We stayed with our hockey team for a tournament and used a conference room and the pool. The front desk staff were friendly. My son said the hot tub was at 106, which was a bit hot, but the facilities were all in great shape and well-kept. They cleaned our room and did a nice job. I would recommend staying here.

Everyone at this hotel made our one night stay a pleasure. From the time we step foot in the front door and greeted by Francis to the owner who we met by chance. Great recommendations to local eateries. There is a Tesla destination charger here and even before we finish asking the location of the charger, Francis let us know that one of their customers had trouble charging and if it happened us, place call and they will flip the breaker back on. This hotel was very equipped. We will definitely return the next time we are in Salmon Arm.

Stayed for 2 nights while visiting family. Room was nice and as the hotel is being remodelled everything was new. However there was no hooks in the bathroom for towels or any extra toilet paper. Also the air con unit was really loud and couldn't keep the room cool - we had to keep lowering the temperature to keep it comfortable to sleep at night.

I’d say this hotel is a solid 3 star based on our experience. Clean and comfortable. For those of us paying attention to COVID 19 precautions, they’re packing breakfast bags for guests as the dining room isn’t open for breakfast, I appreciated this. However they are not enforcing their own policy of mask wearing in public spaces and in fact on arrival, there were two women at the reception desk and one had her mask off.

The rooms were large, very clean (fairly new carpets), and well equipped (large 60" inch TV, quiet air-con unit, and a second sink separate from the bathroom). The front desk and cleaning staff all provided excellent service! The only negative is at times you can hear the footsteps from the floor above you only if they are heavy walkers but not a huge distraction - ask for a top floor room if this will bother you. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Salmon Arm.

Stayed here with my wife and small child. The room we had was split in two, with a king sized bed in one space, and a hideabed in the other room. It looks like the room had been updated fairly recently, and included two large barn door style doors to split the two spaces up, so our child could go to bed earlier than us.
As well, there is an included continential breakfast, which is done to go style for you to take back to your room.

It was a nice, big room. Good COVID precautions in place: masks in lobby, hand sanitizer stations and bagged breakfast. Breakfast included a water bottle, banana, yogurt and nutrigrain bar. WIFI was great. Sadly the pool was closed.

I was there for three nights. The front desk staff are very professional, making sure we were checked in quickly. The room was immaculate upon arrival. I had a pet and he was treated very well by the staff. The housekeeping staff were super friendly and courteous at all times. Each morning there was a sit down breakfast which included eggs, pancakes, waffles and assorted fruits with juices. Coffee is on all day in the lobby. The hotel is located away from traffic so the rooms were quiet. This is definite go to place for me on my way to or through Salmon Arm BC

This hotel was charging evacuees 400$ per night . And when there was only essential travel allowed in the area and no one to be staying in hotels as rooms were suppose to be used for evacuees They had a different tour bus in 3 nights in a row . Some Evacuees slept in their cars in the parking lot !!!Hallways were dirty and carpets rippled causing a tripping hazard . Tiles in bathroom fell off ,shower curtain ripped mold in shower . Entire room smelt like a wet dog . Staff was pleasant and kind during our stay . However I will never stay in a Comfort Inn ever again!!!

Great value for money, we only stayed 1 night as we were passing through but very comfortable stay. Yes it's a bit old and dated but had everything we needed and great price for it, bed was comfy and reasonably quiet, would recommend of looking for somewhere no frills. It also had a free breakfast which I didn't really have any expectations for but again for the money it was great, fresh coffee, juice, yogurt, toast, a few hot cooked breakfast items, but best of all they had a waffle machine to make your own which were so nice and fresh, so definitely have the place a few extra points!
It was a bit out of town but think there was a bus that went there, or maybe 40 mins walk which wasn't too bad.

Very pet friendly
We are definitely family friendly. All of our rooms can accommodate children except for our Theme Rooms, King Soaker Tub rooms and our Presidential suite. I will find out how to change the website.
