The Cadillac Motel is reminiscent of the 50’s and 60’s roadside inns and pays homage to its name sake, one of the world’s most prestigious vehicles, the Cadillac. This is a hidden gem! Everything about it was perfect. The bed was so comfy, the bathroom was clean and updated, TV was flat screen and new. Staff were lovely and knowledgeable, room was modern and clean, decor was awesome. It was quiet and so affordable. The location was right in the middle of everything. So many restaurants, walk to the falls, attractions. Lots of parking too. We definitely will come back here. We brought our dog and they were very accommodating and there were some great spots to take the dog for a walk

We have been fascinated with these older motels for years and wanting to check into the Cadillac Motel Niagara in particular because of the car theme and knowing that the business received a refresh about 5 years ago giving it a boutique rendering. The trip was booked last October for my birthday, but postponed because the pandemic was getting worse. Finally this summer we were able to make it our destination as restrictions have been lifted. The room was clean and comfortable. Lisa made us feel very welcome at check-in and any time she saw us coming and going to our room.

Honeymoon Capital of the World starts with the Cadillac of Vacations at this brand new Motel. Lisa is as Friendly as she is a runway model. Very grateful for all of your help making memories last forever. Safe Haven from covid with spotless sanitized Cosy warm room and spectacular soft spring mattress. Sleeping with drapes wide open gives star gazing thrilling views. Many Thanks for another five star experience.

Pro’s: • Centrally located and within walking distance to pretty much everything in town. • Friendly staff. • Room was very clean (aside from hanging light which was very dusty). • Retro decor and theme. • Chaise lounge was super comfortable (might have to buy our own now).
Con’s: • Super noisy; located on a major road with a nightclub directly across the street. • Loud drunks fighting all night (from the nightclub). Felt very uneasy our first night there. • Linens and towels were very rough. • No shampoo or conditioner in bathroom, only soap in a dispenser. • Very small sink and it needed to be replaced (water damage). • No hair dryer. • Room was either boiling or freezing; bathroom was always freezing even if the door was left open.
While we had a great little escape we probably won’t return, namely because of the noise. Shame considering this is no fault of the motel.

The noise is too much on Friday and Saturdays and we are very sorry about that. Unfortunately, it is out of our control. We have sent complaints directly to the city and the police barely come out. Falling on deaf ears. Your right it is frustrating. Thanks though for the decent review and rating. Much appreciated. Glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay. The room was very clean and modern. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Parking right outside your door and short walk (less than 10 minutes) to all the action in Clifton Hill. We had a great time and will definitely be back! Highly, highly recommend!

My only complaint is that the room kinda smells like smoke...but other than that, it is great. Room is large and clean. Beds and pillows are comfortable. There are good places to eat nearby.parking is free. Room was like $64 US. I would definitely stay here again.

This is a very cute motel. Very close to attractions. We stayed there over night last and no complaints. It smelled nice and very clean, a couple mold spots in the bathroom. Would definetly advice you to book a room here. We will be staying there for sure next time we need a night away.

Lisa and Raymond are the best Hospitality Owners in Ontario. Multiple stays like this December, 2022 Staycation was exceptional. Friendly, considerate, caring and compassionate service. Pristine spotless safe Suites with the world's most comfortable King bed fit for a Queen. Only Free parking in Niagara falls. Close to the falls and beside Clifton Hills. Doesn’t look like anything special from the outside but I was actually pleasantly surprised. Nice, big clean room. Would stay again. Close to all of the attractions.. within walking distance. Good bang for your buck!

Had a fabulous experience at this totally Hip motel! Rooms are modern, clean with the best location in Niagara Falls! Highly, highly recommend. Book early and stay long as there's so much to do.
The staff are so friendly and very helpful.
