We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Brockamour Manor while we were visiting Niagara Falls in Canada. Niagara on the Lake is a beautiful, quaint little town. It's only about a twenty minute drive into Niagara Falls, without all of the traffic congestion and crowds of people. Diki and Alex were outstanding hosts, and made us feel so welcome. The property is exceptionally maintained and the three-course gourmet breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be staying at Brockamour Manor when we return to NOTL!!

We picked this inn for our 20th anniversary and found it to be lovely and romantic, with period decor. Lots of reading material in the billiard room for those looking for some history of the architecture and area.
Hosts, Alex and Diki, were friendly and respectful of safety issues around Covid, wearing masks while in the main part of the house and giving the orientation on the front porch upon arrival. While they did not enter our room (Lady Sophia) during our stay, they were happy to provide fresh towels, or anything we needed. A simple text was all it took to resolve our needs. Breakfasts were delicious and accommodated my dietary restrictions. There is a small bar fridge in the hall for beverages, this is a shared fridge with other rooms. Room darkening shades helped if you want to sleep in. The grounds are quite lovely. We were able to eat outside on the porches 2 of our 4 meals enjoying the greenery and mature trees. We rented bikes and were able to store them in the garage overnight. Walking distance to most things. We used the bikes for winery/brewery visits. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Brockamour and would encourage you to give it a try.

We have many day trips to Niagara on the Lake and this was our first time choosing to vacation there for a few days. With all of the great reviews for Brockamour, we decided to book. Diki and Alex were there to greet us on arrival and to be COVID safe, the usual tour of the property was replaced with a front porch history. We booked the romance package and had a roses, ice wine and truffles waiting in the room and our horse and buggy reservation confirmed for the time of our choosing. You can tell every effort has been made to make guests feel like home - guest fridge to chill purchases from wine/brewery tours stocked with complimentary water, a games room complete with pool table and board games. Breakfast was fantastic, the scones were amazing and it was nice to sit on the back porch to enjoy with morning coffee. The location is perfectly situated for walks to main street shopping, local restaurants, bike rentals and so much more....can't wait to return.

This was our third stay at Brockamore! It’s the oldest house in Niagara on the Lake and has been beautifully maintained— it oozes history. Our room was large and comfortable with huge windows, a fireplace and a large bathroom. We spent mornings and evenings relaxing on the spacious, shady front porch listening to birds and enjoying coffee or wine with the garden view. The breakfasts were delicious— freshly baked scones, fruit salad and always a different main course. We loved the addition of vinyl tunes in the dining room too!! Our hosts were very knowledgeable about the area and welcomed us like part of the family! Thank you again for a lovely stay.

My friend and I had an amazing stay at BrockAmour! The entire manor is wonderfully decorated and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious! Diki is an incredibly helpful host— she provided restaurant and winery suggestions in the area and even called to make reservations for us. The location is perfect— less than 10 minute walk to the historic downtown and there are two wineries within walking distance as well. We will be back!

This was our first time at Niagara on the Lake but it definitely won't be our last!!! After reading all of the great reviews, my husband and I decided to book a 2 night stay at Brockamour Manor for a birthday get-away. We were not disappointed!! Diki and Alex made us feel very welcome in their wonderful home. We were greeted at the door by Diki and given a tour- every guest room is beautifully decorated. We had booked the Lady Sophia and enjoyed our fireplace, jaccuzzi tub and very comfortable king size bed. The delicious 4 course breakfast was so filling and was a different menu each day. The morning of my birthday I was surprised with a special birthday treat, so very thoughtful!! Diki was very helpful with recommendations for dinner and local wineries, even drawing a map of our desired route- she went above and beyond our expectations!! We enjoyed the pool table and all of the little extra touches, including the sherry and delicious pecan tarts!! We are already looking forward to our next stay and would love to explore the area in the summer! Dave and Diane

Convenient central location within short walks to theatre and restaurants. Well appointed rooms, tastefully decorated in period style. Immaculate washrooms with every convenience and fragrance-free toiletries. Comfortable beds. In-room gas fireplace provides warmth when required. A slight mechanical problem was rectified in very short order. Owner/operators were very helpful with local knowledge and recommendations while carefully maintaining COVID protocols. Common spaces, inside and out, are inviting. The breakfasts are superb.

We stayed at Brockamour Manor in October and had a great weekend getaway. It was my first time staying at a bed and breakfast and I am so pleased it was at Brockamour. We were also very intrigued with the long history, very fascinating!

LOCATION: The location is great, it is very close to Queen Street where there are many different shops, restaurants, and activities and also in close proximity to a wide variety of vineyards to keep you busy and happy!

ROOM: We stayed in the Lady Sophia’s Suite. The room is so clean and the decor is very charming. There is a fireplace which adds to the charm. The king size bed was very comfortable and spacious. The bathroom is also very clean and the way it was updated is very new and modern yet still maintaining historical design elements.

SERVICE: Diki and Alex are incredible hosts. They are both so nice and friendly. The breakfast was so delicious and beautifully presented (see pictures). The complimentary sherry and butter tarts are a very nice touch. We felt very safe with the Covid protocols in place and how the B&B is managed.

Overall, we highly recommend staying here and would definitely return again.

We had such a fabulous stay in this beautiful B&B. It was a huge, mansion like B&B, with many places to explore (billiards room, 3 verandas, large rooms). The scenery, particularly the gardens, made this such a wonderful place to stay! There was so much to explore around town as well, which was only a 10 min walk away. Our hosts were very welcoming, allowing us to check in early and also arranged a wine tour for us (which came right to the B&B door to get us!). Beds are comfortable, and the other room amenities were so wonderful. You can't beat the beautiful scenery and historical nature of this home (which is over 200 years old!). We would absolutely give this a 5 star. The only downside, albeit a small one, is that they didn't offer a full breakfast (delicious smoothie and homemade scone instead, delivered to your door). This is due to COVID. I was a little surprised that this wasn't mentioned upon our booking (we found out at our arrival). That said, it was delicious and I would still recommend this amazing, beautiful B&B to anyone looking for a luxurious, yet not too expensive home to visit while in Niagara On the Lake.

Thank you Diki and Alex for the beautiful stay and offering us your amazing home :)

Thank you for your very kind review! We strive to ensure that our guests enjoy their stay and leave looking forward to their next visit. We're so glad you had a great time, however, I'm deeply embarrassed that you were not notified beforehand of the COVID change in menu. I had been in contact with our guests to let them know, but obviously missed you. I can't tell your name by the review, so please do get in touch with me via email so we might rectify this, info@brockamour.com. Much like everyone else, we are taking baby steps and trying out new things to make our guest's stay as safe as possible given COVID. After a couple weeks of dining in rooms, we have transitioned into a large one course traditional breakfast served in the dining room, or one of several outdoor seating locations, with each group in a different location. As the temperature drops, we will eventually have to rethink our plan again and continue to adapt to the current situation.
