you have to walk 10-15 mins to main road to catch, or rental car to get to other areas.
The pool area was lovely, kept very clean and leads onto private beach area which is quite stoney with large rocks so unstable under foot, a pair of beach shoes would be helpful and you definitely do not need to get up early to put towels on sun beds.
One negative aspect it seems all boat trips from Rhodes head to the cove at the hotel for swims and at times some of the bigger boats, pirate ships etc can be quite noisy, my advise don’t waste money booking a boat trip as you will end up at the hotel.
The hotel boasts a 5 star rating I would have to say it is probably a 4 star just the little things like bottles of water each day in your room which have always been available in other 4/5* hotels instead of having to pay €3.5 for every bottle of water which adds up over the holiday period, in our case 7 day period €45. The main restaurant is a lovely setting it is a shame the food does not come up to 5* standard, I would probably say 4* breakfast, 3* evening meal, breakfast lots of choice however all the hot food was cold, dinner €35 each which in my opinion was not value for money and again hot meals including soup came out cold. The Lindia pool restaurants food is far better quality and cost, unfortunately it closes at 6pm.
If you like good food at a reasonable cost including taxi fare, wine etc then I would suggest visiting pefkos
The biggest positive is that throughout the hotel it is clean, the staff with no exception work long hours but are all ways very friendly, helpful and polite.

Our stay at this hotel didn’t get off to the best of starts as they downgraded our room despite booking several weeks in advance, and I did get the feeling they hoped we wouldn’t notice. Mistakes happen and we understand that but the disappointing thing for us was how the Manager there (Maria) handled the situation. We had paid for a double sea view room and was given a very very small side room with two single beds pushed together. When I went back to reception to say they had made a mistake I was greeted with ‘can I see your paperwork’ (which I duly presented) followed by a ‘you may have paid for a sea view room but we have only been paid for a side view’. She said she had no other rooms and even though I offered to pay an upgrade for an even larger room she said there was nothing and I should just make myself comfortable with that we had. I contacted my agent in the UK and by some miracle a sea view room became available the next day. Looking at some of the older reviews I believe this hotel have a track record of overbooking rooms and giving guests the wrong ones. The room we were given was nothing like the room advertised on their website and was dark and dated. The bathroom was like something from the 70’s with rusty plug holes and dirty grout. Sun beds around the pool were rusty and my husband sat on one that had a lovely piece of chewing gum stuck to the side. Breakfast was luke warm and we never stayed for dinner as so many guests complained about the quality. The hotel was geared up for 50+ age group with a depressing singer in the bar most nights. The feel of the hotel was that they are following the same old formula from package holidays of yesteryear. There were some fantastic points. The setting is truly amazing and they have some lovely staff members. Nico and Nicoletta in the bar are a credit to the hotel. This hotel needs serious investment and I doubt I would have felt quite so critical of it if they just market themselves as a 3 star as there is absolutely no way it’s a 5 star. I would not return. Lindos is magical though and there are so many fantastic hotels around here that the Memories are going to fall behind unless they spend some money. The Manager also needs some customer service training as not once did she enquire as how our holiday was, despite seeing her a couple of times.

In regards to the comments you make allow us to share with you a few points that might interest you. We gave you the exact room type we received via your booking. An honest mistake made not by the hotel but from your travel agent. Your papers said sea view our booking clearly stated side sea view. The issue was fixed as soon as your travel agent admitted his honest and human mistake and we gave solution to it even though we did not have alternatives just to make you feel comfortable and to make sure that you would receive from us what you really booked and not the mistaken room type your agent sent us. We would like to hear your opinion about our dinner which you intentionally missed based on opinion of other guests. To your information Maria is our reservations manager and the actions she made, made you receive the room type you booked as she was the person that made the necessary arrangements in order to make sure your well being. By the time you have made your research in Trip advisor we are certain that you could not overlook the excellent reviews our property has earned through the years. Blaming us for the mistakes of others and asking training for our staff will not fix the mistake others did, our untrained staff according to you made sure you wont miss a thing. Our live shows vary from day to day and we do not have one singer but each day a different one or duets. It is clear to us after your comments that you did not appreciate our property not because we did not manage to meet your expectations but because you did not allow your self to do so. Nevertheless we remain confident about our staff, Gastronomy and services, and as it seems the majority of our guests do too. Mitsis is a very quiet, neat and cozy hotel, we were amazed by friendly stuff not awaiting tips for everything they do because you pay by singing checks which is very comfortable. The resort is truly safe, mainly occupied by British and German people. We were the only Czech here. Everything is very detailed and designed for your comfort. If you seek elegant and romantic couple vacation without children or big parties and drunk people, we highly recommend this hotel for you. The pool is not chemical and it has a good temperature during the day. The beach is small and private, sea is really clean here. The only bothering thing is cruising ships that often stops a few yards from beach and the people from them jump in the water and yell. Food was really exceptional, we really loved a salmon tartar or steamed mussels in Taverna. If we'll have a babysitting again, we would gladly come back. Thanks for nice relax that we really needed.

This hotel will always be special to us as it was our honeymoon hotel and the place we got ready for our wedding in 2009 ( we stayed for two weeks). We also visited again for a day and meal in 2019 for our 10th anniversary. We have just spent two weeks holiday here and absolutely loved it.
There some really lovely features, the beach setting, pool and live music some nights was really enjoyable. The staff are very friendly.
Rooms are cleaned well, however the bathrooms are a little dated and need better hairdryers.
The food in the taverna is lovely and Niotis is lovely and attentive. The reception lady is very very helpful.
There was someone (sorry I did not get his name) he said he was a porter who went beyond his duty to be helpful and friendly.
I have mentioned the pluses,
Minor areas of the pool does need attended to, some tiles have turned green and the paint on the steps is peeling.
Rusty sun beds but yo7 forget about that as the mattresses are so comfortable.
I wish they still have the swap your evening meal for lunch option, as we prefer the lunch in hotel.
We would go back here, as it’s our special place.

Very nice modern hotel uphill mountain but near the sea. The suites were large with big balconies or terrace, food on half board very good, you could always find something you like. Pelagos restaurant is offering excellent food. The beach has blue flag and is at least 1km long with clear water and rather protected from big waves. Staff at reception kind. Some events with music or dancing at the main terrace.

We went on a 1w hols with my wife, selected this hotel almost by chance as we found a competitive offer with breakfast and dinner included while other hotels were really expensive in our opinion (2x or 3x what we paid). The hotel structure is very nice, not too big, almost the size of a Boutique hotel well kept both in the common areas and in the room. Our room was a standard double, size was OK, nice balcony. The range of food for breakfast is ok. All the standard things you may expect to find. Dinner also was good with a choice of main course. What we liked most was the kindness of all staff members, from reception to restaurant staff. Service was friendly not cold or “too professional” but good and precise, just what we prefer. The quality of food and the choice of dishes was at the right level. One thing to improve for sure is the quality of the ice cream the only thing really not at the standard of the hotel. The beach and its facilities were perfect, just the right size, quiet, in a really wonderful bay. Shallow water, rocky but easy to get in. The hotel is in a great location, away from the noise and chaos of Lindos village and differs from the many other hotels really very close to each other and with little to no privacy. We did not use the gym nor the Spa. Also we think that the photos available on the main websites do not give justice to the Hotel and how nice is the place.

The service at Mitsis Lindos Memories was top notch. Beautiful little touches like a cake on my birthday made us feel very special. The hotel beach is clean with clear water, the breakfast and dinner menu were very good and the location is perfect if you want to visit Lindos. Overall a very memorable stay in a lovely peaceful hotel with first rate staff.

Honestly? It doesn't live up to the 5 star experience.
There is no denying the location and setting of this hotel are beautiful and peaceful and create a fabulous first impression as well as being very instagramable. Check in is seamless and very welcoming, if a little short on detail regarding how the spa facilities, local transport, tourism info etc are accessed. At the time this isn't evident as there is a general expectation there will be a folder for instance in the room itself. There isn't. Everything is DIY: either web based (QR codes for the evening menu) or head up to reception to ask the staff. The rooms are not overwhelming, but who spends much time in their room with a pool with views of the beach like this one? It would be nice if the shower head wasn't filthy and if the single beds pushed together for a double had been secured to each other - mind the gap! There are 3 function areas - the restaurant, the pool bar and another bar. The restaurant is open during breakfast and supper, the pool bar during the day and the other bar from 5pm when the pool bar shuts. The pool bar is surprisingly uninspiring given the setting. The staff seem to be preoccupied with other things and don't invite much custom. I would go as far as to say some were rude. The evening bar was more comfortable and relaxing (apart from a dreadful intermittent sewage smell that the staff seemed to be oblivious to - smell? what smell? Maybe it was a temporary issue but it persisted for at least 5 of the 7 nights we were there and verified by other guests, unless we were all going mad. Worth noting that this hotel also caters for weddings and what a great venue if this is what you are looking for. If you are a guest unconnected with the wedding however expect to share the only bar with the guests and be intruded on by the noise and extra visitors, as we experienced despite only the bride and groom being guests of the hotel. It may have helped if this had been previously communicated to residents of the hotel as it would have been a good evening to head to Lindos or Pefki for the evening. I would recommend on check in asking if there are any weddings during your stay and make alternative plans. Would I return? No.
