From the very beginning everything was great. I arrived at the hotel early in the morning, at the reception they put on a bracelet for me, offered to go to breakfast, gave me a towel and I was waiting for my check-in comfortably. Check-in was at 10:30 without extra charges, it was very nice. The hotel has a small area but it wasn’t a problem for me, rather an advantage because everything is near!) The hotel restaurant has delicious, varied food, a lot of fish, a large selection of sweets Animation team is really good, I came alone and I never got bored. Kadir and Aslanbek are the best! Rooms are really clean and modern. Nice design and cosy atmosphere. I loved see very much. It’s never a problem to find free sunbed. Comfortable entry into the sea and a excellent pier. It would be great to add interactive show-time. Maybe karaoke, competitions like miss and mister hotel and etc In general, the feeling that everyone was waiting for you, all the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I’m sure that I’ll come back, looking forward to visiting your hotel again!

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel🤩 facilities, food and service great! Special thanks to animation team Boran, Mehmetcan , very friendly young people☺️ Also bar service Arife. We recommend everyone to stay here. It has wifi on all locations for free, two swimming pools and direct access to the beach. Great choice of cakes all time around.

Amazing ultra all inclusive hotel. Definitely recommend to visit. It’s the best one of all I’ve been to. Food is very very delicious on restaurant level. Fully Renovated in 2020 so everything is very clean and new. Design is very modern I like it. We live in A corpus the closest corpus to reception ( I asked to give us room in A corpus ) because it’s the most quiet place. Everyone is polite and friendly . One thing I didn’t like is about outside the hotel. Hotel located in smallest part of Kemer - Kiris so it’s nowhere to go. especially i didn’t like people (sellers) outside the hotel. Some of them literally started to be rude to us because we didn’t react and didn’t want to go inside to buy things. Usually I like go about after dinner and check souvenirs what is can buy for family but here first time ever I don’t want to do that. Also I didn’t really like that everyone think that you are Russian. I understand that many Russian people visit turkey but it doesn’t matter that everyone should speak Russian. And again the hotel covered all the bad things . You can spend time here because it’s a beautiful place . I usually don’t watch shows in hotels but night shows at Sailors are awesome . Sea is clean and warm. Currently 26.09 water temperature is +25 and air temperature is +31. You can also hear music all day long on the hotel territory it’s fine not very loud. We already thinking to visit this exact hotel again in the next year.

Service is pathetic. Have to go to bar to order everytime. Food is served without tissues. Asked for a bucket of beer got served with one bottle. Ordered spicy chicken wings not at all spicy lol .....

If you’re from the UK I’d probably recommend staying elsewhere. It is a lovely hotel, has been newly renovated and is extremely clean, however the only issue we encountered as a couple (quite outgoing and like chatting) is that 90% of people staying here are mostly Russian. I think we were the only British couple at the hotel at one point during our 7 night stay. The staff don’t speak very good English and there is a bit of a barrier there. Also the evening entertainment is also spoken in other languages so not ideal if you’re coming as a family.
The all inclusive food is tasty but can get a bit repetitive, the lunchtime snacks are great though. The A la Carte meal from the Italian menu was also very nice. Drinks are nice throughout the day too from the pool bar.
Rooms are spotless and really nice and spacious, all the amenities are great. Slides are good fun too if you fancy going on them. The beach is nice but make sure you wear flip flops/sliders as it is a pebble beach. There is a nice jumping spot where you can jump off into the sea attached to the pier.
There isn’t much to do outside of the hotel. Plenty of excursions available however the one we wanted to do only ran on Tuesday’s which we couldn’t attend which was a shame ( Sulu Island Cruise)
Overall myself and my partner had a really nice & enjoyable stay but not sure if we would come back. Wouldn’t say it’s a 5* either it’s a 4 at best.

We would like to thank you for describing and reviewing your stay in our house as a good time, despite your critics, with which you have brought us to the conclusion that things can only get better. Your concern regarding the language skills of our employees is partly correct, since you were probably/unfortunately and/or coincidentally served with our employees who have no knowledge of English. We find it unfortunate and we are really sorry that these employees did not inform the managers in the service area about the communication problems, because all the head waiters and half of our service employees speak some English. As one of the hotels more and more preferred by the west european audience in Kemer, we have also decided to enter into a corresponding development and construction. Our newly founded "Sailor's Millennial Academy" will train all our employees in English and service etiquette starting coming winter. The point which we actually regret the most is that we were not able to present you the food offer, which was highly praised by all our guests. Our gastronomy offers are based on the motto that what is used and popular is constantly being offered, such as. Sushi, Anatolian, salad station, grill station, the food corner with waffles and baked potatoes and our Marinas Snack on the beach with a daily offer of doner kebab, schnitzel, cordon bleu, pizza, filled Turkish flatbread (gözleme), salads, fruits, desserts and many others. In addition to this, we have more than 400 dishes that are placed on the buffet on a weekly basis. Since Sailor's Beach Club is a well-known facility with its management philosophy that is directly accessible to guests, we find it really regrettable that you did not make use of the contact with the English and German speaking hotel management. We really would have liked to take care of all your concerns. Regarding your concern about our beach: As you may have noticed, Kemer is a region where the Taurus Mountains naturally stretch close to the Mediterranean Sea. This is also the reason for our pebble beach. However, our pebble beach also has some advantages compared to sandy beaches in terms of water clarity and cleanliness. We were on vacation in Kemer, the Sailors Beach Club hotel. The Hotel is wonderful, very friendly staff, it's clean everywhere, daily cleaning in rooms and disinfection throughout the territory. It's very cozy, with a beautiful sea view. You'll find meals in abundance and a variety of dishes. I also want to share my feedback on the incredible massage that I got in the Laurel spa". In particular, I want to express my gratitude for the golden hands of a professional massage therapist-Ilyas. I strongly advise you to visit this spa salon and do a wellness body massage, believe me, you will also be delighted" Especially if you have back problems or issues with lymph. He is a real master and you'll see the results from the first try and you'll feel lightness in the body. In general, I advise you to take a massage course without hesitation and you will not regret it !! Thanks again to all the hotel staff for the quality and conscientious work !!! I will definitely come back here when I have a chance.

We took our family ( all 13 of us including aged from 54 to six months) for a week. It was an excellent choice. It’s a hotel in a smaller site which was very useful to pop back to rooms or get around on well designed paths with lots of ramps ideal for buggies. Room are pleasant, well maintained and very clean. Food was good and outdoor grill area and clay oven(flatbreads) excellent. Drinks were very good, best cocktails I have had in all inclusive, freshly made and great range. Pool was clean and good size, towels for pool provided, and yes people reserve them. Beach directly accessed from hotel right by snack bar. Beach has lots of beds and was pebble beach great for sunbathing not for sandcastles. Entertainment was varied, usual daytime activities and nice kids club with small playground. Parents could take children in to play didn’t have to leave them with staff. Usual mini disco most nights and different shows, usually to appeal to families although some late night entertainment in pool bar area. Kids would say it’s an ideal place for family holiday, not too much specifically for teenagers. It is mostly German and Russian visitors, which didn’t matter to us but would affect those who like to make friends. We also did a special private dinner on the jetty which was lovely and would recommend for special occasion!

There are many good things about this place: the rooms, the staff, the food (both a lot of it and very good), the drinks, the outstanding evening entertainment, but really the best thing is that no one here speaks any English.
The guests are 99% Russian families. This means that you can float through here in your own little bubble; not understanding a word anyone says, and interacting with no one. I haven't spoken to a soul except my family. This has been truly outstanding.
10/10 would come again.

Hello! Sailors Beach Club is a great place! Very green, full of blooming flowers and well kept hotel. Small territory but very clean and well organized! We booked family suite with two separate bedrooms and great balcony! They had renovation a year ago so the rooms look great! Everything works properly! The beach and sea are clean, the water is warm and clear! Special thanks to Erkaiym from Laurel Spa! She is a pro! She did a great job to my neck and back! Her fingers are a miracle! Our TUI guide Stanislav is also a nice guy ! There is a nice market shop in the hotel. The prices there are the same as outside the hotel! So you don’t have to leave the hotel to buy something. The food is fresh! They have a diet menu suitable for babies. You can use a blender to prepare baby food! Sometimes there was a chef who blended food for my son! Special thanks to him! There is a cool cafeteria in the lobby! Amazing macchiato and cakes! Nice hotel! Worth the money!
