Stayed one night in early July. Originally they assigned us a king size room on the 2nd floor but we were able to switch it for a ground floor room with 2 queens. Ground floor rooms have doors to the outside so it is much easier to bring things in and out. Room had a kitchenette - 2 burner countertop, microwave and a really good size mini fridge. Their breakfast room was closed due to Covid but they still provided breakfast-to-go; just needed to order what you wanted the night before and it would be ready by 6 a.m. Plus they had 2 BBQ’s set up outside for guests to use.
Our room was in front facing the highway but the noise at night was not bad and didn’t keep us awake. They also had some Adirondack chairs in the front so we were able to sit outside with our wine and watch the golfers across the street or watch the traffic go by!
Friendly and helpful front desk staff. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

Dear Thon, Thank you for your review. We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your accommodations. The ground floor rooms are definitely handy if you have a lot of stuff, but we also have luggage carts and an elevator if the ground floor is unavailable. We are also happy to hear that you enjoyed our breakfast. Covid-19 has been hard on everyone, but we believe that our guests still deserve a decent breakfast in the morning. We also enjoy hearing people talk about our barbecues. You shouldn't miss out on prime barbecuing weather just because you're staying at a hotel. We wish we could take credit for the quiet highway and calm summer nights, but that should go to our wonderful town of Carlyle itself. It is just big enough to be able to have a nice variety of shops, but small enough that you can just sit outside and enjoy the quiet. This was one of the best hotels I have styed in since COVID-19 started 2 years ago. I have travel between Victoria BC and Regina SK and stayed at approx. 20 different hotels. I booked this stay on booking.com. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful with all our questions. The room itself was fantastic and unexpected. When we walk in we were surprised to see large room with 2 queen beds, looks of dresser space and an Amour for hanging clothes, What surprised us the most was the semi-full kitchenette (no oven). This was not part of my booking but was told it is standard in this hotel. The kitchenette included everything need to make in-house meals as well as dish soup and dish rags.
All i can say now, is I would only stay at this hotel when travelling to Carlyle SK.

Covid-19 has taken a toll on everyone, but hearing about how much you enjoyed your stay with us makes all of our work worth the effort. It is also nice to hear that you found our rooms to be fantastic. We usually cater to people who come to Carlyle for work, which is why we outfitted the rooms to be as roomy and comfortable as possible. That's also why the kitchenette is standard for all rooms. However, if you want a stove in your room we would like to recommend our suite rooms. They do cost more, but they have even more room as well as an oven and full-sized fridge. A large group of my family members stayed at this hotel to attend a family wedding in a nearby town. Everyone found the hotel to be clean and rooms comfortable. Every room had a kitchenette which was handy and the continental breakfast was very good. We appreciated being able to gather together in the lobby as a large group.

The wifi in the hotel was extremely slow. I had to use data to complete my work and was charged overages from my service provider because of it.

The hotel was convenient our purpose. It is situated in a small town in rural south Saskatchewan. I was impressed by everything! The check-in, the comfort of the room, the number of towels, the facilities (including a refrigerator), the noise level from the highway on our side of the hotel, parking, the comfort of the bed. The breakfast was complete with hot protein options available (sausage, 2 types of omelet), cereal, juice, yoghurt, waffles, fruit, toast & other pastries and coffee. Everything was well-presented, attended to and delicious.

The front desk person was not well trained. Had difficulty getting the room rate and payment confirmed. First impression of the room was that it was well appointed, but after getting settled, realized how cramped and cluttered it was. The bed closest to the TV was worn out, with a large dip in it. The bathroom had hair on the walls and toenails on the ledge under the sink were the towels were. Ew. The breakfast room was small and the attendants very unprofessional, giggling and tickling each other, with mask under their chins. All in all, not a well cared-for hotel.

Friendly staff, very clean, and the beds were really comfortable. Great breakfast the next morning! I have stayed at other hotels in other cities but this was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. Would highly recommend this Ramada!

The room was great. We really appreciated having a kitchenette in the room so we could just relax after a long day. The wind noise was quite loud, but it's Saskatchewan so you can't really complain. Bed was very soft, too soft in all honesty. Breakfast was ok. Big downside is the noise from the hallway. Sounds like no soundproofing at all and could hear the kids running up and down the hall most of the night.

The hotel is the best option in the whole area. The only complaint I have is the breakfast. Most of it is fine but the bacon might as well be beef jerky it's so tough to chew. I love bacon but I don't want to spend 15 minutes chewing 3 strips. The staff is great. The rooms are clean. The service was very good...at the risk of offending anyone, the service is small town Sask, we help our neighbors and treat our visitors with respect. Those of us from big cities need to take a lesson. Thank you.

Nice clean hotel, good location and very nice helpful staff. When we called to book a room person on the phone was very helpful. We stayed one night and ate at the Black Roosters across the road. Thank you to the staff for making us so comfortable.
