My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and we loved Weflating! We had a 3 bed/2 bath apartment all to ourselves and it was really comfortable. We loved that it had the older, traditional feeling of a typical European apartment that maintained some original aesthetics but also had some modern upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms. It was really great having a washer within the unit and we loved hanging out on the balcony off of the front. The location is pretty good, there's a few restaurants and bars on the block and it's close to a couple of metro stations. The staff was really friendly and helpful and provided some info and tips for the city. They also let us store our luggage for a few hours on our last day. Would love to stay again sometime and would recommend to anyone! Thanks for our enjoyable stay!!

В последний момент нам заменили изначально забронированные апартаменты (конечно же бесплатно), сославшись на непредвиденные обстоятельства - так из района Грасия мы переехали в Сант Антони, поэтому данный отзыв будет о квартире по адресу Carrer del Comte Borrell, 41, 2 эт. Само здание старое, но хорошо отремонтированное, имеется лифт. Квартира большая, но в основном за счет коридора (метров 25), 2 ванных команты с сантехникой в очень хорошем состоянии, 3 спальни, две из которых выходят на улицу (спальня 1 - две 1-но спальные кровати, которые можно сдвинуть и получить двузспальную, спальня 2 - 1 двухспальная), одна (2 односпальные) - во внутренний двор-колодец. Кухня с небольшим кухонным уголком, хорошо укомплектованная, но без посудомоечной машины. Небольшая гостиная с телевизором и диваном, из двух спален был выход на маленькую террасу со столиком и двумя стульями. Утюг, маленькая гладильная доска. Постельное белье новое, полотенца в достаточном количестве, плечики в шкафах, мыло и гель для душа в ванной, фен. Очень доброжелательный персонал, офис находится прямо напротив дома, так что если вам что-то нужно, вы можете просто перейти дорогу. Близко три танции метро, три линии на выбор: L2 (Sant Antoni), L3 (Poble Sec), L1 (Urgell). За продуктами можно ходить или в ближайший супермаркет (Lidl, Dia), или на рынок Sant Antoni. Все центральные достопримечательности - в пешей доступности, в округе достаточно баров и ресторанов.
В тех апартах, что мы бронировали изначально, была стиральная машина, в предоставленных взамен - не было, а это был критичный момент, т.к. мы путешествовали с ручной кладью. В апартаментах плохая звукоизоляция, причем основной шум идет со стороны улицы - в 7 утра вас навестит машина-мусоросборщик, а т.к. баки стоят прямо под окном, то жуткий грохот обеспечен. Уборка перед нашим приездом была сделана неплохо, но пол оставлял желать лучшего - волосы, пыль, ватная палочка в ванной на полу. При этом одна из душевых кабин была очень сильно залита хлоркой, запах стоял адовый, мы проветривали полтора дня. В конце пребывания на кухне появились муравьи.

Расположение потрясающее, мы по всему городу передвигались пешком. Рядом хороший рынок и продуктовый магазин LIDL, наши апартаменты были на 2 этаже, с трассой во внутренний двор. НА кухне есть всё необходимое что бы готовить первое, второе и десерты. С водой никогда не было проблем. Фен, много полотенец.
Очень шумно, окна основной спальни выходят на улицу, напротив окон мусорные контейнеры, от которых нет запаха, но рано утром их опустошают и от этого очень сильный шум, особенно от контейнера со стеклом.

Roomy apartment, two bedrooms, great for family of four with two young children. Very clean, good kitchen. Reception was efficient, with someone there when we arrived, despite being delayed. Would recommend for a short break in Barcelona
