Nestled in the heart of the city, Warwick Brussels is celebrated for its prime, convenient location and the spotless cleanliness of its rooms and bathrooms. Guests often appreciate the elegant atmosphere, including the stylish marble bathrooms and the cozy rooftop bar, despite some criticisms regarding access policies and expectations of premium room features. While the staff's friendliness is frequently praised, the hotel's service can sometimes disappoint with its slow response times. Room opinions are divided, as they range from comfortable and well-appointed to those in need of updating. Additionally, undisclosed charges have led to some guests questioning the value of their stay.

To visit Brussels, this hotel is ideally located. Just a few steps away from Brussels Central Station, you are close to the Grand Place and to discover this city with so many districts.
I have made different stays, both professional and family, with varying types of rooms. Bedding each time is perfect (pillows included). Cleanliness without defect. Modern bathroom. Well insulated walls. Excellent Wifi and many international TV channels. Breakfast in this Warwick is a must: not only do you have breakfast while you look out over the streets and bell towers of the Grand Place, but the quality of the produce, the freshness of the slices of bread and pastries, the variety of dishes, it's one of the best.
But there is a real defect! Orange juice: serving a classic orange juice that you can find in supermarkets is something to improve. Come on! Fresh juice machines would be so much better with your level, Mister Warwick! The tables and napkins (made of real fabric) are clean with service either by the staff or by yourself. The car park is well secured if you come by car. The brasserie and restaurant on the street in front of the hotel have many Belgian customers, proof that it is not only a classic hotel restaurant.
And to make you regret leaving, the reception is fast and very professional. I don't often make compliments, but I must admit that if all hotels were like that, there would be no need for a Trip Advisor!

I made a last minute booking here, mainly due to the location, and also that it had car parking which so many city centre hotels don’t. The location is excellent for the beautiful historic centre of the city, just a walk round the corner. The service from all the staff was friendly, professional and efficient. Quality of the food was good. On site parking was big bonus for me and travelling in and out of the city to this location was easy. I will certainly return when I need to stay in Brussels again - highly recommend and good value.

Just back from two nights at The Warwick. The location of the hotel is perfect for seeing the tourist spots of Brussels and Gare Centrale is 1 min walk from the hotel.

Staff were very friendly at Reception area along with any cleaning staff who we encountered.

We found the hotel quite nice and although rooms may need a refresh, they were clean and comfortable.

The shower pressure on the 3rd floor was deplorable. It was impossible to use. The pressure on the shower head attached to the bathtub was excellent so we used this instead. Not ideal.

Paid €20 to access the rooftop bar. This fee included one drink each. Along with other guests, we waited 20 mins before our order was taken and another 15 minutes until the drinks arrived. Needless to say we didn't hang around for a second drink and went elsewhere.

I think residents should have access to the rooftop for free to allow them to take some photos.

Tonton Garby across the road from the hotel does the most amazing sandwiches we've ever tasted. It's a real experience.

Ghent is really worth a day trip, nicer than Bruges too.

First off, this is no where near a 5 star hotel.
- We reached the hotel at 12:30pm and thought we may get our room as it happened in our previous stay but here after being in a queue for 15 minutes we were asked to come back at 3pm as the rooms were not being releaseduntil 3pm.I gave them the benefit of the doubt and left our luggage in the hotel to check out the area. We came back to hotel at 2.50pm and were told again to wait till 3pm. We waited until 3:05pm,at which point, the queue was huge and it took us another 25 minutes to check in. They could've given us the room at 2.50pm but NO they waited till 3pm for the queue to buildup. This is totally unacceptable being a 5 star hotel.

On the second day, i decided to pay €90 for the three of us for the breakfast buffet, but we were very dissapointed in the variety. No fish, no cheese and no variety in eggs at all. You will only get unboiled cold eggs which you have to boil yourself. For €90 it is a rip off. I would suggest please DO NOT get room with breakie as you will find plenty of cheaper and better options within a minutes walk of the hotel.

House keeping was a joke. On my floor they start cleaning rooms at 8am and you will see them there till 3:30pm and there were not many rooms on that floor. We went out at 11am can came back at 3:00pm and they were cleaning our room and they asked us to wait for another 30 minutes! They were two doors down when we left and the rooms aren't huge.

We were on the 6th floor and on two occasions, the lifts were out of service and blocked off on our floor. As a result, we had to take the stairs down and then up again on our return, it was exhausting.

There is no concierge service or help on where to go or what to do. You need to do your own research to visit places.

The only good thing about this hotel is the location, but the location on its own doesn't make it a 5 star hotel. All in all this hotel is no more than 3 Star. I have stayed in hotels that are a hundred times better, yet are only 3 star. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone who has some self respect. If you book it, you have more money than sense.

I hope they read this and get some work done as they have to do a lot of training to make things better and bring this hotel back to standard.

Recently stayed one night at the Warwick Grand Palace hotel in Brussels after arriving on international flight. This was my second experience with this hotel and like before, I found all to be sufficient for the short stay.

Booking was made through booking.com where I found the lowest price offer. Reservation details were emailed immediately. Payment was made directly at the hotel. We arrived early, a member of our party was feeling ill so they let us check into one room early for a €50 extra fee. Luggage hold is also available. Check-in for second room was very slow, 4-5 guests ahead in queue, each took around 5-6 minutes to obtain their keys. Thus waited nearly 25 minutes just to pick up key to the room. This could be an easy area of improvement for Warwick that would be much appreciated by hotel guests.

Rooms were similar to last stay and generally fine. Adequate space, generally comfortable beds allowing decent sleep. TV, safe, wifi and kettle all worked. No problems with the bathroom. They have a generally nice lobby area downstairs as well as restaurant and rooftop bar. Location is excellent for those needing to use Brussels Central Rail Station for transportation to/from the airport or onward around Belgium. The Grand Palace and other interesting sightseeing is just a few minutes walk from here as well.

Overall, Warwick has served its purpose for us a couple times now during trips to Belgium. They are cheaper than some of the newer and likely nicer places around but still good enough for short stays where you aren't going to spending a load of time at the hotel, especially if you want to be close to the station. Would consider staying here again in the future for these reasons.

I absolutely loved the Warwick, Brussels. It was just so very English! The deco, the canopy over the bed (the rooms are exactly as they look in the pictures), the toiletry articles in the bathroom, the wallpaper, carpets, curtains, teabags. I could go on but you get the picture. I usually don't like small rooms in 5* hotels but this one was so tastefully designed that it did not matter. The lobby is lovely, staff great. I would only have 2 small complaints: More desk staff. Check in and out takes around 5-10 minutes per person. there was only 1 person on duty when we checked in and out so the wait was quite long. Also, it might be nice to make it clear that the roof terrace is not free (10 Euros in drinks' vouchers. You cannot just pop up there for free) plus hotel guests have no precedence. The queue was massive and we had to go to the back, even as hotel guests. It was nice up there though. Would absolutely stay in this and other Warwick hotels in the future.

On arrival to the Warwick, the reception area was lovely and the staff were helpful. On checking in we received room keys for our junior suite and myself and my girlfriend were very excited to see where we would be spending the next 4 days with our 1 year old daughter on her first city break.
Unfortunately on entering the room the excitement was replaced with dread. A dated, drab, damp and generally scruffy room with a couch from the 70s is what we were met with. After a brief discussion with my girlfriend I left the room and headed to reception.
I was greeted by a girl who was polite but stated that it was just how it was, I invited her up to look at the room and she did so and I listed my concerns about keeping a baby in a room which appeared to be damp and unhygienic. I explained to the same girl that I needed a different room or a refund and at this point our trip hung in the balance.
The girl left and returned a short while later with room keys to a different suite - which I believe was an upgrade - to a modern clean and stylish room, I can only describe the difference as feeling like I had moved hotels completely. From this point it was an amazing holiday and I can’t speak highly enough of the staff, location and views of the city from the rooftop where we enjoyed several drinks throughout our stay.
Based on my trip to the Warwick Brussels-Capital I would recommend, with a word of warning that without booking the top level of a room, you may be left very disappointed.

Worst hotel we have ever stayed in. Total lack of care and customer service absolutely not interested in taking care of their guests! How it is 4 stars I do not know!
Don’t bother asking for help you won’t get any be lucky to get a shrug from staff or told ask someone else!
No friendly greetings when you arrive and they take an extra €200 at check in which they don’t tell
You about when you book!
Couldn’t explain why a deposit was required when asked.
Situated on very noisy street opposite a club and concert venue! Crowds of revellers keep you up til 6am and then the street cleaning starts! Windows not sound proofed so don’t expect to get any sleep. Also don’t bother with breakfast as it’s very expensive served cold and staff too busy chatting to serve you in any way.
Expect to queue when you check in and check out generally only 2 staff on front desk unless bell boy gets sick of guests complaints and he will go get the manager.
Advise to give a very very wide berth in fact go to Brugge must never place and people friendly .

The Warwick is located at a very short walking distance from the Grand Place and the Midi Railway Station. great ambient and atmosphere.
Rooms are cosy, although definitely too small for 2 people with luggage (there is simply no space to put them, if not on the floor). The bathroom is equally quite small and, in our case, definitely old and not up to the standard of this hotel (see photos).
Fitness room is well equipped and the hotel offers a good bar for pre-dinner drinks and a nice typical belgian restaurant.

I stayed at the Warwick Brussels for a business trip.
On arrival I was greeted with a smile.
I was lucky enough to stay in a suite which was very comfortable and clean.
The service was impeccable. Rosemin and her team looked after my room each morning, always greeting me with a conversation and leaving something sweet on my return. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The breakfast team always professional and efficient.
I highly recommend staying at this this hotel as your base to explore Brussels and Belgium.
I was easily able to visit Paris, Ypres, Waterloo, Ghent, Bruges on day trips as the hotel is only 150m from central train station.
