Lovely park and helpful staff, but during the day in was non-stop trail bikes and quads passing by our site. It did get quiet at night, but the motors start up early!

This resort it top shelf! It has a feeling of being out of the way without having to drive too far. I kinda feel like I'm in a witness protection program while I'm here because it's so quite. The management is amazing and all the amenities are very well kept even though they have had some use. I love being close to the airport and Ladysmith is just 15 minutes away. The river and the network of trails are awesome. If you like riding quads or motorcycles this is the place and hikers will enjoy exploring as I have.

We were told that after paying for cabin which had nothing in it....we were ok with that. Had to pay $50 cleaning fee which would be reimbursed after check out. Waiting for that. What is to clean? Nothing in there. $50 for a 5 minute sweep job?

Pleasantly surprised ! Hidden gem! I booked this on a whim from a Facebook Add - in March 2022- for May31-June3. We rented the “cottage” because I have a 3 year old and I wanted a bedroom we could close the door.
The price was SO reasonable I even thought If we didn’t like it we could always go home.
Well honestly it did NOT disappoint. We were greeted by amazing staff, super easy sign in. Everything was CLEAN. The owner ensured to say hello and let us know about the amenities . My husband was shocked how clean and modern the cottage ( #49) mobile home was. We were super impressed. Talk about low maintenance “camping” I just brought linens and food and showed up! It was so great ! We definitely want to come back and make this a tradition! The pool was heated and we even swam in the rain one day. It was sparkling clean and cannot speak more highly of this place !

Best managed campground we’ve come across. Friendly staff and management. Any issues are immediately addressed. Facilites are clean and grounds are well maintained. Walking trails with gorgeous creek. Highly recommended!

They charge top dollar for camping plus $5 per child , $10 per head for each day visitor ! My in-law's stopped in for a quick coffee and were told they had to pay $20 !!! The playground is falling apart , The water was undrinkable ,The hot tub was closed because the deck was rotten and the men's shower was closed because the tiles were falling off the wall that was rotted out ! This place was great until the new owners took over , Don't stay there !!!!

We have been visiting Rondalyn RV Resort for a number of years and although the park has been going through a transition period with new owners the RV Resort is still a great family oriented park. Management of the park is very professional and friendly. The new owners along with local management are continually making improvements and enhancing the facilities. Anyone who has been RVing for awhile appreciates rules and regulations because the Rules & Regs make an RV Resort SAFE/CLEAN and an enjoyable place to stay. This place was full of negative surprises, starting with when they asked us if we had any kids with us when we arrived, and then charged us $5 per night per child on top of the $47 per night fee for the site. They claimed this extra per child fee is on their website, but after we went back to look for it, we find it buried on their rules and regulations page - not their rates page. We met other campers who said they were charged $10 per night for their dogs. Of course there were also charges for using a shower, and for the crappy golf course. Apparently there is new management and they are seriously nickle-and-diming their customers. There was one bathroom with one stall that had to be shared by half the campground, which meant waiting every time - even for the mens. The pool was too small and crowded (it was hot out) for us to be interested in using. Further to this, the campsite had no privacy and no shade. Then the campground ran out of water around dinner time on our second night. They asked everybody to stop using water for the next 3-4 hours while they hoped their well filled back up. Sorry to say but we will never go back to this campground.

The FREE WIFI is so archaic it feels like 1999 not 2017. 20 minutes to download email and sending email is so slow the server times out before it can be sent. It is impossible to keep on top of anything. Visiting Facebook takes so long the server times out. SO ARCHAIC... Wake up Rondalyn how dare you call yourself a RESORT.

Beautiful campground, but don,t expect a peaceful stay at all The have rules for everyone, but no one enforces, glass containers )around pool , drinking in and out of pool. Imagine being kept up till after 2 am ...loud music, screaming, urinating all over, swearing etc..no longer a place to take your family.....no longer on my list

Hi, Yes, we do allow ATVs inside the park in order to access outside trails.
We do insist upon walking speed only while inside the park.
We also ask that you don’t come and go from the park multiple times a day as this disturbs others enjoying the peace and quiet of the park.
