We had a very comfortable stay here for four nights - we stayed in a ‘heaven’ room, which was relaxing and felt very fresh. Service at the front desk and also at the bar and the hotel restaurant was consistently excellent. The location is fantastic and only about 10-15 mins walk max from the main attractions. Only 5 mins walk from the tram stop when travelling from Florence airport (it took us less than 30 mins all in from collecting luggage at the airport to the hotel reception, via public transport).

Just got back from a four night stay at 25 hours hotel in Florence. The location is excellent, only few minutes walk from all the main sights such as Santa Maria Novella, the Cathedral and Uffizi...The hotel staff were very attentive, pleasant and efficient with nothing too much trouble. Check- in was very quick, our room was a heaven themed room with very comfortable big bed, the shower room was spacious with a fixed shower head and a separate movable shower head , lovely hot powerful shower just what was needed after long days walking around Florence. Even though the hotel was very central it was very quiet at night, we had a small balcony area. The outside bar area was lovely as was the restaurant area and food. The hotel was very clean, staff were very hardworking, we had maid service each day. In summary I would definitely recommend this hotel, great location, great staff, quirky themed hotel with a very relaxed vibe. Would definitely visit again.

Location The hotel is only a 10 mins walk from the Firenze Santa Maria Novella train station and 5 mins walk from the Arno river. With such a central location, you will find plenty of retail and dining options nearby.
Service The staffs were very friendly and helpful. You can even ask them to help book a taxi to the airport at a flat fee.
Room There were two room types (inferno and paradiso) and we chose the medium paradiso with balcony as we prefer to sleep in a more calm environment. Room was very spacious with a balcony that has pool view. The bed was very plush and the comfy. There was a complimentary mini bar with chilled drinks but our room did not have a mini kettle or coffee/tea.

Overall, there’s definitely some pluses and minuses for the 25hour:
+ The rooms are beautiful, I stayed in a heaven room and the layout is very well thought out. All the light and plumbing fixtures are easy to work out. The housekeeping service was always great and early (around 11am). Having the mini bar included and refreshed daily is a great perk. Being able to chromecast from your device to the TV is also a plus Very nice cocktails in the Companion Bar
- There’s a small grocery store attached to the hotel and the staff don’t know how to post a charge to your room which is annoying. In the compendium, it is stated that room service can be ordered however this is not true according to the front desk which is especially odd in vivid times. The restaurant staff are quite officious, I tried to come for Sunday lunch as a solo guest without a reservation and with many empty seats I was told that no seats were available. During the last night of my stay, the fire alarm went off at 22:50 on my floor so together with two other guests we ran downstairs to the front desk to be told that the fire alarm was faulty (that’s reassuring). They offered me a drink at the bar in my pajamas. During my check out, there were 60 euros of charges of F&B that were incorrect and Ahmed said it was room service (that doesn’t exist) which was very strange so I left asking them to sort it out as I dispute these charges. No back up receipts were produced. The room doors are difficult to open even with a key.

Why we booked at this hotel : The location : 10min on foot from train station, close to every attraction The room : large rooms, as I need to do my morning yoga The beds : we need twin beds ; it was organized only on arrival, but it was already requested at booking The restaurant : menu with suitable options for children; if there is room service it’s even better The Accor membership : I want to get my gold status back this year This hotel was not my first choice. But the one I would have preferred was already fully booked.
We booked an extra large room - paradiso style - on the second floor. This room comes with an electric kettle. The overall impression is too much deco and style and not enough comfort. From worst to best : The bathroom glass door : nice for deco, but a lot of light coming at night from the bathroom windows and so from the lights of the restaurant down in the patio. The coffee « system » : you receive a small bag of coffee, one single paper filter, a jug with a special form adapted to the filter ; the second day I asked a second paper filter and then I gave up ; « next time » I would take my own coffee and paper filters. The « free minibar » : 2 small bottles of water + 1 soda + 2 beers + 1 small packet of snacks + 2 Kinder chocolate bars, but there is no refill ; this is more like « welcome drinks and snacks ». The small food shop : prices are ridiculously high, 5 euro for a slice of cake. No slippers provided, the floor is cold, so take your own. Eating in the room : a small choice of dishes you can order from the restaurant for take away; they don’t do delivery to your room. The bed and bedding : confortable, I slept very well with earplugs, but my teen not (without earplugs) ; even if the hotel is located in a quiet area, you can hear people shouting at night in the streets. The entrance area of our room ; a lot of space to store clothes and suitcases and long desk to write, draw, eat,… The restaurant : nice deco, nice food, fair prices and friendly staff. The staff at reception desk : welcoming and attentive to their customers needs. The lobby : nice chilling place where you can order drinks, re-organise your bags, work on you computer, read a book or just chill.
Basic rule : never forget to lock your room from inside before going to bed and to store your valuables in a safe place. You do that at home, so do it when travelling.

We stayed for 3 nights, upon check in we had booked a ground floor Hell room, which seemed really funky and cool but we were told this was not available now and had to move to a 3rd floor heaven room. staff were good in dealing but still, don't advertise rooms if they are not available. our new room was big, overlooked the courtyard but the soundproof was excellent and really quiet. beds were comfy and showers were really nice. just what is needed for a city stay that is close to everything.
The one sour thing was the minibar and the coffee / water. These were not replaced during our entire stay. the free minibar is good, a small selection of drinks but this needs to be done every day of our stay. I have never ever stayed in a hotel that does not replenish these items daily. so in the morning day two and three we could not even have coffee in our room. We paid for 3 nights so should have the same selection each and every day that we stayed. (the same as a person who booked one night) I phoned down for some sparkling water and then had a bottle of still water delivered. There is a small supermarket 3 mins away so we decided to get our own water and stuff from there and take it back each day. not great when you have paid a premium price for a room.
the hotel is super funky, and looks cool however we went to have a cocktail late one night in the bar, but unfortunately it smelt of a weird damp smell and was really off-putting so we didn't stay. not sure if this is a common thing or just that night.
All in all, a nice stay, best thing was location just sort out the coffee daily and minibar and we would come back.

As the title states this hotel was an accident for us but a very nice accident. My wife and I were originally scheduled to stay in another hotel and were rebooked here after the previous hotel’s air conditioning failed. What an pleasant surprise. From the front door to the rooms this hotel and it’s staff were a joy. The entryway, front desk, restaurant and bar sit in a large glass covered atrium with vaulted ceilings giving it an air of a Victorian hotel and the decor is light and welcoming with a touch of whimsy. We stayed in one of the Hell Rooms and couldn’t be happier. Full disclosure this is a trendy hotel. My wife and I are not trendy people at our age but we thoroughly enjoyed it and felt welcomed. Lastly, and this is a small thing, this hotel might be tough for new couples/platonic friends since the toilet area and shower are right off the sleeping area and enclosed by glass doors. Lastly, we enjoyed it so much we will be recommending this hotel to our family and friends for a wedding this autumn.

The location of the hotel was great, only a 7 minute walk from the main train station which avoided the need to catch a taxi.
When we arrived our first impression was that the design was quite funky and quirky which we liked.
The room was quite nice, although as we visited during a heat wave the lack of air conditioning made it a little uncomfortable.
The complimentary mini bar was a welcome touch to our stay.
The breakfast offering was okay with very limited choices and some of the food was not fresh and service was a little slow as it was quite busy when we visited.
The staff were friendly at reception, however the staff members in the cafe were not and after messing up my order tried to charge me and were argumentative when I disputed the additional charge.
Overall it was a nice place to stay for our short visit to Florence.

The location is central about 8 mins walk from Firenze S.M Novella station and convenient with some of the high google rating restaurants around.
The decor is quirky and creative; we have asked to stay in the Paradiso/Paradise style and it was heavenly literally with blue and baby blue themed colours.
I think it’s rare that the hotel has its own parking as well as bar/restaurant/cafe within the hotel being so central. We asked for late check out if it didn’t s available and we checked out at 2:00 pm which is amazing! The hotel feels grand without being too pretentious and breakfast is amazing so is the service. I would definitely recommend staying here!

If you’re looking for a trendy hotel in the center of Florence I recommend 25 Hours Hotel Piazza San Paolino. It was my favorite place out of 3 others.
I stayed here solo for 2 days and enjoyed a King Size comfortable bed all to myself. They have 2 themed rooms, Paradise and Hell. I chose Paradise and was happy with my choice.
The room was very spacious, the bed was comfortable, there were toiletries except for hair conditioner, complimentary beverages and snacks in the fridge and the room was cleaned after the first day.
There is not an iron in the room but if you call customer service they will provide you with one very quickly.
The hotel has a breakfast buffet which was the best compared to another hotel I stayed at nearby. The restaurant also has lunch and dinner but I didn’t get to try it out. There’s an outside garden to sit in and a bar for late night or day time cocktails. It was very lovely on a Friday night which I enjoyed as a solo traveler. The hotel is in the center so I enjoyed walking around trying different restaurants.
I definitely felt safe there while solo and everyone was very friendly.
When leaving the hotel they called a taxi to the airport. I’ll definitely be a returning customer. #florence #hotelroom
