Very spacious. We were upgraded to King size for no extra cost. Best price in Smith Falls and probably the best room. Neat, clean, fresh, good location for a one night stay, and just passing through. Smith Falls is a clean neat town.

We stayed at the Best Inn Motel on Aug 23, 2013. I didn't really know what to expect when I saw little cabins, but I loved it. At first I expected musty or moldy smelling cabins, but when we walked in our cabin it was so nice and fresh and clean I was thrilled. The room was new, clean and modern and absolutely spotless. The washroom was modern and sparkling clean. The gentleman that checked us in and out was so nice and helpful in every way. Lots of green space with a garden swing right outside our door. There's plenty of green space and play area and swings etc for children. A couple of other guests I spoke to really liked it as well. The price is awesome and we will stay there the next time we are in the area.

The Best Inn Motel is a very nice place to stay! It is on the older side, but it is very clean and well maintained. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. Rooms are nice and may I repeat myself CLEAN, the beds are very comfortable! There is no blow dryer or alarm clock (so bring your own) but they do have air conditioning, fridge and microwave, newer t.v.'s and wireless high speed :) We stayed for 3 nights in September of 2009, and had no complaints. We will stay here again. The rates are also very reasonable.

When coming into Smith's Falls there was only two budget Motels to stay at. We chose this one as it was cleaner and cheaper then the other one (rogers motel) in town. We always stay at budget motels when travelling and were not dissapointed with this one. The room had new carpeting, a/c, and beds. We stayed with our parents in rooms 1 and 2. We cannot vouch for the condition of the other rooms as we only looked at these two. We managed to bargain down the price to 55 dollars a room. Service was friendly.

my wife and i stayed here the night of Feb 24 2017. The next day my visa bill was charged 169.50 for a 'Clean up' of the room fo alledgely smoking in the room. We did not smoke in the room. The owner billed my visa card for the cleanup. Visa says that nothing can be done, he has the right to do this. This is fraud. I would not recommend this motel to anyone

overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Best Inn Motel. The motel was kind of L shaped and we had the room in the corner. We had a king sized bed, a small sofa, desk with chair, BIG tv, small fridge and microwave. The room was very clean and there were no weird smells or anything. Peter, our host, was great. We stayed 3 nights and had the 'do not disturb' sign out every day, but he called each day to see if we needed anything. We had to cancel our last night and that was not a problem at all. Peter accommodated this request for us, no problem. It snowed the one night and the parking lot was cleared out early in the morning, and then the steps and walkways were all hand shoveled, again within good time. It would have been nice if there had been a coffee maker in the room. The hot water was super hot and plentiful, once it got there. It was quite cold when we were in town, and the floor of the room was freezing, no matter the room temperature as the heater was on the wall and no hot air circulated down low. Not sure if there is anything that can be done for that, but we survived. Overall, a very nice place to stay.

Really the best we stayed in while traveling in ONtario; we are always looking for something that is not a chain...and this was perfect. The very generous owner even shared his "butter chicken" with his hungry guests! :) It was delicious.... Unexpected amenities like the dryer under the counter and the huge TV screen and the Indian fabric furnishings make it rather unique. Definitely recommend this cosy place.

Hotel in smiths Falls,Ontario,Canada.
The outside is very basic looking. Not much greenery. Near busy road but rooms are well insulated.Several restaurants and stores within 1 km.
The inside is very nice and clean.Comfortable bed, quiet air conditioner, big TV and all the basics.
Reasonable price and parking in front of the room.
Smiths Falls is a nice little town but with very limited activities.

Everything positive all the "Excellent" ratings have said are 100% accurate and more. This place excelled at quality and was as good or better than any brand name hThey know how to run a motel business.

It was very very clean and comfortable. We were passing through from Wisconsin on our Way to New Hampshire, have already stayed at 2 locations one large chain one not, other than the others provided the morning breakfast, they can't compete for price per quality of the stay, could have spent another night if it would have fit our schedule. Glad we passed up the big chain guy down by the river for twice the price.

Beds were very comfortable, an even the pillows that so many places leave a lot to be desired were comfortable. What small motel has 40+ inch huge flat screen TV even in the small rooms.

The owner was very accommodating, met us on the way out to check us out without even needing to go to the office. Very very quite rooms, I think because of the unique layouts of the motel rooms/structure.

I will definitely stay here and would even travel a bit out of the way to make this a stopping place if we are passing through the area. Keep up the great quality.
