My stay at this hotel was just average. At first, they put me in one of their old rooms and I had asked to switch due to the smell of paint. The construction wasn't very pleasant. The new room was nice. However, I found the breakfast to be very mediocre. The one thing that bothered me the most about my stay was the unfriendlness of staff. The front desk never said hi,never acknowledged you and just didn't seem welcoming.

Several different choices of breakfast available, with the hot food being my best pick. Annoying toasters are very slow and in need of upgrading. I would also suggest moving 2 of the garbage bins, into the dining area, for better traffic flow and cleanliness.
The staff was nice. I was greeted with a smile and some chit-chat by Shawvani as I poured my coffee and picked a seat. And she was kind enough to guard my stuff, while I ran to the room and back.
Pretty high marks from me 😊

Due to a flight cancellation, I stayed at the Quality Inn Airport West. Arman, at the front desk, was very helpful and quick in processing all the check-ins. The room was clean and quiet. A hot breakfast was provided, and despite all the guests, Shewani & her team, made sure the food never ran out. The breakfast food was really good. I would stay here again if I had to stay close to the airport for another time.

Hotel's Favourite
Hotel is nice, I liked reception staff most of all. All the people were kind and helpful, especially Arman helped us a lot with recommendations about the city and other stuff, which is essential for newcomers. Thank him a lot for that.
I would like rooms to be a bit cleaner but I guess if I asked for that, they would be cleaned better, so I cannot complain.

We stayed at this location for 2 nights, the room was filthy, there was so many hair in the bed and the floor was not vacuumed. I went to the desk to ask for another sheets so i can replace the dirty beddings, the front desk was accommodating a guest at that time. Their front desk manager came out and she’s the worst manager I’ve ever dealt with. I was told to just picked up the hairs in the bed as it’s only hair. I was extremely shocked of how she responded. I will never ever stay in this filthy place again and i would not recommend this hotel tk anyone.

I stayed for two nights and had no issues. The staff is very friendly and breakfast is good, hours from 7-10am at least on weekends. The room was nice, furniture modern. There is construction going on but that didn't have a negative impact on my stay. I would definitely book with Quality Inn again.

Manager has staff trained very well for the buisness traveller. They set me up in my preferred room type, in my preferred hallway 99% of the time.
Sarah and Angel on the desk very pleasent attitude although I come in grumpy and stinky from work.
Kiss (yes that is her real name) provides an excellent breakfast even though I arrive just as she is trying to close up. She even cooked me 2 omelets in 10 minutes one time when she was out and closed in 5 mins.

Even though the location is not best, the hotel is amazing! Great A/C, spacious bathroom with a decent shower, comfortable huge beds, soundproofing is on the top level, I felt like I’m there all alone. Housekeeping every couple days and a very welcoming staff. Highly recommended for anyone who’s OK with the location!
