Good prices for small -ish but nice rooms. Reception staffs are knowledgeable. Our concern is just that the surrounds are questionable. Elevator looked like a bit more attention in cleaning it needed.

This is my 4th time staying apart from hockey games which is over or did it ever even begin with the oilers ?
Anyways , parking is free which is good but tight parkade for average size vehicles ..
Upon check in I was greeted by front desk very attentive . I checked in and stepped out came back later in the evening did a little analyzing in the room role playing sherlock homes. Rooms were clean a little dusty behind the television no biggie but rooms were not stocked well. Had a room with 2 queens with 2 guy friends 2 towels not going to cut it. Had technical issues with the television called front desk and informed the minor issues. Shortly after Liz from front desk came up to help and resolved the issue and supplied us with extra necessities . A little bit startled to see front desk come resolve the issues. Was informed housekeeping was gone for the day.

I keep on reading mixed reviews on this hotel but I will keep on coming back yes the clientelle around the hotel is sketchy but the hotel is nice itself. This time I got an actual renovated room . Not sure why all rooms are not the same ?

to keep it short pleased with my stay and thanks to helpful staff .

Stayed here for convenience to the Expo centre. The hotel is a dive. Could stand a complete renovation. There was a joining door between the rooms that was previously broken through - some general upkeep would be appreciated there. The restaurant is a joke. No butter, jam, or peanut butter or anything for the toast, no milk for the cereal, no drinks. NOT WORTH THE STAY THERE.

i stayed at this hotel 13 days while visiting in Edmonton. Sahib at the front desk is very pleasant, he has sense of business techniques based on that he gave me a very reasonable offer so spent 13 nights because of his professional attitude. The house keeping lady Navdeep was also being nice with quests for caring room services. The rooms are very clean and modern. This hotel is also very quiet. Extremely reasonably priced. I would highly recommend to stay here while traveling to or through Edmonton.

Me and my friends booked a room to stay the night because we did not want to drive back to Calgary the day of. The price was cheap, and we didn’t expect much, just a bed to sleep in. Because we are out of town, we had no idea how bad the area is. Homeless people around and very near the hotel. As soon as we arrived a lady directly next to the entrance asked us for a smoke, although she was already smoking, underneath the “no smoking within a 10 m radius” sign. The receptionist was nice, although she seemed a little scared, and I’m sure it wasn’t because of us. Strange. At first glance, the room looked reasonably nice and worth the price. After a closer look the bed had multiple hairs in the sheets, in both beds. The bathroom was reasonably clean and there was hot water, just the necessities. I honestly have no idea whether the TV had cable or not, because we tried to make it work but were unsuccessful. Also why is the phone missing buttons and there is no information on how to contact the front desk. At least the Wi-Fi was more than decent. The beds were comfortable (for my standards at least) even though we were woken up early in the morning by two people who appeared visibly homeless literally screaming at each other right down by the hotel. I recommend this hotel if all you’re looking for is a place to crash at for the night, but not if you really want an enjoyable stay.

The first interaction between Saab and I was outstanding and professional, he took care of a small issue I had and went above and beyond to make my stay even better. I asked the house keeping lady for a toothbrush, she didn't have any but asked which room number I was in. A few minutes later I get a knock and a lovely lady showed up with toothbrush and toothpaste, that's was a very nice gesture. Thank you.

Stayed at the Coliseum Inn, we usually do when we need a quiet getaway. We had a hectic day as we drove in that morning to visit a friend at the Mazankowski Health Centre When we finally got to the room around 10:30 PM we were greeted by Saab the front clerk. What a pleasant fellow who took a lot of pride in his job, he was extremely polite, professional and prompt. He immediately looked after us and let us know of the breakfast options the next morning. He noticed we had stayed there previously and upgraded us to an executive room. Thank you Saab for the upgrade and the professional service we recieved. We will be back

My stay at coliseum inn was comfortable and quiet. The staff were polite and attentive, and we were given plenty of privacy. The stairwells were quite dirty and smelled bad, but the elevator was OK, even though it was a little slow. I'm satisfied given the very low price we paid for our 4 day stay.

Hello Jennap555, We do not have fans in each room, but we have them available upon request. We sadly do not have a pool but we are located just a few blocks from our local rec center that features a pool and work out facilities. Finally, We have both a pop and snack vending machine located in our main lobby and mezzanine.
