This is not your high end lodge you see on TV. What it is is a great place to unwind and do some fishing Huge lake with lots of fish.. accommodation was plain but good. We went for the meal plan and the food was good and plentiful. Warren and Doris went out of their way to make things comfortable during our week long stay. Boats were clean and good and new owners were in process of switching to new mercury outboards. Horwood lake lodge deserves a second visit to seek out more fishing hot spots

Excellent facilities and awesome owners who go above and beyond. Everything is beautiful and well maintained. Warren and Doris are friendly and provided outstanding service. I would recommend for anyone, couples, groups, families. Highlight was catching a 26.5” walleye right across from the lodge 😁

Just returned from Horwood Lake Lodge. I have been to lodges all over Ontario and my experience there was one of the best. The cabin was clean and functional. Everything you would need was there including snacks and drinks. There was no problems with the Wifi. The food was outstanding and plentiful. It was clear that Warren and Doris took great pride in their food and it showed. The fishing was excellent with good walleye, bass, and pike. The boats were newer with depth and fish finders and a live well. I am already planning a return next year.

Your cabin would be steps away from the lake and ice fishing. We offer rates/person @ 140/person+tax/night. We can offer a 15% group discount with the size of your group, so 119/person/night for the 2 cabins. We installed furnaces in our winterized cabins. Only 1 of the winterized cabins have a wood burning fire place.
