The hotel was nice, the rooms were comfy, the beds are on the harder side, but it was okay. The hot tub jets weren't very strong and the water was not that warm which was a bit sad in my opinion because after hiitting the slopes I was looking forward to a hot relaxing hot tub. Also, the pool water had a very strong chloramines smell (hot tub seemed fine). Lastly, the breakfast is pretty basic, like everywhere else I've been lately because of Covid.

Ok hotel. The rooms are small, the beds are uncomfortable. The room was clean, but there was a dust smell when we got in.
Nothing fancy, but functional. Very nice staff, always smiling and helpful. The big selling point is definitively the pool for families. There is a whirlpool, water games and a giant slide that my boys enjoyed very much.

Good lacation, close to many amenities and only half an hour from Mont Trembkant. Recommended, friendly staff, ok breakfast, and good accommodations. Pool is good for kids, Parking is bit of an issue for person with mobility problem.

Poor customer service. If you do not need to stay here... Don't. The money we saved by staying here was not worth it ! In addition to that, the pool is currently closed which makes this location even less appealing.

The price for 1 night for a king bed with sofa bed was $175 plus tax. Mind you it was Spring Break but very expensive none the less. We stayed there as we were with 4 other families.
The pool had 30 kids in it, it was crazy and parents watching their kids were not wearing their masks.
Reception when we checked in did not speak a word of English however the reception upon check out was absolutely amazing. So kind, helpful and spoke English!

The staff at the front desk is wonderful, the rooms are clean and the hotel is just great! Loved spending the night there and have a little bit of fun in the indoor pool. It is very well situated with restaurants, shopping stores (Walmart, Maxi and Giant Tiger) only minutes away. Beautiful view as well.

Maybe you should change de position of your reception to register. also there was a very big basket of dirty towels from the pool right at the reception. the furniture of our suite was old and scratched. the legs of the coffee table were ready to fall.

Motel was clean. I stayed for the week. Not many restaurants open at this time of the year. Ate quite a few times at Le Fumet which was close by. Breakfast was a box breakfast. Was Ok. Egg, apple, yogurt, fruit bars, OJ and coffee in the lobby. Staff was very pleasant as were all the people I dealt with in St Agathe and St Adele. Pool was nice and warm.

The pool is about the best part of this hotel. The pool area has a hot tub and a slide. Best place to stay for the kids, but don't expect a good night sleep, the beds are so hard even the kids will complain. And then the pillows and breakfast are just as bad. Very clean hotel and cleaning staff are very nice.

Will definitely return!!! We went to this hotel for a two day getaway with the kids. It is perfectly situated about ten minutes away from Santa's Village. The pool provides a fun area to relax and has a fabulous waterslide. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The rooms and premises are very clean.
