We have stayed at this campground a few times and have always had a great experience. Staff is very accommodating and campground is laid out very nicely. Some spots in the open area has better wifi but the spots in the trees are more private and sheltered.
Will definitely return.

The Weaver Park Campground is located on the east side of Lloydminster across the street from the Husky Oil office tower. Sites are a mix of pull-thru and back-in, full service sites. In our site, the WiFi signal was weak. The roads and parking spaces are gravel. There were picnic tables at all the sites.

We were located in the back of the campground and it was quiet with no traffic noise. The only downside was the mosquitos.

I had stayed here in 2011 and kept the information so I could remember to stay here again in 2016. This is just an excellent campground - well run, well-kept, nice level spots, lots of choices for where to set up, a nice big shower/washroom building, and so on. The showers and washroom were immaculate! And the laundry facilities were inexpensive and of very good quality. The young man who is the day-time manager is a very personable, cheerful young man. The wifi reception is EXCELLENT! The only draw-back would be a lack of shade in most campsites in the summer. Given that I was here in early October, with snow falling, this was not an issue for me.

Was here for a ball tournament. First they switched our site, after we had booked 2 weeks in advance. Drove 4 hrs but was told we couldn’t check in until 2. Had to wait across the street in the parking lot with our holiday camper because the park manager couldn’t help us out. Went up to the office at 8:15pm to purchase firewood and got told that they were closed and that he didn’t want to work 12-14hr days, which I understand but this was the second time he was rude to paying customers. No Wi-Fi like advertised but the washrooms were clean. Would not recommend this “campground” unless absolutely necessary

This excellent campground is located behin the Science and Cultural Centre. Coming from Alberta cross the Provincial Border and turn right onto 45th Ave, which is immediately after the Science & Cultural Centre. The campground entrance is on the right about 200 yds.

Once inside the gates pull over to the right and head into the office to register. Our site was a full service (50 amp) pull through and was located in the rear. The sites are huge, about 80 feet in length, with about 40' to the next coach. Lots of trees, but we still got great satellite reception.

Internal roads and sites are gravel and are well maintained. Sites are reasonably level. Can't comment of washrooms/showers, but they have a playground for kids. Good free wi-fi. The entire park is spotlessly clean.

We did not experience any noise from the road or railway.

The owners are very friendly and welcoming. As solo female traveller, I felt safe at the campground and it was very well maintained.
Women's washrooms and showers were clean and the building was warm. I like separate entrances to the all facilities, Ie. separate female entrance to washrooms from the mens. Separate entrances to the laundry room. It was nice to be within the city and easily accessible.
I like the drive thru sites, which made it easy to go in and out of the site with my truck camper. The internet was up and running all hours of the day, so it was easily accessible. The site was quiet in the evenings.
Easily accessible electrical plug ins, sewage, clean fire pits and picnic tables beside your own site
I did not bring my dog on this trip but I noticed a fenced in dog park just behind the campground, so very easily accessible to get there, just a hop skip away.
Definitely, would return again. Thanks F

We decided to stay overnight in Lloydminster. This town straddles the Saskatchewan-Alberta border. This public campground has full hook-ups and offers restrooms and showers. Our assigned space was surrounded by large trees, making it very private. My sister contacted a high school friend who visited the next morning. She brought hot coffee and muffins from a local vendor. We had a great conversation. The campground is pet friendly and we'll maintained. Rates are reasonable. The campground is opened from May to September and is rated by the CAA.

I recently stayed at Weaver Creek Campground from 14 July 2017 to 16 July 2017 inclusive. I phoned ahead and made a reservation and when I arrived there was a sign that stated gone for 5 minutes find a empty campsite and register later. Of course I thought to myself well what do I do if the reserved campsite I was given was taken by someone else hmm. Maybe there will be a reserved sign on the campsite. I located the site map and found my campsite and went off in search. Thankfully no one in the campsite and no reserved sign either so I set up my unit. I read the campsite rules (a must for everyone in my opinion). Quiet time 10 or 11 pm until 7 am roughly. Great I thought no problem a good night sleep was what I needed after a long drive.
Mistake # 1 the party started around 10:30 PM shouting women howling yes howling and laughing so loud that sleep was impossible. Now I have to say I served in the military for 25 + years and I can usually sleep through anything but this was unreal. I know that everyone within 300 meters could hear the going ons.
The next day I went to the office and was told oh yes there is a baseball tournament going on and a lot of the players were in the campsite.
Night number two was quite a bit quieter.
I do not know if it was a result of the baseball players but went to the showers to take a shower and actually turned around and went back to my unit to take one. The word unclean does not really state the horrific conditions of the showers or the washrooms.
Now in all fairness I have camped here a few times before and the facilities were spotless and I only hope that it was a result of the persons camping there on this weekend.

The Location of Weaver RV Park and Campground is DIRECTLY BEHIND the Cultural Centre. Do not follow your GPS it will take downtown by the RCMP station. Coming from Saskatchewan side at the first set of lights turn Left, coming from the Alberta side it is the last set of lights before leaving the city turn right. This is one of the best kept campgrounds we have been in. The rates are awesome the most reasonable priced we have had so far. Would highly recommend Weaver RV Park Campground. Close to all amenities . We would have stayed longer but will be back for sure !!
