We stayed here for one night while traveling to Ottawa. The Hotel did appear to be following COVID-19 Protocols.
The Hotel is an older building that has been renovated over the years. The room has been renovated, it could have used a little TLC, especially in the bathroom. There was an odour of smoke in the room. Had it not been because we were tired and it was late, we would have asked for another room. We did notice a large pile of cigarette butts close to the entrance of room so the smokey smell could have been coming from there.
The beds were ok, though they did sag a little in the middle. Bedding was old and certainly could be updated. The bathroom could use a refresh, especially tile grout and caulking.
This was an average Hotel that is suited for a one night stay.

An above average motel for a good price. Good bed, clean room, pet friendly, and all the amenities you need. I like the seating provided outside the rooms on the second floor so you can get some outside time after being stuck in a truck all day. Room was very quiet despite the highway noise right outside.

A modest hotel on "wrong" side of the highway from the main part of town. There were minor inconveniences--the sink tap splashed water, and the bedside lights did not work which combined with a generally dark room made reading in bed impossible. But the room was clean and generally comfortable.

Extremely irritated with this booking. We selected this hotel because it was pet friendly and the rooms looked decent enough. We didn't stay more than 30 minutes before asking for a refund. The room was clearly not cleaned, bedding changed. If it was cleaned, very little effort was put into it. When we asked the front desk about it they assured us it had been cleaned. When we showed them photos they asked us if we had disturbed the bed at all and said we could stay the night and ask for a refund in the morning. Who wants to stay in a bed that has possibly not been changed since the last guests were there. Double that on top of the fact our room looked nothing like any of the ones shown on the website. I had relatively low expectations based on the price, but this place exceeded below those expectations. Thanks to this experience and difficulty finding pet friendly hotels, we got to enjoy a night in our minivan with our 2 dogs. Avoid this place and their "advanced cleaning".

Use the side door, not the front door. It took us 1/2 a hour to check in ?? Don’t know what took so long? The outside of the building is very nice, the rooms look like they haven’t been updated in a very long time. The furniture is old, the desk chair looks like someone leaked some bodily fluids on it. The washroom is very small and out of date. The bed was ok but not great. There is a green space that is fenced in behind the building for dogs if they need a place to go. Breakfast was toast, bagels, hard boiled eggs, fruit, yogurt and stale cereal. Friendly checkout. If you are passing through and just wanted a pretty cheep, dog friendly place and aren’t fussy about the look of the rooms this is the place for you. I wouldn’t go back.

The staff were so friendly. They gave recommendations for restaurants and Muriel called us as we left an item in the room and she willing mailed us our belongings. The place was clean and it was close to restaurants. We were just driving through to Ontario. It’s close to the highway as well. Thank you !!!

I've traveled extensively all over North America for 40+ years, and this place is the worst - ever. "Dirty" in one word. Second word, "cheated". We elected the package that included dinner at Casa du Spaghette, and got told "we don't do this anymore" yet I got charged for it. Checked in, took ONE look at the room, back to the office to request cancellation / refund & denied. We walked anyway - better to blow off spend the $190 CND than a night with no sleep & concern for bugs, burglars and worse. I was quite surprised by how rundown this hotel was. The outside had trash bags lying around, there was poor lighting in the parking lot that made stepping in the potholes a hazard, and although there were 'no smoking' signs around it seems nearly every second room had a smoker in it. The first room I was given smelled of stale smoke and the TV and air conditioning both didn't work. Instead of the customary hotel phone where simply pressing zero gets you reception, the phone was a cordless home phone and there was no information to tell you what number to dial to reach reception so I had to walk back down to ask for assistance. The clerk did everything she could to make me just go away, including suggesting that I just leave the windows open (not exactly keeping the room secure!). She told me I wasn't working the remotes properly, although they were pretty plain remotes (power on, make your choices) so to please her I had to go back up and try again on my own, but still no success. Back down to insist that the a/c and TV should work for what the room was costing. She didn't want to walk up to the room to figure out the issue so she gave me a key card to another room instead (this was after she told me there were no other rooms available). Same thing in the second room, but one of these remotes had scotch tape on the back to hold the batteries in. And I was surprised that the TV setup was different from the previous room (3 remotes for this combo). I went back down for a third time and gently insisted that she come up and get things working. She was clearly irritated but she finally went up to the room with me. It turned out both remotes had dead batteries in them. Instead of apologizing and putting in fresh new batteries, she seemed even more irritated and rummaged around in the reception area until she found a few used batteries to replace the dead ones (my 4th trip down to the office). At last the a/c and TV worked, and the second room didn't have the stale cigarette smell of the first. I would not stay at this hotel again and it is certainly not worth the price or the 3.5 stars review (who's giving all the good reviews for this motel?). The customer service is bad, the freezer in the mini fridge was so full of frost I couldn't fit in a small ice pack from my cooler without chipping and scraping some of the ice out, and the rooms are rundown and dingy. I'm giving 2 stars because the bedding seemed clean and the bathroom seemed clean.

We visited the hotel with a pet friendly expectation of being clean but room 121 was disgusting and dirty and the flooring was not for any human or dog to sleep in. There are clean proud pet owners out there and this was below sub standard. Avoid this room at all costs

We had a funeral in Drummondville and booked this hotel for two nights. It looked fine as we walked in but it was anything but that! Although the beds were comfortable, it was the only good thing about this place. The place was filthy dirty, and to say the furniture was run down would be a total understatement. It was downright worn out. They boast a fridge in the room… the door’s shelves were unusable and the ice was built up so thick it actually froze the water bottles and the frozen fruit and veggies all had to be thrown out. The bathroom was filthy. The plumbing was rusty. There was mildew on the grout, around the tub and behind the toilet, absolute filth behind the door. Window curtains hanging off the track and the security latch on the door was broken. (Enclosing some photos). In all my years of travel I have never experienced such a place. We were in room 111 My cousins had also booked and happened to have the room next to ours. It was just as bad.

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused by a computer error, which is something that can happen in any Hotel establishment. The room in question was programmed as if a client was staying in the room for a 2nd night, with a do not disturb sign on the door, so it was looked over by our cleaning staff, but in our computer it indicated that the room was available to rent.
The receptionist that was on duty the night in question is in training, and she was replacing a staff member on sick leave, so she was unfamiliar with what to do in an emergency situation.
She attempted to reach the manager and was waiting for a call back. He called back 15 minutes later to tell our staff member to offer them one of our luxury suites for the same price.
Unfortunately the clients where not patient enough to wait the managers’ call back and decided to leave.
We are a professional establishment and we would have been able to satisfy the client 100%, as specified in most of our previous comments.
There are more places to choose from in the Drummondville area.
