We stayed here for two nights which was part of a European bus tour.
Check-in was arranged by our tour guide so we had no interaction with the hotel and cannot comment on this. We were handed our keys to our room, mine being on the first floor. The only lift was very small and would only accommodate one couple and luggage so it took for ever as this was a group check-in. First impression was that the room was extremely small, very basic with two old single beds and loud creaky floors. Every step in the room created a loud creak. No TV, no air conditioning, no fan, no hair drier and the smallest bathroom i have ever come across. Could only use the toilet with the door open. Forget about privacy here.
No internet access in the bedroom and very limited assess at reception so forget about browsing any sites.
Breakfast was OK but no toaster. The worst was the rude owner. Does this guy want customers, don't think so with the way he acts. My advise is pay a bit more and stay in a proper hotel and enjoy your stay. I will NEVER return to this hotel
I was placed in a room where my sleeping arrangements was a bunk bed! Showers co ed and toilets down the corridor.
The place was clean and food ok. However the days of this type of accommodation has passed
It is a family run business. The owner is very unfriendly. And has many rules -e.g. you cant bring any food from outside, stay quietly, use the tiny swimming pool at specific times only...
Wifi is available in the lobby only, provided you buy chocolates/drinks etc.
The nice thing about the hotel is the view - however, you can get such views from any hotel in the Alpine region.
