JW Marriott Hotel Mexico City Polanco is inspired by the historic neighborhood in which we are located. Our luxury hotel showcases 314 recently renovated, pet-friendly rooms and has recently revealed a renovated lobby area, restaurant, a new bar and a Mezcal room, preparing to open three additional new culinary experiences; the culinary passage within our lobby gallery will provide the perfect way to pause and discover different flavors. Relax by our outdoor pool and soak up the Mexico City sunshine as you take in marvelous views of the Polanco district. Our health club features organic, vegan spa treatments and a fitness area. Whether you're hosting a meeting or a celebration in Mexico, our renovated event venues provide the most elegant setting. A helipad is available less than a mile away, and transportation to and from the helipad is offered as a courtesy for hotel guests. We are also proud to hold the Queer Destinations Committed distinction. Authentic hospitality awaits.

My recent stay at the JW Marriott in Polanco, Mexico City left an indelible mark on me. From the moment I stepped through the elegant doors, I knew this experience would be unlike any other. Allow me to share the highlights of my remarkable stay.
Personalized Service: Andrea Espinoza’s Thoughtful Gesture Before our arrival, Andrea Espinoza extended a warm welcome via email. Her proactive approach ensured that our needs were met even before we set foot in the hotel. Her attention to detail set the tone for an exceptional stay.
Celebrating Special Occasions: An Unforgettable Anniversary and Birthday Traveling with my wife and our one-year-old, we had two significant reasons to celebrate: our anniversary and our child’s birthday. Andrea had thoughtfully prepared our room with a crib, making our stay comfortable and convenient.
Champagne and Strawberries: A Sweet Surprise On the night of our anniversary (which coincided with our child’s birthday), we returned to our room to find a delightful surprise: a bottle of complimentary champagne and a platter of fresh strawberries. The gesture made our celebration even more memorable.
A Teddy Bear for Our Little One Our child received an adorable teddy bear as a birthday gift. It was a heartwarming touch that made us feel like valued guests.
Seventh Heaven: Consistently Outstanding Experiences This marked my seventh stay at the JW Marriott in 2023, and each visit surpasses the last. The recent completion of construction adds to the hotel’s allure.
Prime Location: Ideal for Couples and Families Situated in Polanco, the hotel boasts a prime location. Whether you’re a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a family in search of entertainment, there’s something for everyone nearby.
First-Class Staff: Always Ready to Assist The JW Marriott’s staff exemplifies excellence. Their attentiveness and willingness to assist elevate the overall experience.
A Promise to Return As I plan my next trip to Mexico City, one thing remains certain: I will continue to choose the JW Marriott in Polanco. It has become my home away from home.

Just returned from a wonderful 5 night stay at the JW Marriott in Mexico City. The hotel is in a very walkable neighborhood and a short 7-10 min walk to all the main restaurants in Polanco.
Nice priority lounge for Bonvoy members.
There is a large fitness center and the pool is nice but it is shaded in the afternoon (optimal pool time is 11am - 2pm.
We took an Uber from the airport and it was a hour ride with traffic ($24 USD).
One of the highlights of our trip was renting a Ecobici (Citibike) and riding along the main thoroughfare (Reforma) on Sunday. The street closes down and it’s a great way to get out and see nearby neighborhoods and bike through the park (check out the Castle too!)

This was my first stay at the JW Marriott in Polanco & from check in to check out my stay was excellent. Check in was quick and my room was on a high floor with a great view of Mexico City. The room was well appointed and bed was comfortable. The hotel itself is very elegant and the lobby atrium was filled with natural light.

I am a loyal Marriott member, so my first pick is always a Marriott chain hotel, and this one met all my needs and my expectation. Location: perfect in my preferred area and neighborhood, Polanco. Situated in central area with either walking distance or short ride with Uber. The hotel is very clean, luxury enough to our lifestyle, yet priced Fairley for its category, especially for the discount for long stay of 7 nights. Rooms are spacious, with very comfortable beds and bathroom/shower. Temperature control is excellent. Housekeeping very efficient and meticulous. Concierge is OK, could be better for the level of a luxury hotel, their knowledge is at mid-level, but they were helpful and punctual when we called for something we need to the room, such as feather-free pillow or scissors and tape for boxing stuff. Front desk attendees are nice, friendly, and helpful. Food: The Sendero restaurant we used only for breakfast, just for convenience, has excellent options/Buffett style as well A La Carte. The Bar very small when it comes to groups and during busy hours, otherwise they are prompt. My only negative feedback is that the doorman/porter need better training of how to deal with people who are staying at a nice hotel. I highly recommend this hotel for couples, families, and especially for businesspeople.

Wendy, Wendy, Wendy. Our stay was awesome simply because of her attention to detail for our group. Thank you for making our trip great! Kids enjoyed the pool, fitness center staff was cool, housekeeping did an AMAZING job everyday. The hotel has a central location to all the activities we wanted and walking was definitely the best way to get around.

This hotel will scam you. Came for an event and was charged differently. They overcharge for food an make up rates in every one of their restaurants. Marriot should be ashamed of this service and trash staff who scam guest in every area of the hotel

We had a wonderful experience at the JW Marriott in Polanco. The location is prime for luxury shopping and dining. Chapultepec Park is just across from the hotel and has so much to offer.
We had chosen the club level and really enjoyed the amenities it offered. The fitness room is great and the breakfast was wonderful. Would definitely stay here again on a visit to Mexico City.
