We booked this hotel as part of a package for the Six Nations match and it didn't disappoint us. The continental breakfast was enough for us, with plenty of fruit, cereals, pastries and cold buffet options. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable and the public areas pleasant, if a little warm. The restaurant in the evening offered a good choice of dishses, we particularly liked one of the house red wines. Special mention to William on reception, who was very helpful and accommodating to our group.

This is an excellent place to stay if you are attending an event at Stade De France! The walk to the stadium is an easy 20 minutes, and I felt safe (with my husband) walking back from our concert at midnight. There was a lot of street lighting and pedestrian walkways. Hotel Rooms are fairly roomy, with mini refrigerator, iron and iron board, as well as a safe. Room TV is quite large. Breakfast is pretty good with a lot of entrees, both hot and cold. We didn't take public transportation, as we only stayed 2 nights. There is a small grocery store 5 minute walk away. Arc de Triomphe Amd Eiffel Tower are about 5 miles from hotel. BAHAR was very professional amd welcoming on check in. Nicoletta was also a standout at breakfast.

The hotel is comfortable and economical and relatively convenient to both CDG airport and Paris city. It is about an hour on public trans to/from CDG- you have to take bus 163 to/from the Stade de France/Saint Denis RER B station or walk which would add 20 minutes. There is a metro station (line 13) a 5-minute walk from hotel which gives a 15-45 minute ride to almost anywhere in central Paris. Neighborhood is not particularly charming but fine. The room was very comfortable, especially the bed, and clean and the breakfast excellent. Nice gym.
To improve: Internet service awful could not check into flight in morning which wasted time and was very frustrating. At another time could not use google maps. Please invest in enough bandwidth. Various things dod not work, like coffee machine in lobby.

Ive stayed at many Marriott hotels worldwide and whilst the price wasn't as expensive as those, it definitely doesn't deserve a 4 star rating. Everything is mediocre, very small and also even WiFi isn't complimentary. Staff are pleasant but otherwise avoid if possible

How this is a Marriott property is beyond me. We stay exclusively at Marriott hotels and this location has been the worst. The first night we realized that our A/C wasn't working properly. We told the front desk the next morning and they said someone would come look at it. We returned to our room and it was hot. We told them again. Same thing. Finally on our last night, my husband went to the front desk and told them something needs to be done. It has been hotter in our room than it was outside!! He was told that because we are American we are use to it being very cold. Um, no. That's not it. When there is barely any cool air coming from the vent and the room is hot its not an "American" thing. They sent someone to our room. He put his hand in front of the vent and said everything was fine (seriously??). We opened our window and had to listen to the busy road below and heard every conversation from people passing the hotel. The showers do not drain properly, so you have ankle deep water that splashes onto the floor (all four of our rooms had this issue). Housekeeping did not make sure the shower gel, shampoos were restocked. Thankfully we brought our own. When housekeeping came they didn't replenish the toilet paper. Finally the topper, my sister ordered an XL taxi so she and her family could get to the airport. She made sure they wrote it down. When it came time to leave, she saw that they did not order the right size taxi. She was yelled at and told that she never ordered the XL. I was there when she ordered the taxi the night before. The front desk worker wrote it down. During our 9 day trip we only ordered XL taxis (we were a family group of 10 traveling). Thankfully a new taxi was ordered and they made it to the airport on time. All in all, this experience was horrible. If I could give zero stars, I would. Definitely not up to the Marriott standard we are use to.

It was almost midnight when i was check in. 10 minutes after in the room my daughter was screamed because she saw some insects in the bathroom ( also in the carpet in the room that i found it after before slept ) so i was just hit them directly on the bathroom floor with my shoes. The next morning I spoke about it to Mrs. Laela and the first sentence that she told me was " It's the first time i heard about it in this hotel". I was so surprised of her reaction. No appologizes / sorry etc. I explained to her that i was so dissapointed and she told me " looks you have the pictures of these insects ?", cause i didn't take the pictures , I found some pictures on google and showed to her. After she told me " what I can do si giving you 15% of discount". The second night i was about going to toilette and again i found these insects , slowly i took my phone directly so i can took some pictures and video to show to the reception. During check out, i showed her my video and i told her that is not correct to find some insects in the room , she was so sorry for this time and she gave me the Hotel manager card with his email and explained everything so they can refund my hotel fee during my stay. I directly sent an email to Hotel's manager ( almost 10 days ago ) but never received any reply from his side. It's a pitty to have these kind of experiences at Marriott group.

I recently had the worst experience ever at the Courtyard Marriott Paris Saint Denis. I strongly advise against booking here. I encountered the most unprofessional front desk agent, Nagy.
At 10:30 PM, I requested two toothbrushes, water, and slippers through the Bonvoy app. I followed up at 11:30 PM and was told water was available but not slippers, which I accepted. Despite further follow-ups at 12:00 AM and 12:45 AM, I received no response. Being pregnant and extremely thirsty, I eventually had to order water through UberEats, which arrived at 1:15 AM, forcing me to go down to the lobby.
There, I met Nagy, who turned out to be the one handling my chat requests. When I suggested he should inform guests if their requests can't be met, he raised his voice and stated I had only paid 150 euros and that water was not included. When I pointed out he had confirmed water was available but not slippers, he calmed down briefly before raising his voice again, insinuating that the service should match the payment.
Despite staying at many Marriott hotels, this is the first time I’ve experienced such terrible service. It’s not about how much you pay but the commitment to service that was promised. Nagy is completely unfit for his position. Avoid HIM at all costs.

The staff at Reception were all excellent, we met at least 5 over the 3 day stay and all spoke good English and were so willing to assist with every enquiry. Other staff were fine, even the barstaff although they ran out of draught lager! Location is not great but bus and metro only 5 minutes walk. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

We stayed at Courtyard at Saint Denis in April 2023. It's a business hotel, but had a fair number of tourists during our stay. The hotel staff is very kind and helpful. They arranged connected rooms for us. Furthermore, as Bonvoy Elite members, they offered complementary breakfast, which was icing on the cake. The hotel is at walkable distance from Metro Line 13, which takes you to the centre of Paris in about 20 minutes.

Anyone who likes to start the day with a decent breakfast should avoid this hotel, Possibly the worse croissants in Paris. Nothing about breakfast was enjoyable. The hotel is tired looking and needs to be updated. The staff and friendly and helpful and the Internet operates at 50 MPS. The area is dangerous at night and there is a lot of building work going on in preparation for the Olympics in 2024, so is best avoided due to the very long taxi journeys to get to the airport.

From the airport you can take RER B train up to Stade de France and bus 139 up to Carrefour Pleyel. However, you can count 1 hour to get to the hotel.
Taxi is much faster, you can get to the hotel in less than 25 minutes.
There are more places to choose from in the Saint-Denis area.
