- Escape392828462681 contributionThe 360° tour of the Barbados island was awesome! Our tour guide, Brian was fantastic! He was knowledgeable about the details and history of the island. It's a full day of driving (riding for us), getting on and off the comfy bus, checking out the attractions and taking photos. We also enjoyed having lunch at Sand Dunes Restaurant. It was delicious. The baked chicken fell off the bones and the flying fish was also good along with the rice, macaroni pie and potato salad. Don't let the idea of sampling food think you will be hungry. The wrecks were very interesting and they were proud of their skills in diving, and orienting us. - Mollie KSunderland, UK24 contributionsWe were taken on an island tour by our driver Ricky during our first trip to Barbados. Ricky was great, and managed to maintain professionalism, sharing his vast historical knowledge of the island, while making us feel as though we had been friends for years. We had requested in advance that we could be returned to our hotel for a certain time in order to make a football match, and Ricky obliged to this without feeling like we missed out on any parts of the tour.
The tour included traditional Bajan lunch at a locally ran restaurant, with supporting local businesses appearing to be a theme throughout the day (which is a huge positive).

Zip lining was great fun and good to see the gully from an aerial view. The zip lining was extremely well organised with really fun, competent and safe staff. Nice to have refreshment stands and other things to do if you chose to. We purchased the photo package and got the email with photos straight away. We only had the opportunity to have two lessons, but he was ecstatic. I highly recommend this group. - Sarah C1 contributionThe snorkeling trip was a little disappointing, but for reasons mostly outside of the tour company's control. The guides were very nice and helpful. Unfortunately the water was pretty stirred up and cloudy over the shipwreck at the time we went. I was able to dive down a few feet and it was much clearer, but for those in our party who were not as comfortable in the water, they were really disappointed to not be able to see the shipwreck. The area was also very crowd with snorkelers from other tour groups. One thing that all companies could do better might be to time their stops over the shipwreck to not overlap other groups so that everyone gets a better experience.
For the turtle stop, there just weren't many turtle that came out to play for the few minutes we were there. That is not the your company's fault. That is just nature. The group that went out immediately after us apparently saw a bunch of turtles. We saw about 3.
I DO recommend this tour as a low cost fun experience, but manage your expectations as a lot depends on nature which is out of the tour company's control.
The beach was beautiful and the chairs and umbrellas made the full package a really good deal. There was a lot of seaweed on our beach day, but again this was out of their control and not the norm. It's a gorgeous beach.
There is a cafe/bar on site...a little pricey, but to be expected. Burgers, hotdogs, chicken options available as well as a couple of local food items in the menu.
I do recommend this excursion but I also recommend to manage expectations due to nature variables.

- GerMae EPhoenix, AZ22 contributionsThis trip was our annual girls trip. There are normally 4 of us, but one was unable to make it. We wanted to do something to get a good overview of the island and this Excursion did NOT disappoint! We were able to tailor our day to our interests and our guide Cris was AMAZING! She was prompt, a safe and prudent driver, informative, down to earth and entertaining! It felt like we've been knowing her for years. The first thing she said when we entered the vehicle was "BE YOURSELF". She wanted to make sure we enjoyed our experience and she did just that. Not only did she give us tidbits on the history and culture, she taught us some local slang AND gave us tips on activities we could try for the rest of our time on the island. This is a 5 Star experience for anyone wanting to experience the island at your own pace and not have to suffer through things you're not interested in. - Jan BLondon, UK146 contributionsWe had a great morning out visiting both sites. Our tour guide Dexter was very informative and even brought us all some banana bread. As well as the rum visits, he even showed us a few extra places on our journey.
