🧽 I have that kid who fusses over any stray hair, and she was happy -the room was impeccably clean ❤️
😴 Beds were sooo comfortable, and the blackout curtains kept that morning sun hidden until we were ready for it.
🧇 Best breakfast! There were waffles -and cute little mini waffles for the little kids, eggs, meat, FRESH CUT FRUIT, cereal, yogurt, you name it. And of course, lots of coffee.
🏋️♀️ plus the gym is well equipped AND the hot tub is a bonus.

We have stayed here three times and will return when we are visiting Terrace. Even though the parking lot was full, the hallways were quiet. Our room was super quiet, bed comfortable, and everything well maintained and very clean. Breakfast here is awesome. Good coffee, real (super yummy) bacon, eggs, fresh scrambled potatoes and eggs, with cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit etc. Best breakfast of any hotel we have ever stayed at. The server/manager of the breakfast area went above and beyond to make sure we had fresh items.

I do a lot of travelling for work and stays in a hotel often. This Comfort Inn by far is the BEST hotel I have ever been. The room are spacious and cozy and with the pandemic they keep everything super clean and tidy. The staff are super friendly and serve the clients well. My most favourite one is the breakfast with complimentary grab bag to take out for work. So helpful when you don't have time to make your lunch.
It really work for people who are here in Terrace longterm.
The staff are really good in accommodating request and sometimes they go beyond to help the customers. Complimentary shuttle to drop off to and from work. Another convenient reason why travellers like this hotel.
Many to mention but few names to remember Minh, the Night desk staff. Amazing guy he make sure we get our grab bag lunch aside from having a breakfast.
Another super friendly, very good customer service is Sharon, Shaun and few girls I met that I can't recall names.
Thank you so much for making my 2.5 weeks of stay with you. I will definitely come back here.

Stayed here while on a trip through Canada. Excellent hotel, used the fitness room and sauna every day (requires a booking so you have the space to yourself). Breakfast was great and a welcome start to the day as well as all day coffee, tea and cookies in reception. Great staff and rooms are big and very clean - very comfortable beds. Would atay here again if I was in the area.

We love to stay at the Comfort Inn in Terrace when we visit from Prince Rupert. It’s affordable, newer, clean with friendly staff. Breakfast is included and is really good for a hotel continental and the hot tub really lovely after a long drive.

Best hotel in Terrace New,bright and warm not to mention clean and friendly. Most excellent comp buffet breakfast n/c as well as pizza night Wednesday. Work out room as well as dry sauna and hot tub great to forget about the drive and just enjoy. Much better than the Crest at the beach lol

I was very impressed with my first stay here. The room was spacious, and extremely clean. Everything was in it's place, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good and prepared with COVID in mind. I'd stay here again on my next visit.

Last minute booking due to a hospital stay, Staff on the front desk where excellent and helpful finding room us a double Queen room on the ground floor. Everyone I encountered working there smiled, it makes the difference. Rooms really clean and quiet.

Stayed here previously to this. Happy to return. Primarily for a medical appointment on each visit. Staff remembered us. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere when you enter the hotel. The best breakfast that even restaurants cannot match. And there is a pizza night. Coffee and tea and even cookies provided around the clock at the front desk area. Close to a walking trail. Beds are so comfy and I loved the pillows. It can be busy and so parking spots fill up fast. I would recommend this place if you have to spend a few days or even one.

Too far from town. No restaurants or convenience stores nearby. Poor maintenance on ATM, it was out of service when I was there. I had to walk a kilometre to get cash. No phone charging ports In the rooms. Half the TV channels don't work.
