Friendly, welcoming front desk staff and attention to all the Covid safety protocols. Room was clean and well setup with all of the amenities expected. Breakfast was good with fresh omelettes and fruit as well as other cold items. The exercise room and pool were available by appointment at the front desk which worked out great and prevented overcrowding. Overall a great experience.

Travelling for business, hotel offered a comfortable, clean room. Room was modern, and a good size, had a full kitchen, including a dish washer, microwave, stove top and fridge. I didn’t need to use any of it, but it would be really helpful for a family with young children or for a prolonged stay. The morning breakfast buffet was good. The staff were polite & friendly. My number one recommended hotel. The only thing I would have appreciated, charging stations for electric cars. That would have been amazing, hopefully they will install some chargers in the near future.

It was a trip for work (group home), the hotel staff is great, and the amenities are good. The breakfast has a lot to be desired, the only decent breakfast was the pancakes. I would suggest that they get a waffle maker that people can dispense on their own. The hot options are not great. The location being right near the hwy into Ottawa was very good, and the staff understood the individuals that we had with us.

Great choice for families. Location is ideal if you travel by car everywhere. We chose this hotel for the suites amenities. We cooked meals, we had a full table to eat at and proper breakfast. Their buffet was great. Different choices and hot options too. Their dining hall was open and you could eat there as well as takeaway. The bathroom was satisfactory as it had a standing shower, lots of light and storage space. The closets too had space like home to put things away. Lots of kitchen utensils but you need a dish scrubber. We use our Chromecast when we travel but the TV had connection issues. If you do use Chromecast I recommend plugging directly into HDMI 01 and select Chromecast to control the audio as the TV remote won't function. The staff were superb and friendly. They delivered extra towels in a bag and helped with the TV issue right away. No crowding in the lobby or elevator. The AC can be very cold so we turned it off when we were in the suite. The only bad things was that you could tell the building was rushed in construction. Shims were exposed, usb plugs were sunken in their sockets, fixtures had exposed holes. Still, everything worked and these were cosmetic issues. I will return here again.

I enjoyed a lot of the amenities in the room (The kitchen and the living space). The hotel seems to be fairly new. Breakfast on the weekend is terrible. No fruit, and the only hot item were pancakes. It’s definitely not family friendly though. There’s a small area to the right of the front door where people smoke cigarettes, marijuana, and mostly use profanity so you have to walk through a wall of smoke upon check-in. The smokers also use the patio as a big smoke pit, so you’re not able to relax there either. It’s a shame because I would have enjoyed using the grill. Although marijuana is legal in Canada, I certainly don’t want to have to walk through it EVERY time I enter/exit the hotel. Nor do I want to hear the foul language. There are signs in both areas clearly stating no smoking or vaping.

We were in town for a quick trip with the family for a funeral. Upon arrival we were greeted by a happy employee ( Thursday April 11th). She was happy to answer all of our questions. The pool was nice, was a tad cold but the longer you were in the water the warmer it felt. We enjoyed swimming we were the only ones in the pool for a long while. The room was nice and big. We were up on the 5th floor. The next morning for breakfast we were a bit disappointed in the selection of what’s was being offered. But we did find something to eat. The breakfast that was offered was egg & cheese omelette, hard boiled eggs, oatmeal, sausages, bagels, toast and selected cereals. We are used to the selection at the Ottawa airport Fairfield but we still managed to find something. We did enjoy the variety of teas that we could choose from before continuing on to the funeral. We picked the hotel as it’s right off the highway so we could access it easily. Also it’s close proximity to Arby’s. We enjoyed our stay the room was nice and big. I do however suggest that the beds have more than 3 pillows especially with 2 queen beds for 4 people. We did not find any additional in the closet.

We were in Kanata this past weekend for a hockey tournament at the Bell Sensplex.
Hotel was centrally located to Sensplex, Canadian Tire Centre, shopping and restaurants all within a 5 minute drive of the hotel.
The initial room that were given had a broken toilet but we were quickly moved to another room. Minor issue with the shower in the new room, but nothing that took away from the stay.
Beds were comfy...pillows a little thin...that's why we always take our own pillows. Full kitchen was nice to have (fridge/freezer, countertop stove). Air conditioning/heat worked well.
Nice breakfast area and free breakfast with different menu options all three days we were there.
Would definitely stay again. Would have rated 5 stars except for the toilet and shower issue.

Our suite had a certain smell. Noticed a few white hairs in the carpet...probably from a pet. Room was large but becoming dated and worn out. Very tight bathroom. The appliances looked and felt grimy. Stain on duvet. Dusty light. Small and extremely humid pool area. Sign said pool closed at 9 but staff said 10. Housekeeping every 2nd day. Hallway carpet needs vacuuming. The hotel is in a very nice area. Will not return.

Stayed in an adapted room as i am in a wheelchair. It was very good. The bed was an easy height for wheelchair transfer and the seat in the roll in shower was nice, stable and a great size. A stress free visit. The breakfast cheese omelet was also great!

Really great rooms, comfy bed, LOVED the TV on the swivel mount. Water pressure wasn't great. LOVED the black out curtains in the room. The breakfast was very lack luster, the breakfast sandwiches are a good idea, however, they were only the hot food available and the English muffins they were on were very soggy. Breakfast could be better.

I did see someone come in with their bike when we were there. The elevators are big enough and there is lots of room on the suites. There are also bike racks outside the front door.
There are more places to choose from in the Ottawa area.
