Really liked all the amenities of the hotel as it provided everything that I needed from an Aparthotel . The quadruple room was spacious and had a big sofa bed and also sufficient kitchen space . The location was very convenient and the apartment was safe . The front desk people were friendly ( special shout out to Pepe who was always willing to help) . I had a very pleasant stay in this hotel. Only feedback would be to provide kitchen towel and dishwasher liquid . However that was not an issue as we had a big Mercadona grocery store right next to it. It was really comforting and helped dispel any anxiety I had from the trip to Barcelona as there are various reports on safety in the city . I could even see the 31st night fireworks from the hotel . Lots of eating places and convenient stores are located nearby . Go for it if you want to book a family trip.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a family of 4 with 2 young children. We arrived in the early hours and the receptionist was waiting for us and checked in smoothly. He was kind enough to get us a bottle of water as it was very late at night and we were delayed getting there.
Room was spacious and clean. Beds were made everyday and bins emptied including towels being provided everyday. Included a small kitchen with a microwave and fridge which was very convenient. The only reason I wouldn't give a full 5/5 is that the bathroom was slightly in need of updating but by no means unclean or unusable. Would defo stay again as its convenient for getting the metro and supermarket next door.

The hotel is a journey back in time, since it is an 80s hotel that is upgraded barely so that it can survive this century. Do not misunderstand me, it is not a bad hotel, just old.
Clean and spacious rooms, although the family room was so full of furniture that it sometimes felt small.
The bathroom was ok, the beds comfortable and the tv large enough (although not a lot of things to watch since there were only Spanish and other boring channels, but hey you are in Barcelona, you spend most of your time outside). There were some annoying things, like the fact that in the small desk they had at one side, there was only one plug and that was for the small desk lamp. If you wanted to plug in your laptop then no lamp. If you wanted to use to coffee machine, no lamp, etc
There was also a convenient kitchen with a small refrigerator, but being in an area full of so many restaurant choices, there was no really use for it.
The wifi was free but not all that fast. But it worked and you could watch movies or browse without problems.
The breakfast was good, with many choices and different things everyday. Of course, it is too small for all the people staying there, but you can eat well enough to start your day.
The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from Las Ramblas, 5 minute walk from a shopping center, and it is in an area full of restaurants. So it is a nice location. And that is the main advantage of this hotel.
Now, two things that really bothered me. First, anyone could walk in a go up to the rooms. There is a reception, but they do not know all the guests and you can easily pass through, maybe even ask for a key (you leave the keys there when you go out). That need improvement.
And second, our room faced the back of the hotel. No I will not complain for the non existent view. That happens. But at the small balcony there, there was the fire escape stairs, for emergencies. But that was blocked by big metal thing that divided our balcony with the room next door. And if people had to use the stairs it seemed that this obstacle wouldn't be easy to go over!
Finally, there is free parking with the rooms, and that is great. But if you have suitcases, there is an elevator for half the way to the street. The rest of the way you have to go up a narrow steep stairs, something that is not all that easy

Good location in a quiet street, 3 minutes walk from the metro station. Mercadona supermarket is right next door. There are restaurants, bakeries and cafes in the same street and around.
We made reservation on hotel website and got the offer "free parking included" which was great. The garage is next to the above mentioned Mercadona.
The room was fine. Spacious, clean, well maintained and also the terrace. Bed was comfortable and we slept very well. Even the bed for my kid was comfortable and big enough for adult person ( so actually you can rented a room for 3 if you have two teenagers). A children's bag with crayons, toys and a baseball cap on the table was very cute, my boy was very surprised by the gift.
I didn't like the bathroom. It needs updating. I don't mind the size (it is small) but there was lack of shelves and a places to put toiletries.
The kitchen has everything you need if you want to prepare a meal.
The kids playground is small but great place to leave your child for 20 minutes if you want to drink a coffee in quiet. There are toys, cubes and lot of books for little Spanish students.
The breakfasts was nice, I was satisfied with the food selection and staff.
Baby strollers and bicycles can be rented at the reception desk.
The staff is professional and if you don't speak Spanish you won't have a problem because they speak English.
And yes, I would like to come again.

We stayed at this Family hotel for 3 nights during Easter break and we must say, it was very pleasant.
The location is great, so we could walk to the port and even to the beach. The next "barcelona tourist bus tour" stop was only 10 min walk away and the main avenue only two blocks. So no problem finding Restaurants and so on.
The reception team was very helpful in whatever we needed, thank you!
The room (2 adults and 2 kids 6 y and 8 y) was spacious and clean and that is all it counts for a 3 nights stay. We were pleasantly surprised about the selection at breakfast. Since my husband and I worked in the hostpitality business for over 25 years, we know how breakfast can be. This one was very good for a 3 star accomondation!!
Thanks again for everything and if we come back, we will defenitely stay at this Hotel!

Accommodation in Barcelona is expensive for a family, but the aim was to be out all day. This is a basic place, but the room was adequate and breakfast ok. It was near Rocafort metro and Place Catalunya where you can get a fast (but expensive) bus to/from the airport. It was conveniently located to allow us to make the most of our time in Barcelona.

Nice apartment in a cute and charming part of Barcelona. The double occupancy room has plenty of space for a family of 4. The bathroom is a tight fit. Only down side is the lack of AC. The room got very hot at night. I recommend bringing little fans from Amazon that run on batteries or can be recharged.

Good clean hotel in a quiet yet convenient location. Rooms were spacious with double bed and bunkbeds a small kitchenette and bathroom. There is no air con in the rooms, we travelled in February and found them warm and stuffy so this would put me off staying there in a warmer month. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. It is less than a 5 minute walk to the subway so ideal location for quickly getting to the centre of Barcelona. We did not have breakfast in the hotel because there are lots of little cafes around for breakfast and next door to a big supermarket. Would stay again with family because of price and location but would avoid in hotter months.

Superb apartholel! Excellent facilities and location. Great price too. Very close to the Festival De Pedrables so is a good choice if attending a concert there. Fabulous shopping right next door and lovely local restaurants. Would 100% recommend!

We stayed in a room 2 + 2 with a friend couple. The room had one douple bed and another bunk bed. The rooms were clean and quiet and no complains about the bathroom. The decoration was quite plain, nothing to do with Spain in my opinion. Our room had also nice little kitchen with coffee and water boiler and stow (which we didn't use). We went to see also the buffet breakfast which looked worth the 9 euros but didn't have it because we had already booked brunch in another place. Excellent location near subway. Bad pillows. Saved quite a lot of money which could then be used for tapas and wine ;)
